Kevin Jr. is a straight shooter…. I asked him to source a transmission for me last night, and then overnight I decided that I really didn’t want to do the install myself… I contacted him this morning, and he refunded my money within two hours. Kevin even called me to follow up to ensure that I had received the refund on my credit card. He’s an honest guy in an industry where it can be difficult to know who you trust.
I chose First Choice used auto parts trying to find a rear differential assembly. Kevin Jr assisted me in finding one as if he was doing it for himself. I was able to pick one up the very next day. Very Professional
WorstChoice Used Autoparts was absolutely terrible! Screwed up my order, delayed my repairs, sent me garbage broken parts. They argued with me over their order screw and then tried to charge more for their mistake. They failed to ship the right part and did not expedite shipping as they said. I paid labor at my mechanic each time I put on broken parts and ultimately had to ship off my original broken part to get rebuilt. What a waste of time and money! I would not recommend and will NEVER use again!!!
I believe I was scammed too. I never received an invoice or any confirmation of payment. Never received a sales slip, nothing. Was told the part was found in Waynesboro, PA but never received confirmation of a shipping number or anything stating the part would be shipped.

I have called a lot of places for this one part that is extremely hard to find at a reasonable price but Jaden made sure to get the right part and communicate via text and call whenever I needed him. Shipping is swift too especially being in Houston !
