We had an amazing experience with Murphy RV and can’t say enough good things about Bristol, Lee, Josh, and the rest of the team. We actually started our search at Camping World and already had funding available, but they insisted we use their lender and continued dragging their feet on the sale. After days of frustration, we decided to call Murphy RV and explained our situation upfront—including the fact that we did not want our credit run again. From the very first conversation, Murphy RV was accommodating, respectful, and solution-oriented. They had no problem working with our existing funding and made the process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed us was their dedication—they stayed late two days in a row just to make sure the deal got done for us. That level of customer service is rare these days. Murphy RV truly values their customers, and it shows. If you’re looking for a team that actually listens, works with you, and goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The camper I have has been nothing but problems. It’s clear proper inspections do not happen at this location. And my experience with the whole financing and getting a loan for the rv through the company was a nightmare. Not sure how you can be approved for a loan but then two months later told you aren’t approved and to return the camper. At this point I wish I would have returned it. It’s been nothing but broken leaking parts constantly.

Hi, just letting you know to stay away from this store. About a month and a half ago I bought a motorhome and paid $12,700 in cash, which came to $15,000 in total including registration. I spoke with French and his manager. They promised me the vehicle would be fine due to its age (2003). They said they would fix any problems. After I bought and paid for it, the toilet was constantly leaking water. When I told him and the manager, they said it wasn't covered by warranty because of the year, and I signed the paper without knowing it wouldn't be covered. The toilet leaked water non-stop, they charged me $500 for the repair, and it's still leaking water to this day. The heater doesn't work. I know I bought an old motorhome, but they said everything was working. Since it was my first purchase and because it seemed like an honest store, I trusted them, but they are liars. Run away from this store, I wasted my money and didn't receive good service.

These guys need to make ready a new purchase. I purchased a 2025 Keystone which had a bent tongue jack, stuck levelers and the inside was NEVER cleaned! I have photos but there is NO link to add to this review. Drove 2 plus hours to pick up a RV they needed to get on the books before the end of the month. Less BS and true compassion for the sale would have been appreciated. Chester and Bristol knew exactly what was going on, but it appears it was more about the sale then making sure my purchase was ready for pick up! I seriously question the other reviews! Update: Before my warranty expired on 10/31 I took a 2 hour trip to the dealer and told them after service I might want a larger unit. Total BS as they said they were concerned about this post and offered me a silly $ on trade in. Ended up with a Jayco at a competing dealer so they are full off? Feel free to fill the blanks Josh and Mr. Murphy! Karma.

Had a wonderful experience with the entire team, from the salesman, to Josh and Bristol! They were genuinely caring and empathetic and overall a great pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!!

Please stay far away from this company, it is a total scam worse than any used car dealership you could imagine dealing with. They sold me a 2-year-old travel trailer, it looked immaculate the time I had it. When I took it to camping world which is one of the largest RV centers in the United States said that I kept it in beautiful shape. There was a major issue which I is not an experienced RV person, I trusted Murphy RV. The gentleman that did the inspection at camping world for many many years told me there is a defect in the construction that supports the flooring. He explained to me the entire flooring would have to be pulled up to repair the structural area that supports the flooring. I cannot prove it, but Murphy I had a suspicious feeling when I heard one of their sales rep finally say when I was purchasing it finally we got rid of this thing, I'm sure that with their experience they knew about the flooring problem, even after I purchased it I had to bring it up for other issues which they told me they did a 30-point inspection. Even after I purchased it which they told me they would clean it all up, it was still dirty to my standards. If you are looking for an RV I would definitely take the time and go to camping world. Murphy RV company caused me to waste multiple thousands of dollars. For your own good stay away from this business.

Murphy RV is a great business with the nicest and most professional people. Franchie, my salesperson and Scott the GM couldn't be any nicer or more straight forward. They throughly explained everything and never put in pressure on me. They were always there to answer any questions. The Coach checked every box. In the end I decided against it only because of my age and walking handicap. When I called Frenchie he was very understanding and still didn't put any pressure on me. He was as nice then as when I first met him. If you are in the market visit Murphy first and you won't go anywhere else. Thanks again Frenchie and Scott. Jack

I went yesterday to look at 2 Unity Class B plus vans. Both were not clean. Fridge had spilled dried up coke sll in it snd the 2018 had foam stacked up on thd bed and they are trying to sell it for 119,000…. when we took off to go test drive , water came out of the cabinet behind passenger front seat down my back, onto the seat, a/c did not work and smoke alarm would not stop beeping. The water dripped the whole time we test drove. Meanwhile Michael said he really is nit an rv guy ( he was a very nice guy) I hope Michael told the manager. Worst used vehicle experience

Bought brand new 2025 keystone. Went on 1st trip 1100 miles first loveseat broke, kept blowing breakers and 2 plugs stopped working. Was told to shut off air to make coffee...really! Management doest seem to care. STATED FIX ALL ISSUE...NOT NOTHING FIXED LEFT IT AGAIN!

Went in to check out a camper and met Frenchie. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t try to sell us on anything just gave advice when we asked. Overall a great experience and we ended up with an amazing Toy hauler. I definitely recommend them!

The entire team is amazing. They are not pushy. Super patient. They actually care to make sure you get all of your needs met. Highly recommend! Bristol Chester and Josh are just an all around great team!

John was great, took plenty of time to show us multiple units across multiple visits too. Bristol worked wonders in finance for us. Took it out a few days after we picked up and loved every minute of it. Super happy to add our Springdale to our family adventures.

Bought a Travel Trailer from Shane. He was very nice, not pushy, and put up with my requests. Bristol was pleasant to deal with as was CHester, AKA Chief. I shopped many places for my 4th RV. I liked them because it was a smaller friendlier place and not the huge sales pressure. Unit was clean upon my arrival for pick up. There was a small hiccup on the coach and they more than made it right for me. I will shop them again when ready for a 5th wheel.

Less than a year ago , Murphy rv in Melbourne fl replaced my toy hauler roof , on the right side the liner was short so they put tape to fix it , also they put the vents fans in the wrong place and left the 3 ac units lose so water got in the rear part and damaged the matters, because of the bad sealing , I have deamination on the rear right and left side and the rear floor got damaged and I had to replace it , also they installed the old drains no strait at all so water stays in the middle running on the awning , this is a mess , I am in Pembroke pines fl staying in the camper and they want me to bring it to them so I will have to drive 3 hours and then ren a place wile they fix it

Drove from Jacksonville to look at a good used 2023 Grand Design. Loved dealing with a smaller dealer. Bristol was so awesome helping us jump through the many hoops of our credit union in Jacksonville. Very positive experience.

While traveling from Delaware to Florida for a brief trip, we broke a hydraulic line on our Lippert Jacks. Tried several big name Camper Service places as well as local RV Techs to no avail. Decided to look ahead to where we would be in a few days (Sebastian Inlet SP) and found Murphy RV Sales and Service in Melbourne. Spoke with Forest Anders who agreed to look at our issue when we arrived. We scheduled for first thing in the AM and he assessed the issue, had a hose made to fit, and returned the unit to us same day. Perfect service! Thank you Forest and your staff for your assistance!

Bristol was just so awesome! She listened to what we wanted and showed us the camper that we knew would be a great upgrade for us. Josh (from service) went over and above on my walk through and actually went out of his way to help me out when I got stuck at my storage place. It's the little things that make a difference and I will for sure use the for service and would highly recommend this company for all your RV needs and wants! We’ve been looking for an RV for almost a year. Found that Murphy RV in Melbourne,Fl had one that we liked. Made an appointment, drove down and met Forrest, one of the salesmen. He was polite, thorough and accommodating as he showed us the RV we were interested in. We made an offer and it was accepted but was contingent on our having the RV inspected by a friend who had been in the industry for 30+ years. They said no problem. We returned the next day and it was inspected from top to bottom and front to back. Unfortunately the engine light came on during the inspection. Again, Forrest and his staff said no problem. They would take it to the Mercedes dealership and have it inspected and repaired.. The following Tuesday we were called. All was repaired and ready. We drove down the next day. Test drove the RV and signed all the papers. This dealership and staff were amazing to work with. From beginning to end we were extremely pleased with every aspect of purchasing our first RV. We would highly recommend Murphy RV.

I reached out to Murphy RV Service after damaging the electric cord on my Class B RV. I was only in the area for 1 day and they fit me in for the repair. Everyone from the front office staff, repair tech and service manager were caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Paul explained repair options and related safety issues clearly. Repair was completed same day and at a reasonable cost. What a great experience in a stressful (for me) situation. I highly recommend Murphy RV Repair. I will definitely use them if I have any future RV repair needs!

Purchasing your first RV can be nerve wracking. We went to several dealerships but ended up at Murphy with gene as our salesman. The other places we went just wanted the sale. But gene was not pushy at all and gave us a ton of information before we even decided to purchase. Everyone was great from start to finish. Highly recommend them. I also like that they are a local business and not a corporation. Small town feel.

Gene in sales was wonderful! We are first time RV owners and didn’t really know what we wanted/needed. He listened to us and explained a lot about camping and what we needed. Highly recommend them.

This was the first time we visited Murphy RV and it was a really nice experience. Our sales representative Gene was very knowledgeable and showed us as many units that he could find on the lot that fell in our budget. The unit we picked had a high tub that he was trying to see if it could be changed to a shower. We took the unit as is and he kept us informed as to the progress of the delivery. Hope to enjoy this one for a while, but when it is time for a new one we will see you first.

Five stars! Fantastic crew - extra kudos to Paul and Lisa. Great job on the warranty items we needed taken care of and they exceeded our expectations with regard to the time it took to complete things. We have a dealer less than 30 minutes from us that we've dealt with for years; but we chose Murphy RV Sales because of the PEOPLE - both in the sales (Bristol was terrific) and servicing departments. Happy to drive the extra hour and a half - well worth it! Super accommodating - super customer friendly - couldn't be happier to be working with them. They make our RV experience better all-around.

We flew down to Melbourne to purchase our Travato from Murphy RV and couldn’t be more pleased. Rv was as described. The entire process was easy and seamless. Megan, Gene Ford, and Kevin Murphy were all excellent to work with. We definitely recommend them!

Absolutely happy with the excellent service, the superb technician (Piper is the best) and the all around professional atmosphere. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of her way to help you. Paul pulls it all together and makes things happen I have been to several different repair shops that fell very short, will stay with Murphy from this point forward

We were staying at a nearby in a RV park when our water heater went out the night before. The issue was a thermo cut off (fuse), a common issue. It’s a $10 part but priceless on a cold day with no hot water. We met up with Paul, Service Manager, and he went out of his way to come up with exactly what we needed. Paul spent a few minutes visiting with us and he gave us few other good tips. We love a mom&pop business and this had that feel. We regularly stay at our current spot coming from Orlando and we will definitely be back next time we need something while in the area. We also had to buy this cool door mat. A+ Would do again.?
