2/5/26 Terrie was great! Easy process, took about an hour and I left with money in my bank acct. She did everything in front of me and explained everything as she did it. Offered in the same ballpark as dealerships in the area and I didn’t have to spend half a day get n jerked around about trading it in. Would sell there again. Thank u Terrie!

There's an old adage which states, "the customer is always right." I thoroughly believe this to be true. Especially when I, am the customer.
No thanks to my own lucky life situations, I recently made the difficult decision that led me to sell my car. Though I thought it best, it was still emotional and unnerving to let go of my baby.
Ultimately, after some time and much research, I finally chose to go to "We Buy Any Car" not necessarily because of the best financial offer, but the best service. Any second thoughts or misgivings I had, diminished after meeting Terrie. It was still difficult to say goodbye, but Terrie made it ok.
We shared many phone calls before meeting and sensing my trepidation, Terrie never pushed me nor rushed me to make an appointment. Her tone always seemed calm and welcoming; not once did she offer figures unless first asked. Most notably, Terrie did not break - in my opinion - the most important rule in Sales: she did not discuss how other Auto Traders did business.
Apparently, buying/selling used cars can be competitive. VERY competitive. Instead of putting her competitors down or pointing out their shortcomings, Terrie conversationally explained how SHE does business. It quickly became clear why she just might be bloody brilliant at what she does.
"We Buy Any Car" is a well-known national Auto Trader and I made the right decision choosing them. They seemed fair. There was some minor haggling involved, but I left without any reservations. Terrie was thorough and definitely a factor in my decision-making.
I did all the things. The comparative shopping, the appointments, the crying, the signing, the hugging (a handshake would've been insulting at that point) et cetera. I was right to do business with them.
I really like being right. Like, A LOT.

No runaround, no going back and forth, no games. Working with Terrie was easy. She was upfront on what she saw and compared to a previous inspection done a few months prior and realized things previously written up where not there.
