I could not recommend this service department enough! And, it's at a dealership! Usually those two statements don't go together! Anthony needs to be inducted into the MVP hall of fame by now...I have seen him run a one man show porting a car assumingely due to short staffing immediately followed by him greeting his next client with a smile. I don't think I've ever witnessed him in a bad mood with a client or his team. I originally came to them as a new customer with a used jeep that I knew nothing about prior condition etc about...the relationship quickly became a trusted and consistent one. But, most importantly transparent communication between my service advisor, Anthony, for required vs recommended vs plan on putting this in the pipeline. Ironically enough, I'm going out of my way to make a public review after the most expensive repair to date ($6500~) ? ...that alone should speak volumes about the quality of their service as well as the trust I have with this establishment that I am impatient enough to wait for the company survey to seek out a google review to give Gator Jeep (mainly Anthony and Scott) 311% kudos for their dedication in true customer service and satisfaction. That kind of thing is extremely rare anymore. Thank you!!

I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Gator Chrysler Jeep, and I especially want to recognize Tom, my service advisor. I brought my vehicle in for a serious recall issue, which is never something you want to deal with—but Tom made the entire process seamless. From the moment I arrived, he was clear, professional, and proactive. He explained exactly what needed to be done, what the timeline would look like, and kept me updated throughout. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled. Not only was the repair completed correctly, but it was finished ahead of schedule. There were no surprises, no runaround—just straightforward communication and follow-through. If you’re dealing with a recall or any service issue, ask for Tom. He made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth and hassle-free. That level of service matters.

After a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership, we tried Melbourne. Jonathan greeted us and was professional and personable at the same time. We told him which vehicle we wanted to see and in just a few short hours, we had made an amazing deal. The entire process was smooth and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jonathan is very knowledgeable!! We left with a beautiful pear red 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Horrible experience. I will never recommend this service center. They are too expensive and will return your car to you still broke. I had my car towed there for an issue where it would not start and when it did it would die. They changed relays and said it would start then said it needed a throttle body, they replaced it and said it was fixed. We go to pick it up and it doesn’t start. Of course we already paid $1600 for them to have worked on it and say it’s fixed when it isn’t. That was a Friday and on Monday they were going to check again. They think it’s a computer module that they cannot get, but said the problem is intermittent but the car is running. We go to pick it up and again, it doesn’t start. I am towing it back to my house now. $1600 and it’s still not fixed. Update: I spoke in person to the Service Manager Scott Davis (see his response below) and he defends and maintains that the throttle body that was replaced fixed the car and it was running; however, as I stated, my wife and son was unable to get it to run when they went to pick it up the second time. The Service Advisor Thomas and Service Manager claim the car stalled. If the throttle body fixed the problem then why would it stall? Perhaps the PCM and if so, the situation would have been the same with the original throttle body and ran with the new one because as they said, it’s an intermittent problem. I CHANGED THE PART BACK TO THE ORIGINAL AND IT RAN FINE. So there was nothing wrong with the throttle body and they are charging me for a part I did not need based on their misdiagnosis and after I told them the original works fine. They are refusing to take the part back. Unbelievable!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! They will sell you a lemon! Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $16400 not only did they sell me an overpriced car they failed to disclose that he had been in an accident! Also two days into driving it the air conditioning stopped working I took it to them to have them let me know what’s wrong (AS I JUST BOUGHT IT) and they quoted me $3100 to fix it…told them I couldn’t afford it and that I was leaving for a trip out of state and they let me drive it away! I get out of state over 18 hours away and the dash lights up check engine light. I called them and they said they cant do anything since I’m out of state and they believe it was a good sale! Not a good sale! Took the car and had the codes checked and there was over 10 codes going off…had a mechanic look at it and he said it’s over $4000 in repairs without even going too deep. That’s when I found out the car had been in an accident and there’s damage to the front inside bumper and engine. EXTREMELY disappointed and now I’m not only stranded in another state with a bad car but my credit and my debt hit I took is terrible! The sales manager did mention that he may assist with repairs if he knew what was wrong however when I called him back his phone goes to voicemail and will not return calls after leaving a message

Should be one star, but I used that on my experience at the Alfa Romeo/Fiat location. My rating for this place is based on my conversation with a woman claiming to be the cashier. I wanted to speak with Joe Kelly (the owner, not one of his sons) about what happened at Alfa, but she told me he probably wouldn't call me back. I explained things to her - which included lengthy details of how it unfolded upon my arrival at the location New Year's Eve morning. She responded "We did show you the disclaimer, that's what we're required to do. If you didn't ask before you drove all that way, that's on you". Wow, she's great at customer relations ? I stopped by Gator CDJR on my way to the Alfa store NYE morning. I wanted to speak with Jackson, the sales manager and sales rep at both stores. He wasn't in, but I did have a nice chat with Joe. He knew who I was, because word passed to him that I was buying a Guilia. He was very nice, but he had no idea what was in store for me around the corner. Short story - I'm over 500 miles away, and worked a deal to purchase a "new" used car. A '24, with only 31 miles. Never been titled, full factory warranty. No carfax available on the listing, but why would there be fir a new car? Again - it was listed as used. I failed to ask why. That's on me. I failed to ask if the car had ever been damaged. Wish I had - and if they were up front with me - they'd tell me the car had been repaired. Wind and hail damages totaling over $17,000 - on a car I was led to believe was an end of year special sent to Gator direct from Alfa Romeo - and that's why it was so aggressively priced. See my Google review on the Alfa site for the rest of the story. And yes, I walked out. Bottom line is I drove 520 miles (over 1,000 round trip, 26 hours wasted) to see the damage disclosure. One night in a motel, and over $400 in expenses. Never once was told about the damages. Total misrepresentation of this car. Unethical and unprofessional. I'd love to hear from you papa Joe Kelly. Im sure you know how to reach me. Doubt I hear from you though.

Had a great experience with the location at 1101 PAlmbay rd they helped me get into a car after my Chevy corisca died on me on new years they made it work with limited funds no hassle not pushy and no hidden fees or surprises even went over the vehicle to makes sure their were no issues definitely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a car also their cars are very reasonable priced

I had a great experience from my first phone call. Sharon answered my question I asked on the form I filled out on my phone when carfax sent me the pitchers of the 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Vans they had discounted. She said she would have someone from sales call It was less than an hour Kelvin called and offered me $2400.00 more than Firkens Chrysler Dodge and Jeep For my 2016 Malibu. So we came up with a plan & drove almost 5 hours from Bradenton to Melbourne. Arrived at 3 pm and was on the road back at 6pm They trusted me from the deal we made on the phone to the deal not to cash Our check until we got the funds to put in our checking. Very fast and super friendly team. I will go back for another car from them soon.

Everyone in there was super polite not pushy which I absolutely HATE even the finance guy was very helpful sorry I dont remember his name. But I would definitely buy from them again. I purchase my Ram ProMaster 2500 Nov 2021 from Gator Chrysler Dodge the sales dept, delivered it to Sebring. I have been traveling the country for the past 3 years; after converting it into a camper van. This dealership is one of the top in the nation. Tom in the service dept has integrity, communicates well and cares about doing the job right! I just had major work done at 105,500 miles. Many thanks to Tom, Kenny and Angel for going above and beyond in a job well done! It is such a relief to take the vehicle in and know it is in good hands! When traveling out west, Tom advised me when issues came up, as being over 2,000 miles away, I had only wished I could have gotten back to Gator for certain repairs along the way. Thank you again Tom for all that support you gave, and for helping me understand my van better! You guys are amazing! Also, shout out to April and Sean!

Had a real great experience buying a new vehicle. We didn't want to spend the day as it often takes. Alec knew the inventory well and found the one that had everything on my wish list and more. We left while the paperwork was prepared and they got the vehicle ready. Signing was fast and there wasn't pressure to buy extended warranties or other add ons.

Service department used to be top notch. I have been in many times. They are awful now. They don’t care about the customer at all. We are just a conduit to our wallets. Ended with the guy checking me in yelling at me. Then walking away. What a total jerk. We had no option but to leave and go somewhere else! I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Glenn’s auto down the road is so much nicer, cheaper and does a fantastic job. Follow up: emailed details of the encounter to the service manager that responded to my review with all details and my contact info. Never heard back.

Trade in my POS Ford focus for a really nice low mileage ram 1500. Worked with Tasiel and he was great. I told him what I was looking for what I needed and he delivered. He didn’t keep us waiting around and didn’t try to show us 100 cars at once. Got it for a great deal.

Our service representative kept us to date about our service progress ms let us know when it was ready for pickup. When we arrived he went over the charges in detail. Great experience!

**BUYER BEWARE!** I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely horrible, rude customer service. The salesman passes you off to the owner if there’s any issue with a used car, and he’s a nasty piece of work. Anyone buying here is taking a huge risk. They do not stand behind the service or “quality” they claim to have. Owner has nasty attitude and zero accountability. Don’t waste your time or money here. They absolutely DO NOT stand behind their cars or their word.

I recently visited Gator Chrysler to explore the possibility of trading in my current vehicle for something newer with fewer miles. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a younger salesman who initially came across as polite and respectful. I explained that while I was open to considering a trade, I wasn’t set on doing so because I had invested a lot of time and money into my current vehicle. Unfortunately, after that conversation, the experience took a sharp turn. The salesman quickly became overly eager to get my car appraised and began showing me vehicles that were far outside my stated budget. Despite me repeatedly expressing my concerns and limitations, he seemed uninterested in listening and continued pushing options that didn’t fit my situation. When the appraisal came back, the offer was not only far below what I expected but even lower than what my car would be worth in stock condition. I made it clear several times that I was not satisfied with the offer. Instead of responding professionally, the salesman made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, “Well, I hope you don’t think you’re going to get $20,000,” while laughing. That was the point where I decided to leave. Unfortunately, the situation got worse. In the following days, I began receiving multiple phone calls from different numbers, all from the same salesperson. When I stopped answering, the calls continued from text-free apps and even blocked numbers. It reached the point of harassment. When I tried to contact the dealership to address the issue, I was dismissed by not one, but two managers. The second manager even responded with, “Well, what do you want me to do, shoot him?” — an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable remark. This experience has left me completely disgusted and disappointed. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service at this dealership is astounding. I will never do business with Gator Chrysler again and would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this location.

Updated: Hello!! I recently purchased the 2025 RAM 1500 Bighorn and had a rly great experience with the dealer....ty Gator!. Had a fantastic salesman!! If anyone is looking for someone that will really help you out while cutting out all the bs that I've seen from other dealers I've visited then definitely ask for kevin. ..alsoThank you kevin for the running boards and the bed liner!!!!. These guys were all kind enough to stay open late so me and my disabled mother could make a late night purchase. I've had a awsome time with my truck thus far and have already added some additional stuff to the RAM 1500. Highly recommended Gator, great lineup of trucks. Once again thank you Kevin and thank you Gator! I will update photos as well.

One of the very few dealership service departments I would recommend. Making an appt was easy and quick. The service (moderate suspension repair; covered under extended warranty) was done correctly and on time. Every person I dealt with was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable (from the receptionist to the service concierge to the shuttle driver). Also, the shuttle alone saved a bunch of hassle and is a huge reason I'll be coming back. 10/10 would recommend if you need a dealership service dept for your Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, or Ram.

I just drove 2400 miles to move to Palm Bay. My truck's trans started to act up. Called got me in fairly quick. Got there REAL early so not to be a problem (7:15). Tyler met me with a cup a coffee and took care of me. HE WAS STUPENDOUS, EFFICIENT, AND a GREAT REPRESENTATIVE of Gator Chrysler Dodge. I met the Service manager Scott, what a GREAT guy!! Know have a place i can go AND TRUST to get any issue taken care of. What a relief!!! Thanks Guys. I recommend Gator to all my new friends, friends, family, and to ALL!!!

They charged me for a diagnostic fee under a vehicle 42,000 miles under warranty. I’m the original owner … they told me no problem. Just get a hold of Ram USA who does not even acknowledge the question … I see under the magnesium moss lemon law that I was wrong to pay this I contacted them of course they sent me to voicemail. … h really isn’t much because his hands are tied… He did take care of locking up my van Inside the building at night with 48,000 miles still under a warranty that left me stranded in Florida They still charge me $300 for a diagnosis for a transmission that when you put the vehicle and drive it just whines and doesn’t move… Ram USA cannot provide transmissions in any timely manner. They really have no idea when they’re going to get them…. I will purchase Hondas From now on… ram USA basically screwed me as much as they possibly can.. they were also very kind as they screwed me ove … i’m currently filing a magnum moss breach of contract and have contacted the federal Trade commission … I expect there to be a lot of fights. Do you want to get compensated for a three year-old vehicle that’s in operable and cannot get parts. How am I gonna make a living and pay for the payments Plus rental cars

Edit: I've called Joe who replied below, goes to voicemail, which is also conveniently full. I sent joe an email letting him know I tried to contact him and gave him my numer....heard nothing back from him. They really care!!! On my 4th ram now that is a 2020 ram 1500 with 42,000 miles . The paint is falling off around the windshield and between the hood/fender. I'm told since it's past 36 months I'm on my own. They have a 5 year warranty on corrosion, but apparently that is only for rust, paint falling off isn't corrosion according to them. Truck was bought brand new, never wrecked or repainted and still has the original windshield. Was told by the dealership I should have bought extended warranty, if I knew the paint only lasted 3 years on a 55k truck I wouldn't have bought the truck period. I highly recommend looking into another manufacturer as ram clearly does not care about the product they're putting out or their customers. I certainly will not be buying another ram after this.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Waited a month for our appointment to have a water pump changed under warranty. Tech left the coolant bottle dry and coolant was all over the splash shield and frame where the ABS module is. Total negligence. Service was absolutely horrible. The service manager “Scott” was very unprofessional about the whole situation and never once tried to sympathetic to my wife’s feelings or the fact of all the inconveniences we had to go through. If you own a dodge do yourself a favor and never go to gator Chrysler better yet trade it in over a Gary Yeomans ford of Palm Bay and experience what true customer service and values really is.

The car the I have had for 8 years decided that it didn’t want to work and be reliable for me anymore. Gator Chrysler had a beautiful Jeep on the lot and I knew once I saw it, I had to have it for me and my family. The whole process from start to finish was not only quick but it was incredibly easy and quite pleasant! Jackson in sales was kind and informative and attentive. He made us feel welcome and was able to answer all the questions that not only I had, but also all the ones my 10 year old daughter had (and if you know 10 year old girls, that’s a lot!). He got us right in and explained each paper that I had to sign and really knew his stuff! Next we went to finance and had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. He again was pleasant and kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and painless. He had my title printed and my registration transferred in no time! I was in and out in about an hour and when it comes time to buy again, I will absolutely be back. If you or a loved one is in need a new or used car, I would highly recommend the team at Gator Chrysler! They were amazing and really treat you like family!
