Everyone at pro auto was great! Will was primarily in charge of my repairs and was very communicative every step of the way. He was very honest with what services were recommended versus necessary to get done, and how quickly they could accomplish it all— which was all incredibly fast!! The shuttle service with Don Bailey was great; he was incredibly kind, a safe driver, and made good conversation on the way, too! Absolutely wonderful experience, can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else!

They did a great job from start to finish! I was given timely updates regarding the job, the employees were very transparent and fair about pricing, and they definitely put the customer experience first! I will be going back if I have any more car issues :)

Zach did such great work on my friend’s car after getting stuck in the snow. The service here is honestly incredible. Will is also amazing, super sweet and transparent. Made us feel right at home! These two are genuinely top notch, the service and kindness they provide is unlike anything I’ve experienced. 10/10

I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars because this business certainly deserves it. I stopped by to inquire about an appointment for a repair on my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus and they were able to do it right away. The service writer Will was as nice a guy as you would ever want to meet and really cared about making sure my repair was done right. The shop and waiting room had been updated from the previous owner and was clean and welcoming. Plus the parking lot had been repaved. Mike, the mechanic who worked on my car did a great job on a difficult repair and completed everything to my satisfaction. They also have a quality assurance and safety check of the vehicle before it leaves their shop plus they do little things like vacuuming the interior to insure it's just as clean or cleaner than when the got it. I was very impressed with all the staff I met there. This is a well run quality shop that I'm glad I found. They have a customer for life.

Highly recommend Pro Auto Care in Jtown. I brought my car in at 7:30 am for an oil change and was greeted by smiling faces and outstanding hospitality from all staff. Not a single staff member walked by without asking if I needed something, offering refreshments, telling me to make myself at home in the lobby, etc. No joke, they even asked me if I wanted anything from the coffee shop as they were placing their orders. I can’t say enough about their unmatched customer service! They got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and their service pricing was fair. Will definitely be returning for any and all auto care needs!

Our 2014 Vette had already been to two other shops that could not properly diagnose the issue. Pro Auto found it was a simple ground wire issue and corrected it for no charge. Their associate, Will, kept us informed and was super helpful and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

I went to Pro Auto Care because they sent out a mailer with a great deal on a synthetic oil change. They scheduled me the same day, and had lots of time slots. They were informative without being pushy, they worked fast, they had snacks, and my car even smelled nice when I got it back. I will definitely be a return customer! ❤️

Prompt professional service. Having owned an auto dealership for over 20 years I fully appreciate what goes into providing a good experience. Facility was clean and neat. All employees including porters were courteous and welcoming. Pricing was fair and fully explained. I will definitely be back and refer to anyone looking for auto repair.

This place is amazing. I have never needed any real “repairs” on my car until now, and found this shop on Google because of their good reviews. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon with some weird issues, unsure what was even wrong with my car, with having military duty on Friday and being pressed for time - and they identified the issue and had it fixed Thursday night. Not only did they do the job correctly, but while I had to leave my car overnight, they took me home (for free), and picked me up the next day when the car was ready (for free). Never heard of a shop doing that! And the quote I got before the work was completed matched the bill exactly once the job was done. There were no surprises or “we also discovered this and went ahead and fixed this as well.” Communication was great, and although they are expensive, you are paying for quality and excellent service! Their availability was great and I feel like they were able to get me a quick turnaround on my car too which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Don, Will, and Jesse!

As soon as i pulled up with my transmission pretty much dead.. I noticed a couple of vehicles that were ready for pickup. I inquired what the problems were for those vehicles.. and low and behold.. the transmission. I was sold at that point honestly.. The drop off process was less than 5 minutes and they also provided me with a loaner. My subpar warranty company didnt approve my claim and Pro Auto worked with me and provided multiple options for payment. I must say, they are more user friendly than the actual dealerahip. My vehicle actually shifts smoother now than it did with the original OEM trans.. These folks are great. All in all, i'm glad my vehicle died right around the corner from this particular shop.

Very glad I had my truck inspected by the professionals at Pro Auto Care. They diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to provide me with several options to rectify it. In addition, they also gave me a loaner vehicle while my truck was being worked on. Overall, the staff there were professional and honest, will definitely be using Pro Auto for maintenance and repairs in the future.

They’re professional, honest, and really take the time to explain the details of what’s going on with your car so you actually understand what’s being done. I also love that they offer courtesy vehicles. With my hectic work schedule, it’s such a relief not having to sit and wait while my car is being worked on. I thought I would share my experience of Pro Auto Care. First its very convenient and I'm very thankful they have loaner cars. Everyone was very nice and the work they quoted did seem honest and I like how its shared with you to view and approve. However my appointment was for 8am Monday. In and out with a loaner easy enough. I approve the work on Monday afternoon after receiving it rather quickly. Then nothing. I followed up on Tuesday. Mind you this is just an oil change and 2 back tires. Something that would have taken maybe an hour or less at any other shop. I call Tues and he says they're waiting on tires...I'm like okay kind of weird but ok. I call again on Tues later in the day and speak to the Manager, Jesse. He says their system to order was down on Monday and so they were a bit backed up and mine would get done first thing Wed morning. I am still understanding at this point because I know AWS had some big outage on Monday. So I laugh with him and say I get it I just thought this is taking exceptionally long for work that is usually quicker. Wednesday comes no call by noon so I go there. I'm not mad but I'm irritated but also I'm off work this week so not a huge deal but still its an oil change and 2 tires... He says he's at lunch right now but we will get it up and worked when he returns. That didn't happen either. So I came back at 4 and sat and waited until it was done. Where they said we have a new machine for tires and its a different set up so the guy is slower getting it done. I can understand that. It was up and being worked on finally. I got it at about 430 on Wednesday. Pretty frustrating and doesn't quite make sense for the work. I can only assume they just kept putting other cars in front of mine to get done. Maybe something else was going on in the back but seemed to be plenty of guys working so I'm honestly perplexed. I have another car that needs a good amount of work that they would have gotten some business for but that's not happening. I really did like everything else about it but won't go back. This place was recommended to me on reddit. Now that I see the low star reviews I see these are common happenings here. I guess they pick and choose who gets good and timely service. Which is fine there are 1000s of other places to go to. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

One of the worst place to do car servicing. Total Waste of time and money. While they mention affordable transmission repair in their sponsored ads they don't do it at all and didn't bother to check once the transmission for which I was concerned and later asking to replace it with double the price which others are charging. Learn to deal with customers and acknowledge their issues instead of bogus check on their vehicle and then charging for it.

On this occasion I just needed an oil change and filter change. I was crunched on time and the manager went out of the way to give me the best possible alternative to my needs. The owner, managers, and employees of both Pro Auto Care (Jeffersontown and Middletown) and the High Performance shop give us the customers what we want and need: COURTESY, RESPECT, QUALITY OF WORK, VALUE AS A CUSTOMER. These used to be considered essential and valued traits, better yet, ETHICAL. Nowadays it is rare to find such type of service for the capital expenses we invest in which are a need, as a vehicle is a means for our daily living. This is the experience I have always encountered with this vendor in all 3 locations, as I use all 3 locations throughout the year. I am a manager in industrial maintenance and clearly understand the importance on maintainability for vehicles, not only engine oil and filter, but all other: transmission fluids, differential fluids, cabin filters, etc. Both Pro Auto Care locations have serviced me with full satisfaction always and I have spent over 50K in vehicle modifications for performance for 2 vehicles, a 2015 Camaro SS and a 2020 ZL1 1LE Camaro since 2020. I have always left satisfied and with the best humanly option available to my need or, in the performance shop, want. The company I work for was having issues with our prior vendor and after diligent research, decided to utilize Pro Auto Care as their authorized vendor for the fleet in all our locations. Furthermore, as an added bonus, Pro Auto Care allows for customers to take advantage of their "loaner vehicle program". That's right!!! If you schedule with well enough time, they have a fleet of efficiency vehicles to loan out to customers getting work done on their vehicles. This can be for the day on something as simple as an oil change or for a repair requiring more time. WHAT OTHER SHOP DO WE KNOW DOES THAT FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE CUSTOMER? I will always utilize these 3 shops for my vehicle needs and I encourage anyone and everyone to try them. I assure you that you will be more than satisfied. Taylor, his managers, and all his mechanics will give you absolute quality of work at a fair market value with the opportunity to take advantage of opportunities to utilize programs nobody else provides that makes your every day routine as efficient, reliable, and normal as possible while they work on the task(s) regarding your vehicle until completed. Nobody else provides this overall service coming from an auto shop.

​Got a standard oil change here 10/06/2025. Everything was smooth and efficient. The waiting area was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was great. No complaints—will definitely be back for my next oil change. Five stars.

The team at Pro Auto Care are friendly, professional and ultimately found the real issue with my Jeep and saved my over 1K that the dealer was going to charge. Will return for all my car services needs. And a really nice bonus was the complimentary bag of popcorn with a note left in my car! This place is awesome!

We HIGHLY recommend! We have taken 2 of our 3 cars to them for oil change and standard service and they have been amazing! Very honest and trustworthy, don't try to sale you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They even send photos to you of everything they check such as air filters, break pads, tire tread etc. They even give you a little bag of popcorn in your car when you leave and have drinks and snacks for customers inside while you wait. Everyone I've had contact with have been extremely kind, helpful and extremely friendly. Very clean and nice waiting area and clean restrooms, which you don't often get a mechanic shop. We will be customers for life!
