We scheduled a pickup for Monday at 7:00 a.m., and true to his word, Tommy called at exactly 6:30 a.m. and arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m.—even though he wasn't feeling his best that day. Came and picked up my junk 2013 ford focus and gave me a good price and a check on the spot! Just so other ppl know. You have to go get your title notarized before you receive the check! So so that 1st and you'll save a lot of time!

We had a Chevy Spark and the transmission was getting bad. Everything else was good but the car wasn't worth fixing. We had thought about selling it to a salvage yard but we would have to haul it and then do the paper work to get the title taken care of. So, we found Cash for Cars, they made us an offer, they came and got the car and took car if the title paperwork. They wrote us a check when they picked up the car and we felt like the price was comparable to what we would have gotten from the salvage yard. They walked us thru the whole process. It took some time, but was worth it.

Expedited quickly, which was nice… but was told things on the phone about having to notarize the title and who had to be present for the sale, that were not correct. Therefore, there was confusion and a delay in exchange and sale of car.

Sold my car to them 2 years ago. We had a title signed and gave to them that they should have transferred into their name. Instead, they sold our car at auction and their customer never transferred the title in their name. I just had to pay 2 years of taxes on a car I don’t own. They said they would send paperwork to the DMV so it could be straightened out and we “may or may not” get our money back. They never sent anything. THEY should have to pay for the mistake THEY made by trusting THEIR customer to transfer the title. If THEIR customer doesn’t transfer the title it should be payed for by THEM. Not their other customer. DO NOT USE THEM.
