I've been taking my vehicles here since the shop was owned by Eric and Sharon, The new owner, Justin (and his wife), are wonderful!
I recently had my wife's vehicle in for service, and it was making some other noises. Her suv needed an oil change and tire rotation, so he added that noise check to the list. We made an appointment and dropped her vehicle off at 8am. He found two of her brake calipers were sticking and eating up the brake pads. He was able to get parts ordered in quick and had her suv roadworthy again the same day. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles here for Justin to fix.
Justin and his wife are awesome! They took over the business recently and we've been so fortunate to have found them. The dealership wanted to steal 4k from us and Justin fixed our car for much less. The price is right and the treatment is personal and transparent!
Kopf’s did a brake job on my car and I asked them to look it over for other issues that I need to solve. The price was very reasonable, and they gave me a honest assessment on what should be done. I’ll be coming back whenever I need service!
Honest, great service. It's the only place I would take my cars to be worked on. Always tells you what you will need now, and in the future. Fantastic customer service.

Don't waste your time. Your money's no good here.Called first no one answered so I went there in the asked just look at my AC said no I don't close for another 2 hours there's no way I can take 5 minutes to look at your AC I got too much money as it is.
Honest Shop. Knowledgeable on everything about cars, trucks, ext... They don't make up fake stuff for money. And will even tell you that nothing is wrong with your vehicle if you bring it in to get checked and there's really no problem with it.
Had my car towed there with power steering issues. This was my first time coming here after only living in Melbourne for a year and going to a national chain garage for other small things in that year. I will be coming back here for anything I need done in the future after how quick and honest the service was to get my power steering working again. I love being able to support a local family shop instead of a national chain.
Honest people, great mechanic! My husband has only found 1 other mechanic in his life that he put his total trust in. Now. Eric, owner of Kopf's, is the 2nd. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Get an appointment, can be very busy at times. We've found our car doctor
Erick and Sharon are by far the nicest and the most honest people you'll ever meet. They run a good honest repair shop. They never tried to upsell me and serviced my vehicle quickly and correctly. I can't say enough good about them.

I was hunting for a good honest auto repair shop and I finally found it. Not only that, but I also found two of the nicest people. Sharon Erick are terrific. I'm happy as I'm sure you'll be by going to their shop.
Eric Kopf is a fair and honest man. I had a estimate to repair my auto air conditioning that was going to cost me over 10 times what I paid at Kopf's. The other place said that I needed a complete overhaul of the system. Eric repaired my air condition with just a Freon refill. Thank you, I will most definitely be back for ANY future auto repairs!!!
Kopf's Auto is a friendly and honest place that will take care of your car needs with the most care and respect! I never worry about bringing my car here. They have very reasonable prices and work is top notch always!
