Great customer service

Very helpful staff.

Years of use, excellent for small business. Highly recommend. Tim

Had all the necessary parts and very quick about pulling them for me. Nice people working there also.

Good people Great prices. Really feel at home there and they have or can get what you need!

Great company with well trained staff.

One of their trucks was driving incredibly dangerously, riding my bumper as well as the bumper of other vehicles and passing in no passing zones.

Great place good people and enviroment gotta love Austin awesome parts man

They are very expensive, they quoted me on some parts it was around $2100,I called Wheatley Truck Service in Clarksville IN they quoted me for the same exact parts with just $1165.I drove just 9 miles i saved $935.

Great place to source after market parts and good tools everyone I've dealt with there are nice people and friendly I work for a shop and I'm there guite often

Very helpful trying to get the right parts.

They found the part I needed, ordered it and had it 2 days later

Great place to go and even better people to deal with. I'm a mobile mechanic from Cincinnati down here to help out in Louisville. I was in a
huge pickle having gotten the wrong filters earlier in the day. Having a truck down and not enough time in the day to get the correct ones quickly. They went above and beyond and had my filters delivered so I could complete my job for the day, I am so grateful for good people.

Great source for truck parts and supplies. Not an auto parts store for your weekend oil change. This place is for the big trucks

Alot if knowledgeable guys work here. They seem to always have what we need

Carlos has amazing customer service skills he took care of me and saw him translating multi tasking helping out who ever needed

Molly she is owesome in her job. She went extra mile to help me. Great customer service. Thankyou million times

The best and most affordable place to purchase truck parts and accessories. The owners are great people and the members of the team are very helpful and friendly.

Always great service.

Also sweet kittie cat you can pet while you're there, my favorite part of going there.

These guys know all their truck parts. I wonder if they're all retired mechanics? Great service and very helpful staff

I was helped by a very patient fellow named Dave who took his time to help me out and get some prices all the while the phones are ringing off the hook. I've used tow truck parts for years now, I definitely recommend them to anyone...

Very helpful people. They try their best to serve you right and find what you are looking for for the best price.

Top notch, knowledgeable guys. One of the parts guys brought me a part I needed at a truck stop on his way home. I’m very grateful and appreciative. Will absolutely recommend and do business with them again if I’m in the area. Thank you!

Just awesome! Hubs ended a pretty lil spike buck, in his semi, on the way to deliver a load to Shepherdsville from Pa. & in exchange, he left him w a nice lil hole in the front end & not one piece of his headlight assembly left. Another parts dealer gave me TTP’s # & they had everything he needed & was absolutely delightful for a Monday morning. Thanks John for saving our day!!!

Had the exact tool I needed for a fair price.

Great customer service. And they have almost any parts for your trucks or trailers. And lots of tools too. If you have never been to ttp, stop by and check it out.

Great staff! I am not a big account here for sure but I still get great service every single time.
