My experience was flawless. Given the instructions I needed to schedule my appointment same day. Tower executed everything well, including a courtesy call of estimated time of arrival. He earned my tip for a job well done while in rainy conditions. Highly recommended.

Vehicle with his girlfriend, brought wrong tool, had to go back to shop to get another, came back to find out he brought wrong size tire ( even after I told him what type of car I had) so then I was told he would have to go back AGAIN told me 15 minutes but took an hour that time & I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for me .. ended up waiting out in the heat for over 3 hours & ended up with a $10 tire from the junkyard & charged $80 !!!!! Horrible communication & customer service !!!!
I scheduled a tow. They came and towed my car. I thought I would have to push it into position, but noooo! Driver was skilled (friendly) and towed it from where it was. Great job.
Absolutely horrible. Called through Hagerty and was given a 60-90 minute window. They bumped that back twice for an additional 60-90 minutes (on a Sunday afternoon). I called another company who said 45 .minutes then advised they would be there sooner. I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one. AVOID AT ALL COST!
I got my car home in one piece only problem I really had cuz I had to come up with $25 to add to my insurance I thought that's why I took out Hazard insurance so I'd be able to get home if I have to didn't know there was an extra charge anywhere there I know if it's legal considering it was only about 5 miles it took him five hours to get there I think they could have told it for the $100 worst part is I had to borrow the money from somebody and I don't know how long it's going to be for I can pay it back so that puts me to buy what are you going to do
Was honest and upfront that another service could help out better with my special situation. Just by this alone, I feel the customer service here would be great!
