This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Louisville, KY, Truck, Road Service 24/7 draws overwhelmingly positive reviews: prompt roadside help, courteous pros, and fixes done right. Customers highlight rapid response times, clear communication, and fair pricing on quality tires. Waits are short and staff professionalism stands out. There’s little to no information on inventory variety, yard organization, or part-finding, so insight there is limited. Overall score: 100/100. A strong pick if you need quick, dependable mobile tire/road assistance; recent feedback shows virtually no recurring complaints.
