This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback for Ford Parts - Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL, sentiment is strongly positive (95/100). Customers consistently praise professional, proactive staff who solve parts needs fast—key cutting, sourcing items, and Quick Lane services with short waits. Pricing is viewed as fair to good, though a few note it can be a bit high at times. Work quality and fixes are reported done right and on time. Inventory variety seems adequate via helpful ordering; yard layout or self-pull ease aren’t covered. Overall, fast, friendly service is the standout.
I was traveling through and stopped in with an issue. Derek Dinkle was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone who stops by or that lives in the area. 5 Stars easily, excellent service Derek!!
Came in today needing help with getting two key blades cut for a 2018 Ford Ecosport I just purchased for my daughter. While another Ford Dealership could not help me, I was in and out in a jiffy. James & Tyler(as well as the entire parts team) could not have been any more friendly, professional and eager to help me out! I am truly impressed.
I stopped by the parts department and very nice gentleman named Shawn Grezaffi was so helpful .He answered all my questions and was so informational .I will definitely let all my friends and Family know the amazing customer service I was provided from Kelly Ford .
Helping my mom putting some wipers and filters in her car and caught Shawn right before closing. Not only did he help me but he put a big smile on her face without making a stink. Thanks Shawn for being a bright spot in a rather dark world
I’m so happy I stopped by I ended up with a beautiful 2022 Explorer Limited thank you Valerie, because your professionalism and dedication was Incredible.
Went to have oil change with (to me) need for rear brake pads & turning of rotors..... They were ok, got tire rotation, new wiper blades, oil change & brake ck. and was out of there in an hour.
This was my very first time coming to Kelly Ford to look for my first car on my own as a young mom of 2. I was very overwhelmed coming to the lot and when I met ANDRE it literally saved my life. I knew I was in great hands he was so kind and really pushed to get what I was looking for. It was such a easy experience and overall I'm extremely happy with the service he gave me and the car I purchased. I had to bring my toddler with me and they catered to him throughout process. I recommend anyone to go see ANDRE, he's the best! Thank you Kelly Ford !
