My experience at pull a part was beyond satisfying. The employees there were happy to help, friendly and over all a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention I found my part I couldn't find anywhere. I'd your looking for parts and can't find them, go to pull a part.
Disclaimer: I am not the biggest car girlie, but even I enjoyed this place! We went early (around opening), which seemed like a good choice as it wasn't super busy yet. Their computer system for looking up cars on the lot was a nice surprise and I like that there was an option to search for cars with potential compatible parts since there weren't any (at the time) of our particular make/model/year. The lot is huge, but the numbers tagged on the vehicles make it pretty easy to navigate. Found what we needed as well as some other nifty parts. Good pricing, too, imo!
Love this place it’s really a life saver for any do it yourself personality! Jasmine at the front desk was very friendly and helpful i appreciate this lot
I bought 4 tires with rubber for 300 dollars and they told me when you remove those from your car you bring them and we owe you 70 dollars, it turns out they did not want them because they were iron, that scammers, that did not tell me when I buy the tyres. clearly it is a bad job or a bad business policy so a star, and if I could give less 5 stars,
Staff is always friendly and very welcoming and willing to help you with whatever you need. The manager Loren is the best she runs a tight ship but she's very helpful and she's a great problem solver.. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Cody was very friendly, explained things to help me understand the process, etc. I was fishermen by the amount given for my car. However, he explained they the market was down on that you're if address to due to the economy, tariffs, etc
They have vehicles on their website with pictures of parts that are not on them when you get to the junk yard. This needs to be addressed immediately, it’s totally unacceptable to drive across town for nothing. :(
Lorin always goes out her way to make sure I get the part I need every employee in there is so nice and friendly always greets me with a smile.they give best customer service this is always my first go to for parts
Pull apart in Louisville wants to charge u retail price for things that wont never sell luckily a girl named Abby was so kind to work with me and figure out a reasonable price for 2 tail lamps thanks Abby so much such a good employee and sweet lady thanks 👍
I will go back to this Pull-A-Part for two reasons. Abby and Tamy! I went to check out with my bumber and they were polite and extremely professional. They rang me up accordingly which means a lot to me. I have been to other similar type establishments and they try to rip you off with there charges. Always over charging and when you protest, they just say “we’ll take it back if you don’t want it.” Tamy and Abby did not try to rip me off and they rang me up perfectly. Their professionalism and integrity is why I will absolutely return to this establishment. Doesn’t get any better service than these two employees.
The ladies were great everybody that works there so great and just helps you out and they have everything that I needed. I’ll always make them first choice.
Have been here before to get parts . But I sold an old car here and got more then anyone else offered and it was simple and guy and manager we’re so kind ! Very professional and just nice people work there !!! Love this place
Didn't appreciate the 2.00 Charge to look around! No phone calls answered... Drove all the way out there and got charged to look! No part available for what I needed and they had six vehicles like mine. A collassal waste of gas, time and effort... Griffin that works there was very nice though.
I spent 3 hours in the cold taking out the parts I needed to then find out they are charging more than it would cost to buy them online. I even slipped and fell from the ice on the ground. The prices here are completely unreasonable.

You pay an admission to get in and they give you a stamp like at the club right, but no drinks or music.
If you bring a part in to compare make sure they check it so you don't get charged on your way out for it.

All the cars were jacked up on rims!
I thought, what, just balanced on rims? No, they are welded so they are very stable and easy to get to.
You use a computer kiosk that tells you were the vehicles are and they are numbered. Easy to read.
So much fun! The jets were cool to look at too.
Oh you can use a wagon they supply there as well to carry your heavier parts.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I saved so much by switching to pull a part. Leave my 2009 toyota alone. I'm sure I will be back for more.

Like all good things in this world, PAP has also gone down the drain. Part pricing is out of control. No longer worth driving out there and pulling it yourself when shipping times are 1-2 days. Recently tried to buy a throttle body for a 00 corolla, it was almost ONE HUNDRED bucks!!! For a part thats been sitting out in the rain and elements. Insanity. Needless to say, i left empty handed. But not before the worker behind the desk literally said he was going to throw it in the dumpster now.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to find the exact parts we needed and the website was super helpful in locating the exact car type that we needed. We saved a lot of money by coming and getting parts our selves. Will use pull-a-part again !!!

I’ve been coming to this pull a part for probably 5+ years now and have always had amazing customer service but nothing quite up to par as with Cody Alexander that is there now! He’s is super patient and helpful with general car questions and questions about pull a part in particular, if you’re ever needing any help find Cody when he’s there and he’ll definitely get you sorted out!
Large inventory, amazing employees! I made the 2.5hr drive here from Nashville looking for a specific car my local pull a part didn’t have on the lot. Was able to find everything I needed, and Sydney was the absolute sweetest! I was cutting it close at closing time and she was kind enough to give me a couple of extra minutes to run back and grab the one part I had left on my list so I didn’t have to make the drive a second time. Definitely worth the drive for me between the available cars and the fantastic staff.

Came to my local salvage yard yesterday got to meet a gentleman named Jimmy he’s a familiar face not to mention he’s the local car salesman. Today I’m bringing home a Honda accord needs a little bit of work but that engine sounds like it can take another 100k miles and then some!
So if you are looking for a decent car to get to work or hold your job! These little cars have a lot of potential.
