HOrrible customer service. Purchased Interstate battery for my camper trailer. After 6 months it was bad....would not hold a charge. I took it back to the Blankenbaker Rd location. I don't believe I've ever had such a horrible experience with anything or anyone. They didn't want to warranty the battery du to having some water on top of the battery. For some reason they accused me of overfilling the battery which I've never heard of. I'm a service manager at an auto dealership and have been for 12 years so I know a little about battery life. I actually thought I was going to get in a fight with a guy who was working the counter. At about that time the owner walked in and he understood very quickly that I was in no mood to hear more craziness about overfilling a battery. Batteries are vented for this purpose. After a few minutes and a lot of tension they replaced the battery. Then I was informed that the replacement battery was not going to be warrantied if it was bad. I don't do ignorance very well so I decided to leave before I got myself in trouble.

The customer service here is top notch. Honest owner and very friendly! Would highly recommend using Interstate for your battery needs. They will take care of you with their warranty without hassling you. Such a refreshing experience!

Wow, don't buy the lies from these guys! Horrible customer service and won't warranty their batteries for what they say on the battery(6 years)... owner was wanting to void my warranty from minute I arrived cause it cost him 45% out of his pocket so he says because it was in a tractor? Funny how this was never explained when I bought it. Actually had bought 2 replacements for the batteries I had for prior 15 years in tractor, one of those 2 were bad initially when purchased in 2015, when they didn't have another, owner suggested I get one to replace both and have had issues again and again since... now won't cover their stuff, bad business with bad batteries. Funny, he also said I probably burnt it up with the battery tender I also purchased from them at his suggestion last time! Not happy with interstate at all... battery says it has 6 year warranty, SURE!

Spoke to Mike and he was very helpful finding the right battery for my battery back-up sump pump. The $90 more expensive battery I thought I needed was not the right one, and he saved me some money rightsizing the battery for my needs. Went with the Interstate SLA1185.

Called the number listed on the website to check store hours assuming it would go to an automated message since it was Thanksgiving. A guy answered with "hello?" I assumed I had the wrong number, and I asked if this was Interstate Battery and he said "uuhh, you do know it's 6 o clock on Thanksgiving right?" Uhh, you do know your number is for a business listed on a website and if you are closed, why answer? Completely rude and unprofessional. Taking my business to Batteries Plus.

Scott was friendly, helpful and efficient. I had 5 watch batteries replaced and when I came back, he recognized me as I approached the counter. Price and service are unmatched and I will return for future battery needs.

Manager was rude and condescending. Will never ever shop here. Yelling, “some of us have to work today!” at someone complying with your request is hardly friendly.

Called to verify my battery was in stock. Arrived the next day and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful technician.

This place has always been GREAT!! The people working here always work with us..we use to go to battery plus and they were TERRIBLE!!! They didn't stand behind there batteries when it was under warranty and only had them 10 days for my mobility scooter.

I called in advance to make sure that they had the battery my car required. They installed the new battery within 10 minutes. It was a good and convenient experience.

I bought a car battery here. I am very dissatisfied with the service and price. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else! Costco sells the same 3 year car battery for HALF THE PRICE!! And autozone customer service is ten times better than this place. I felt pressured to buy from them, I felt like I was treated like I was stupid because I asked if they could test my battery, alternator and started, they insisted it was a battery issue before they even laid eyes on my car. Convenient for them because they just happen to sell batteries there. I will never return to this establishment and I will tell all my friends to go somewhere else.

The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Even though this time I didn't purchase anything from them, this experience means that they will be on top of the list when I have odd battery inquiries.

My car battery seemed to begin having trouble as the cold weather set in this year. I wanted to make sure that if I was going to invest money into a new battery I was going to go to a place that specializes in batteries. This place is incredible - they even repair batteries on power tools! Just wanted to say thank you to Steve for taking care of me and explaining about all of the other products they sell and service as well. I had no idea I could get a new battery for my laptop there and they even have solar powered battery charging devices for when I'm on the road. I'm looking forward to being fully charged - glad I came in today.
