This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent reviews put UNITED TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR INC in Louisville, KY solidly in the highly rated camp: skilled mechanics, fast turnaround (often same day with prompt roadside help), friendly owner and staff, accurate diagnostics, and fair pricing. Customers highlight professionalism, respectful treatment, minimal wait times, and a comfortable waiting area. Complaints are virtually absent. Notes for shoppers: reviews don’t address parts inventory, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so that remains unclear. Overall score: 99/100—reliable for emergency and scheduled truck/trailer repairs.

My truck went in there with multiple issues. No other shop was able to find the cause and had no solution. I brought my truck in here, and they were able to find the issue in a matter of hours. They gave me their quote, which was moderate for all the work that had to be done to it. The truck was out within the week! Good environment. Good people. Highly recommend.
