My battery died and wonderful young man replaced my battery in snow, sleet condition. AWESOME service

They Aways close earlier than what the door says the manager says he locks the door 30 minutes to an hour early. So he can be out of there by door time Jennifer was very helpful the next day she went out of her way not only to apologize for the rude customer service I received the night before. But even goes as far as apologizing for Chad's behavior and doing me wrong the night before

They Always Closes much earlier then before they clame , Nevermind what the door time says, it's just a an unhonorable suggestion the clame. They are always closed much early the manager said he's not payed enough to stay past the door time is when he leaves the Close time is much earlyer, so he can leave at the door time. the door time is for him not the customers.

Closes earlier than scheduled time. Won't stay open long enough to allow a customer in route to pick up a needed part to get a vehicle back on the road. Chad said he has to lock the doors 5 minutes before close per the store manager due to area they are located in

Jennifer went out of her way to help me track down an order from a different store. She was amazing!!

My apartment was at 1:40 didn't get seen until almost 2:30 they are very slow..overall good people though...

Could not get my parts fast enough. Not going to fault them for that. They usually have what I need. This was a fluke.

Oh wow this store is great! The excellent techs there are efficient and precise. I put in an online pick-up order this afternoon at the Poplar Level Rd location because there was a 20% deal and also I was researching which particular products I would need for my little DIY project). One pulled the obscure tools in my order and the other tech fixed the quantity error for one of my items. Wonderful experience at this store! *** With that said, the website is quite difficult to navigate because you have to be sure the items are marked “In Stock” at the correct address and there are several different shops in Louisville and it does not automatically show in stock items at the top of the page. I had to do lots of scrolling and it took me a looong time to find the items. Maybe the app is better? Just a disclaimer for pick-ups.

Have gotten 2 alternators from there. They come with a lifetime limited warranty which is awesome I have already exchanged it once and didn't have any problems. All I did was gave them my phone number and name.

Love this place .. the employees were very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. And they always have lots of cool discount/clearance items! Which is truly the way to my heart ! :) lol

Rude personnel, there is an old lady that didn't have a clue of what customer service is. Their inventory is not updated. I don't think I will ever return or buy from this location.

1st time I have used the store! Their website is awesome exact fit ! Huge + I had to buy an oil filter for my mini Cooper because AutoZone absolutely doesn’t know what they’re doing sold me the wrong one when they have a computer exactly like this place & probably any other convenient auto place! I walked in & 2 people we’re working both were extremely knowledgeable helpful & nice .. she went to the computer & it was the Correct filter! and walked right over and said here you go thank very much! It’s that simple auto zone I did not want to give them a bad review I tried very hard not to but sometimes it’s a must ! Can you imagine having your oil filter out of the car wrong filter!? The battery sparked oh that’s normal oh my gosh so needless to say hopefully this will be my go to store

Extremely poor customer service. Went for a code scan and the rep was extremely rude. He even told us to "Google what that code mean". I realize you work in the hood but leave that ghetto rapport at home.

VERY helpful staff - installed my wipers while I was checking out and saw that the computer recommended wipers were incorrect. Found new and better ones for the same price. Allowed a discount when the code (for an unknown reason) wasn't working. Excellent prices and will be returning to pick up my car detailing supplies soon!

There's is a lady working there that has no professionalism bad costumer service I try to return a tool that I had rented at another store just because I forgot to bring my receipt she said she couldn't help me I asked her can you please check the system with my info and she I don't have your information period!!! Wow this place sucks on customer service
