Terrible customer service. I have an issue with my car and was recommended to come here. Called in to see about making an appointment and was hung up on before I could even explain what was going on. Tried to call back but nothing.
They did their job! But their customer service is awful. Everyone, which is the customer's, ain't the same. So, you as the owner can't assume that everyone is going to take advantage over y'all. Just saying!
Couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and they said they didn't specialize in mazdas but they would look at it and they looked at my car thoroughly for a few weeks and when they couldn't diagnose the issue they never charged me for the time. Great people
DONT DO IT! They are con men and swindlers. I was a loyal customer for a couple of years until now. They really tried to play me. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
Sad to say that most likely because I'm a women, I discovered a part needed for my car, that Jetts' was going to charge me almost 3 times as much then the part actually cost. They were going to charge me $365.00 and per NAPA Auto this particular part cost $134.08. Shame on you Jetts !!
I'm only posting this review on the chance they might see it and respond , since I called and the lady who answered said there wasn't anyone there who could answer my question since it was Saturday and they are closed even though she answered and it shows their hours for Saturday until 6:00. But anyway my husband brought my jeep in about a month ago to get my heat fixed it cost $1200 to fix it and now its blowing out freezing could air. All I want to know is why would this be happening if it was fixed a month ago???
Jett always takes care of my car. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Great prices and great quality work. He's honest about what's wrong with your car and doesn't try to rip you off.
Had issue with my car and had taken it to 2 shops all could not find the problem. Called them and they took me in on short notice found the issue in 20 minutes car was fixed same day!!! Great service
