Book case I purchased had 2/4 faulty glass doors. They were returned without issue and my credit card issued a refund the day of the return. It was a perfect return exp.
For this place to get their stuff free from donations. They sure do hike prices up on used items. Had a front door for $300. Went to Lowe’s and you can buy a new front door with a frame for a lot less. They are ripping people off. I’ll never donate another item to them!
I went there yesterday morning .. then I was needing the restroom.. the poor service cashier didn't let me use the restroom cuz

I think some of their prices are too high to be competitive in comparison to places like Home Depot, IKEA. A lot of the furniture pieces are huge dark, heavy and old in style, but there are bargains to be found. Many times they'll have entire suites of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities from remodeling. The mattress prices seem to be high compared to other retailers who can offer warranties on new products
They offer great prices and help many afford and enable them to repair and/or upgrade their house to home of their preference. I think it’s great that they are able to help others afford the updates.
Staff very friendly, although selection is extremely varied that is to be expected.. I was lucky enough to find 3 matching ceiling fans and get them for 75% off.. only $12.50 ea!!! AND I got all my kitchen cabinets that match along with a kitchen and bathroom sink!!

After waiting your 3 hour window and they were late your people declined the pick up of a very serviceable sofa due to normal wear and tear. This will be the last time I consider your organization for Any donation I wish I could post a picture
I'm beyond livid ? that one of your cashiers with the short blonde pixie cut argued with me and my mom in the store in front of everyone today just because when we was trying to purchase a night stand that had a price tag on it and when I was moving it to the counter it wasn't a price tag on it and it was $15.00 why have it sitting out in the floor if we couldn't buy it? Just ridiculous that the humanity is not represented in this nasty dirty store like the name it has! The employees here are very rude and totally disrespectful I will not be back anymore
I would not waste your time scheduling a pickup of anything that isn’t in near new condition. I had two very nice couches with several years of life left denied upon arrival. I took the afternoon off work to shop vac, deep upholstery clean, and scent clean both couches. The pickup guys said that these didn’t meet their standards. There was one sharpie mark about two inches long on one arm that would be covered by a throw pillow. This was a complete waste of time, and I will in turn donate to a charity that appreciates quality donations.
Staff is rude. Manager is mean and the rudest of them all. My first time in there, I was told I am not allowed in there because the last time I was in there I was caught stealing. Tried to tell her its my first time ever visiting this place. She along with a couple of her goons escorted me out. With one of them asking me why am I wearing cargo pants?? I did not know about the dress code. Before being kicked out for visiting the store and not abiding by their dress code??? What I saw was mostly junk priced as if it were made of gold. Store should be renamed The Dumpster.
I love to look around this store to find cool finds ! Everything from lamps, to tables, to dining room sets , to chairs and so much more ! A cool place !
Sold a faulty piece of furniture and would not issue a refund. $50 for a table that practically rotted and fell apart within 2 days.
To update after calling a few times to try and convince the manager to make things right, the end table was looked at very carefully and I did receive my refund. They found that the owner who sold them this piece had screwed and glued the legs together so their accusations against me stating that I had dropped it were actually false. To begin, they were not even going to look into the reason why I wanted a refund. It was just a flat no so I had to call numerous times to get this situation looked into. Habitat is a good place to shop and find what’s old and make new to you, but check to be sure there’s nothing faulty because you just may not be issued a refund.
I highly recommend checking out this thrift store if you’re looking for sturdy furniture. They also have a giant selection of ceiling lights. Everything is way cheaper than buying new and the quality is great.

Lots of items to choose from. Most if not all the used furnishings (couches, chairs,etc.) were clean and in good condition. The prices were a little high on some things but mostly reasonable. Was hoping I would luck upon a big selection of pipe fittings but that was a bust. Other than that it was a nice store that I’d go back to.
Love habitat for repair projects. Good prices & for a good cause. I actually used to work there years ago & the people are amazing. It's kinda hit and miss with what you're going to find because everything is donated. My husband bought many really good tools there & I've picked up everything from paint to furniture.
The people there were very helpful! I bought a bathroom vanity with the sink and I only paid $150.00. At Lowe’s these cost $400. The employees loaded it into my car for me, and it was tough but they didn’t give up and they made it fit!
We were amazed at the fairly large inventory of well cared for 2nd hand furniture. We found a beautiful hutch we needed as well as some chairs at very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly. After selecting our furniture and paying for it, the staff brought it to the front and loaned it into our van. Thanks HFH!
Great place to look around and shop. There is always a wide variety of items. I always find something to take home, even when I wasn't shopping for what I ended up buying! The employees have always been extremely nice. I love going there.
If you are looking for something for the home, particularly for home improvement,it is certainly worth checking out. They had some decent items and a few were reasonably priced. Personally, I felt like many of the items were over priced. Staff didn't seem to be the most friendly.
The thing about this store is it can't help but be hit or miss. You never know what will be there or gone from trip to trip. The pricing is a little off on some things and excellent on others. Rugs for example are priced excellent for 5x8 but the quantity is limited. And some of the tables that look a little too loved on, are priced too high in my opinion. That being said, if you see something you love, buy it then. Trust it will be gone whenever you return. We will definitely return to see what new items they have in store next week.
I purchased and donated at this place on several occasions. The staff is courteous and quick. Prices of used items are very reasonable.For example I purchased a solid, used, dining room table for $90.
The restroom is not available to customers, which is a crazy, lame idea.
Yes this is a five star location from most of east side of Louisville, nicely atmosphere in the area. Plenty of parking and lots of stores and shops. Stores are close to the main road, and visible from the main road. Great place to relax and enjoy the day with a visit there. Excellent conditions.
Good place to find obscure parts you might need. This location has plenty of doors, furniture, misc plumbing and electrical. Def worth checking out. Nice employees too from my experience. Generally good prices as well.
Have found two beautiful sets of drawers here on the cheap, but I would say this place can really be hit or miss. It's either full of gems which just need a lil polishing, or it's been picked over and needs more items on the floor. Always love to stop by and see what they have.
