Took my car in for knocking and shaking. Told mechanic needed both front axle change, and the engine was shaking really bad. Mechanic called back said the knocking was from axle needing replacement, engine mounts needed to be replaced for the shaking total stop. Dropped off Friday, picked up Monday the car was still shaking called immediately and was told to bring in . After taking it back I was told it would be another 560$ to stop the shaking. When I asked , why I was told IF I replaced the mounts the shaking would stop!
The mechanic said they Do Not have a Magic Wand and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with it, they didn’t dig deep enough to find out .

Your the mechanic and you Can’t tell me what’s wrong with my car, because you don’t have a Magic Wand & you didn’t dig deep enough to find out, but you did just enough to take 2072$ from me and I still have the same issues as i did before I took the car in to be repaired.
This is the worst repair experience I’ve have in my life , It’s true what they say a Women should never go alone you will be taken Advantage of !!
Had to have AC expansion valve replaced due to refrigerant leak. Not a fun job since the dash needs to be pulled. Lots of labor for this job. They suggested replacing the heater core at the same time. Good call on their part. Part of the process is replacing the receiver dryer which is located in front of the right front tire behind the fender liner. The AC was fixed and works well. We didn’t notice when we picked up the car, but noticed some time later that a large portion of the fender liner had been cut out. We took the car back and they said it couldn’t have been them. I’ve maintained this car for the last 2+ years. I’d know if the fender liner was cut. The gentleman there said that he would call around to see if they could source one at, perhaps a junk yard. He never called us back. I don’t trust people easily. This sort of nonsense is a deal breaker for me. We won’t be going back. Three stars because the AC is working. Minus 2 stars because of the damaged fender liner and not following thru with a phone call.
I was certain our truck was unfixable until someone recommended I call Medley's. I met Rick downtown and went over the issue and he was sure he could fix it, just needed a few days to make some calls. He communicated with me every step of the way, was honest and fair, and got our truck back on the road in better shape than it was originally. I'm very grateful I followed the recommendation and will certainly use them in the future!

Medleys always does great work. They will get your vehicle in the shop and right back to you in no time. Never had a problem with my vehicle after it left Medleys. They are reasonable in the prices most of the time. Can get a lil pricey sometime. Great work and and it comes with a warranty. I would advise Medleys to my friends and family members. And whoever else looking for a Great shop. Ms Tosca behind the desk the receptionist is a very sweet and nice lady.
Got our DOT Inspection done here. Great service and honest people. Troy let me know, they found a $20.00 bill under the seat and gave it to me. That's what honest people do. Will be back next year.
The autoshop may not be fancy, but the people and mostly (forgot the old mechanic name), repair professional does job very good. Not only that they later also re-inspected the repair done when i requested before making over 750 miles of trip on old camry. Now in different state, I realized how valuable their service for very economical price (when compared) as I had terrible ripped off experience in my new current state from several auto repair shop who worked on the same car and pointed out never seen before problems, on a well running car!!

Without a doubt, the best around! They are excellent at diagnosing the problem and resolving it (at a fair price). Not only that, but they are always very kind, personable, and explain what is going on. I had some issues out of my 1966 Oldsmobile and every time I've taken it to them, Medley's is not only quick and responsive but they are fix my issue. They go above and beyond. Troy (who is a huge asset for Medley's) took it upon himself to make sure I got what I needed. On my car I needed a part rebuilt and they graciously found someone to rebuild it (because it's outside of their scope) and fixed my issue. I am overly impressed and cannot recommend them more highly. Troy and everyone at Medley's on Campbell St. are incredible and I would not got elsewhere.
I didn't want to even give you all one star but I had no choice. WHAT. A. JOKE. YOU. ARE. My brother paid you all GOOD money. Almost 3k to fix his very first car that he has ever owned and on top of it, his most prized possession. He TRUSTED you all with his car and if I didn't know any better, YOU ALL STOLE HIS RADIO! Are you kidding me?! My brother is the nicest person on the planet and did not deserve your DESPICABLE service. He asked you where his radio was and you told him that you would reimburse him at a reasonable price. He goes a purchases a new radio with money he DIDN'T have because he forked it all over to you! He brings in the receipt and all of a sudden the same gentleman who told him he would give him his money back is not "responsible" for stolen items??? You all stole his radio. How much more obvious can you be?! What a joke. Don't give these people your money. They clearly do not care about their customers!! I hope you enjoy his radio, THIEVES! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!! To anyone considering this place, think about leaving your car with people who feel entitled to your belongings. I'm sure there are more respectable places than this.

Old school mechanics, treat my car as if it were theirs. I never feel taken advantage of, and they have great patience explaining what the vehicle needs and why. Fast, honest, knowledgable.
Medley's is our go-to car shop! They are very honest with everything they do. They will give you the correct information. They communicate with you very well to make sure you are getting done exactly what you want. They have always done a great job with our cars, vans and trucks. The prices have always been reasonable. There are sometimes that the price ends up less expensive than what we expected because they found a cheaper part. I know with them being a family run business they are going to treat you like family. I believe they do. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with our vehicles.
