Tae went way more than above and beyond for me. Taught me how to change my rear tail light light bulb and taught me stuff I did not know and was really chill and helped me get on the road to Florida for my family vacation. Hands down five stars, amazing experience and has a beautiful car as well. How a girl ain't came and locked him down is beyond me but he's amazing. Also I'm not gay
this place is a lifesaver!!! they scanned my car for free, showed me exactly what I needed, and answered all my questions. They were super busy and still took the time to help me. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
The older gentleman who waited on us was awesome. The younger blonde headed kid was very unprofessional. Tried asking him questions about the battery installation and he wouldn’t even answer me.

Awesome experience at the local AutoZone today. My battery needed to be tested and was bad. I got a good deal on a 3 year warranty battery and they even replaced my old one for free. Gary S. was very kind and did a great job of taking care of my battery needs. Highly recommend the Stony Brook location to anyone needing to have their battery tested. I was back in the road in no time!
Gary helped me so so so much with a battery issue! In a wild situation he made everything work out and we appreciate it like crazy! I will definitely be coming back to this location for future needs.
If I could give more stars I would. When I say the best customer service of any Auto Zone or other Auto parts store in Louisville KY. From the management on duty today around 330p to all the staff that assisted in getting my car repaired & battery replaced. It was 93 plus degrees outside and they never once complained. My elderly Mother was with me and they even helped accommodate in getting her inside with her wheelchair. Big ups to all the guys at this location especially Alex that went that extra mile. I definitely will be back whenever i need any auto parts. I can’t express how grateful i am for the excellent service i received today. Thank you AZ @ Stony Brook!!
Possibly the worst autozone around. I've had a lot of trouble out of them over the years. Keep going back for the convenience every few years of it being right around the corner. From hanging up on me when asking about parts warranties, arguing about warranties that are in their system as active (that other stores directed me to exchange there), and now today hanging up on me for the most basic questions. So glad they're putting an Advance auto even closer to me.
Shout out to Alexander who went above and beyond for me when engine oil was low in my car. He was patient with all my questions, took my engine cap off when I couldn’t get it off, and even gave me a funnel to use for putting the oil in. I really appreciated his help!!

Needed a headlight bulb and Gary replaced it easily. Other stores said they couldn’t get to it but Gary was amazing. I tell everyone to go to Auto zone Hurstbourne for the best customer service.
I've never ever had a bad experience at this Autozone. The folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. I just left there. Edward was super friendly and tested my battery free of charge. I'm sure all the other Autozones are comparable. But I use this location in Stoneybrook across from Walgreens and McDonald's because it's very close to my neighborhood and 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. Thank you to the staff at this location and the management team that hires these gentlemen and women.
Went in needing to clean some corrosion off my battery terminal. Eli S. Made sure I had the tools necessary. Then, wince reconnected, car was totally dead. She went and got some more cleaner and a brush and went to her Manager for further help. This ended up fixing the issue.
I just purchased a new battery for my Ford Explorer due to the incoming Arctic weather. Josh who installed it and Ryan who took care of the transaction were the greatest!! Very helpful, efficient, courteous, and fast!! Josh had my battery replaced in about 10 minutes and I was on my way!! Thank You fellas!
My car would not start at the movie theater and a friend had to get me across the street to AutoZone (store 1214) for a new battery. Brian was wonderful and drive his car across the street to install it and make sure I was good to go. Top notch customer service.
Both Josh and Edward were super nice and helpful. After traveling to 3 other competitors stores, that were not able or willing to assist, it was nice to meet some folks that were kind and helpful.

I walked to our closest one yesterday to get some Allen wrenches. I got set for a reasonable price thanks to a female associates help. The ones I found were around $13 but she found me a set for $3. That's excellent customer service.
Call the store spoke with a gentleman named Brian... Great customer service on the phone. Once we arrived at the store. He remembered our phone conversation. We got the part that we needed, and he helped us install it. He was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back
You need more employees.... at least 1 dedicated to the cashier position... can't wait 10 min for guys to install someone else's battery before I pay for stuff. You should always have someone available for sales without assistance to just get checked out, no time for this
I had to stop in there to day on my way to work to replace my remote key fob for my car. Edward was Very welcoming not to mention very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He help me find what I was looking for and when there was an issue with the replacement fob, he solved the problem and took the time to assemble the remote himself.
Absolutely impressed with this autozone.... Especially after coming to this one after leaving the shop on Outer Loop where the associates were sub par.
The staff were very helpful. They helped me pick out the proper windshield wipers. They also helped me put them on which was very nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because their prices are so high. Product does appear to be good but prices are still high.
My fiance needed new wiper blades on his car and I was driving his car at the time since he just had surgery. I called the store and asked if they had any wiper blades for his Chevy Malibu in stock, spoke and dealt with Patrick who was very generous and helped put on the new RainX wiper blades! They work PERFECTLY! He was very nice and couldn't ask for better customer service, I will be back for any other car parts I need in the future :) Thank you!!!!
