Took in my 2000 Taylor 655ce 12 str. and they tried to lowball me with a ridiculous offer. If you have a quality guitar do not take it here to sell period.

My husband and I had a great experience at this pawn shop. The customer service was excellent, especially from Katalina. She was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing me. I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff was. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
As per Single Mom Struggles, I decided to visit this shop in hopes of a loan against my LOUIS VUITTON bag and matching wallet. I'd actually brought a handful of accessories, all lux designers Prada, LV, Chanel..all in A1 condition. Unfortunately the most they were offering was $100 for my Pochette w/ a $35 up front fee to authenticate, which shall be returned upon verification of authenticity. The fee obviously applies to each item individually which meant I'd need $280 just to have my foot in the door.. Speaking for myself, if I had $280 laying around I wouldn't be taking a loan out on my fav belongings! Central Mega Pawn in Ontario will at least only charge u for authentication if they find your item is fake.. just saying.. and that was after standing in line for almost 30 mins! Mediocre customer service at most...I definitely won't go there again.
Lucy is the sweetest! Every time we come she always is so friendly and remembers us! She gives the best customer service there, you guys really are lucky to find such an amazing employee as her! She’s always so happy and polite!

I've been going here for years, they are always upfront and honest. I bought a laptop that didn't connect to Wi-fi and they took it back no problem. Bought another one the same day. I won't go to any other pawn shop!

I really appreciate the team at Jump On It Pawn. They actually called me back to let me know they had $100 that I must’ve left behind or that got misplaced, and they made sure I got it back. You don’t see that kind of honesty often these days. Definitely a place that values integrity and takes care of their customers. Highly recommend!
Low ball offers. Sneaky staff, I was told my authenticity papers were unimportant for a gold diamond tennis bracelet..but they were not returned to me.. Be mindful, these people are not looking out for your best interest, Aj for cash is more honest..if you can manage the drive further cash 4 gold is best. 20/200 dollar difference compared to this place
My wife and I have been going to this pawn shop for years! They have always given us the most money as possible for items, they once bought items from another pawn shop and took over the loan during a hard time, given extensions, they are all incredible! But most recently they did something I cannot believe- a misunderstanding about a jewelry repair “quote” turned into a repair accidentally, instead of charging us —— THEY COVERED ALL OF IT “on the house” !!!!!!!!! My wife’s ring hasn’t looked like this since the day she got it ! So blown away with how amazing JUM-PAWN-IT is … HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!! If I could give 500 stars I would! Thankyou for giving my wife her wedding ring back- to a ring she deserves! Immaculate & incredible - just like she is !

The customer service? Amazing. The staff? Super chill and helpful. Honestly, I was half expecting them to offer me snacks or something. If you need cool stuff for cheap, Jum-pawn-it is the place. 10/10, would paw it I mean buy again!
