We did not bring our car there for financial advice, but to get a cost for repairs; instead, we were turned away, claiming that the ">$6000" of repairs needed would exceed the value of the car. Even I knew that the main symptoms pointed to the need for new spark plugs -- $305 elsewhere. And while we were at it we replaced the catalytic converters and boosted the a/c -- a grand total cost of $2862. Even if the mechanics at R&M are skilled, nice, or even honest, their approach with us was lazy. Hopefully it will not be that way for you.

My new place for any Volvo repairs! The staff is very friendly, great mechanics, and great prices. Everything that a Volvo dealership service department is not. I highly recommend them.

Charlie is the best Volvo shop on the Florida east coast. He knows more about their cars than Volvo does.

Agree with the "be careful with this business" review. Good natured while he takes your money, charges allot then does not stand behind his work.

Sharp looking staff. Volvo Experts, Charles and Mike, are gurus. They were helpful with PPI inspection for 1993 low mile classic Alfa Romeo Spider blk/tan 5spd. They even took a short video for me to show off the condition as excellent. I shall tag personal plate ALFADOG Tulsa, OK Collector
