The owner of this towing company was dispatched to help me as I hit a major pothole in a construction zone right outside of Louisville and totally tore my tire. I have been a AAA Gold member since 2002. I was on the phone with AAA and he claimed he was on the way, but when I told him the tracker said he was far closer, he said he was actually fueling. I was on the phone with the AAA rep who was keeping me calm. The owner of the company said if I didn't hang up with AAA and call him, he would cancel me. And that's ultimately what he did. I was left stranded on the side of the highway in an extremely dangerous place. Thankfully AAA sent me another tow truck which arrived in no time.
I filed a complaint against this company with AAA. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the Department of Transportation and filing a formal complaint against him as well there.
Miguel is a superhero .In the middle of a snow storm I wasn't moving Triple AAA was having a hard time getting anybody out to me some refuse others were stuck them selves. Enter Miguel he swooped in and did more than get me unstuck pick me and my car up and set us down somewhere safe ... Thank you
Miguel was absolutely amazing. Arrived at my house 5 min after contacting. Quality service included quick response and great conversation on the way to the repair shop. If I ever need tow...Miguel is who ill call.
My car needed a tow after tonight. The owner saw me stranded on the side of the highway and pulled over to make sure I was okay. He then proceeded to sit behind me so he could protect me and my vehicle for the next 30 minutes. After another 2 hrs of my provider ignoring me and refusing me service I gave him a call and he responded. He was there to tow me in 20 mins and was very considerate and professional. Very grateful and super blessed he helped me not once but twice. Thank you so much.
Had to have my car towed today from Hurstbourne. The gentleman is so friendly happy and generally a guy I trust to have my car towed. This is the second time we've had to use him, and I will always go with this company. Thank you again for towing my car today.
