The lady at the guard shack is very nice and polite. You have to be here before 5pm if you wanna be loaded. You have to back down the alleyway to get loaded. You have to scale in and out. Fast loading

Good dock yard staff, good communication. Well ask the person Jane or Jame. He is your guide and helper and walk you through it. Thank for good experience.
Mrs.Cindy checked me in pleasant attitude & informative she made check in easy. She explained set up for docking straight back simple. Back towards dock g.o.a.l. Doors open slide tandems. Wait someone will come get paperwork lady gave you @ check in. Got loaded quick wait to get a piece of paper to give back where you checked in @. Pull towards front onto scale get paperwork set tandems. Complete roll out. The End!!
I had 2 very bad incidents there in the last 2 weeks some of the people are very rude.. thinking of calling and making some complaints on Monday. and you have to give them a star to even post a review. not right
Bailey, the GM, has single handedly saved planet earth. If this recycle facility was on Mars there may still be life there. I cannot name a better ran operation in the northern hemisphere.
Was advised to back down the side of the building by the friendly staff. Wouldn't call it "going around the whole building" and it only seems hard because it's an unusual request, but the actual maneuver is a straight back then normal sight-side alley dock. Fast unload.
Friendly staff and big even when it seems busy. They have a lot across the street where You wait to be assigned a dock. My wait time was extremely quick. Love how fast it was to get loaded as well.
The two ladies at check in are very nice. I was a little worried when I looked at the reviews of this place. Of course I had to back around entire building and into dock but it was not that bad. Definitely not "next to impossible" as one reviewer said. If you can park at a truck stop, you can get in this dock. Pull on the scale when you come in and check in at window! No worries!
Middle of the road WH, although it has the feel like it belongs in a developing nation.. Watch the traffic on grounds. If your going to the docks behind the building, you MUST back around the entire building, the turnaround is barely possible, there is stuff in the way of course. There is no sign for this, but its the way to go. Hit the outside scale coming in. Staff are friendly and helpful, and I didn't wait an unreasonable amount of time for loading.
