This place is a literal wreck. They never have what I need. Last time I went in looking for dodge 4x4 transfer case. Asked about dodge 4x4s on lot and they just gave me a list and every single one on the list was 2 wheel drive. Everywhere I went in had to kick stuff out of my way just to be able to get through. No organization what so ever, poor customer service. And I basically paid 2 dollars just to drag my tools around the lot. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a legitimate business. Not to mention having to crawl around on broken glass, jagged gravel, and sharp metal to get under the vehicles. As well as having to perform dangerous part pulls without the safety of a jack to support the weight of heavy part such as transmissions, transfer cases, and rear axle assembly. These are parts that could crush a person.
I used to think this place was my wonderland. I throughly loved coming to junkyard and pulling parts, still do. Ever since they've gotten rid of the golf carts (because people don't know how to drive and abuse their privileges by damaging business property) I think the management of this place has gone down. How are you gunna up your prices on almost everything and then add an environmental fee on top of a core fee and then say you value your customers. Yeah right..Heck I know im just a "girl", but I know when I see robbery a mile away! Shape up Pull a part, youre ethics and morals are in dire and need of revamping..this place is the worst ive ever been too!! Fix your dang potholes comingin, its like dodging landmines!! We already get screwed over by the government and taxes, do you're community a solid and help lower the cost of living! Clean up what we pay for!! ..Thank you for your attention to this matter
I walked into Pull-A-Part not knowing much at all about what I needed, but I was immediately greeted by Amber, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions with patience, professionalism, and kindness, which made me feel much more comfortable and less overwhelmed.
Thanks to her guidance, I was able to find the items I needed and left feeling confident about my visit. I truly appreciate Amber taking the time to help someone who felt completely lost walking in. Great customer service makes all the difference!

This is the first place I think of when I need to fix something or replace something on my car. The staff of always been very chill and helpful. This last time I came in , one of the female employees recognized me from the day before, they let me test my battery before I purchased it, They lent me a tool set to remove the battery And an employee actually came out and helped me install it. It can't really get much more helpful than that. Top tier guys.

This place is very good; I never had any problems with anyone, everyone was very friendly until yesterday. I had a bad experience with a cashier; I'm going to file a complaint.
It’s one of the cheapest junkyards around because it’s one of the few places left that lets you pull your own parts. The staff is always friendly and helpful: especially Johnny, Amber, and Cynthia
I went in to get a battery for my car, but none of the ones on the shelf were working for my vehicle. The manager went out of her way to help me and personally made sure I found one that would work. I ended up getting a brand new battery for a great deal. They didn’t turn me away or make it complicated. They showed up, took care of me, and made sure I left with the battery I needed. Really great service.
I'm kinda new to the pull a part scene and was lind of lost the first time I visited. But the employees were very helpful and today (11-4-25) was my 3rd visit and everyone is so friendly and helpful I feel welcomed and comfortable answering my questions. I will 100% be back. Im working on 3 vehicles and I end up finding something for one of my vehicles every time I go . I have so much fun treasure hunting here

I am a frequent customer of the Louisville location and have a significant drive to get there! The yard is always clean and there are plenty of cars to choose from. Helpful, friendly staff.
I love this pull a part I get my part from here is cheap and adorable there customer service is really good this associate jasmine help me out a lot she is really nice and sweet and pretty
I’m 61 years of age and this is the cleanest auto salvage yard I’ve ever visited! I enjoy exploring the yard searching for parts I need. Friendly service from the staff is always appreciated too. Their website is an added bonus that allows me to conveniently see the vehicles I am searching for before/during my visits.
If somehow you read Google reviews AND pick parts for your vehicles from scrapyards, you likely already know this, but if not... This is an incredible chain of salvage yards! They offer a huge selection of vehicles, from multiple makers, of various years; the yard is arranged by manufacturer, in single level(not stacked, ugh..), numbered rows; there are wheel barrows and carts to help you lug your haul; all the parts are clearly priced on their website; and your purchases get a receipt you can trade in if what you picked didn't work.
Price gouging this place is. Charging almost as much as new for parts that are 20-30 years old and might not even work. How absurd. At least the customer appreciation food day made my gas, entry fee, time and my suffering not quite as meaningless I guess.
Had a friend recommend and drove 2 hours! Best customer service I’ve received in years and amazing pricing. One of the employees helped me with how everything works since I’d never been there and she explained it really well and in the nicest way possible
Cashiers were extremely helpful with me obtaining my in store credit after half of my receipt was destroyed and no longer gave the pertinent information. They are friendly too. I Love this shopping experience!!
Love this place it’s really a life saver for any do it yourself personality! Jasmine at the front desk was very friendly and helpful i appreciate this lot
