I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I needed a vehicle inspection in order to complete my car registration and was anxiety-ridden that it would not pass. After the testing, it was found that I need to repair two items. Rather than sending me out to get those repaired somewhere, they kindly fixed it at a very minimal cost. Jonathan, the CEO, greeted me so kindly, and took all my stress away. Also, as I waited for my service to be done, I observed how well they treated all of the other customers that came into their shop. The Front Office woman was also amazing kind.

If you want professional, honest, kind, and excellent customer service, Patricia and Jonathan meet all the criteria. They took are of my catalytic converter install in record time so that I was able to pass my smog. I trust them because they are honest, which is rare in these times. Love these guys!

Fair price, close to the DMV, took less time than I expected, and they actually tried to make the waiting space nice which I noticed right away. You can tell they get a lot of DMV customers but it was still quite jazzed up considering. I only dealt with the front desk staff and she was pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. It went super fast, I was surprised at how short of a wait.

You'll never find a cleaner or more pleasant smog check station anywhere - I would bet on it. Jonathan and his mechanics will check your car in record speed and his wife, who runs the office, is always helpful and attentive to each customer. The waiting room/office looks more like a doctor's office than a smog check station - books on philosophy, tasteful decor, and a comfy couch might make you forget why you came here in the first place. I come as much for the conversation as for the car care. You'll love it and leave almost wishing the whole process had taken longer, so that you could enjoy the "vibe" that much more.

Outstanding facilities and excellent staff. Clean waiting area with fresh coffee, comfortable seating and warm, welcoming people. Service was done quickly and the price was right. I really appreciate this shop and service. Great job!

Despite the fact, that my Hybrid car failed smog. I truly appreciate the level of service, courtesy, and honesty that I received while I was here. Probably the most honest and transparent Smog facility, I've ever encountered and having spent many years in the car business, I've come across many. I got my smog check done here, and it wasn’t a straightforward process because my car had a few issues. Jonathan and Patricia were incredibly helpful and informative — they clearly explained what needed to be done and made sure my time wasn’t wasted. Within just a few hours, everything was resolved, my car passed the smog test, and I was on my way. I highly recommend this place! Excellent customer service, and the lounge area is clean, comfortable, and a nice spot to wait while your car’s being worked on.

CSAI Place of business . Was very friendly and helpful.she got me in and out with my smog less than 20 minutes. The lady at the front desk didn’t quite get her name but she had good customer service and I look forward to seeing her again thank you.

Looking for an emissions test? This one definitely the shop to get it done at. They treated us as friends and very attentive our trucks needs. Commercial Diesel vehicles or gasoline, you will feel comfortable getting it done. The Summers and the employee are wonderful and the shop is impeccable.

Very clean and peaceful inside, the nice lady with the short blonde hair offered water or Gatorade and they had snacks available. the gentlemen who did the smog refilled the air in my low tire. very kind of him. I would def recommend coming here for a smog

I never comment on getting my car smogged, I simply just get it done and move on to my next project. But my experience at CSAI made my day! They were efficient, professional and pleasant on a busy Friday afternoon. They deserve my taking the time to post a review. I needed a Star Smog check this time and I selected this Star smog location because it is very near the AAA office making it convenient for me to renew my registration when I finished. CSAI Smog staff were friendly and professional while one was efficiently handling paperwork and the other performing the actual smog check. This was on a Friday afternoon before Memorial day! On top of that, their price was competitive! This is Saturday and I already recommended them to my family, and I will also recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The gentleman at the counter and the gentleman performing the smog check were stellar employees! I was welcomed in, and I felt like I was at home. These guys were both very educated and well informed about smog checks and the rules and regulations and policies and standards and practices and procedures! I felt in good hands with these two. They pre-checked my vehicle and made sure that it was good to go for a smog check, even looked for permanent codes before Testing ! It was quick fast, easy and convenient the best place to go as far as I’m concerned in Riverside for an affordable smog check!

I looked for two weeks to find a place that could do a vehicle safety inspection for the DMV, and finally found this service center. As it turned out I needed to have some mechanical work done on my Dodge pickup in order to pass the inspection. Jonathan was extremely helpful and was able to replace my rack and pinion that very day. He is exceptionally talented and knowledgeable on all vehicles and specializes in Dodge trucks and even semi trucks for your clean air certification. If you need to have your vehicle smogged or a vehicle safety inspection done, this is the one and only place to go. I cannot say enough good things about how Jonathan and his wife Patricia went above and beyond to help me. I am so very grateful for their service and wish there were more people like them. I came to get my Honda Fit smogged (walk--in) at a Star certified shop. So pleasantly surprised that my neighbor's the Summers own CSAI! As expected, the service was great, the waiting area was very nice and comfortable, and the cost was reasonable. Definitely would recommend CSAI to my family and friends. This BY FAR was the best experience I’ve ever had with any automotive inspection/service business. I called in the morning to see if they had time to get my car in for a smog check and safety inspection, John answered the phone and very pleasantly let me know that my desired in time would work perfect. When I showed up I was impressed to see such a clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated reception area. John was very communicative and upfront with me about his findings and spent the better part of his afternoon trying to fix it for me. After the headlight being found to have many problems John researched and priced out my options before even calling me, it made my decision so easy and made me feel super confident that I had found the right place to help me! When picking up my car I brought my entire little family and my two girls absolutely fell in love with Patricia, who was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After some great conversation and delicious Carmel Apple suckers my girls were quick to ask when we would be back to hang out again :) Thank you so much John and Patricia for all your help and kindness today, you made our experience wonderful!

I highly recommend this place. When you get your car worked on, you’d expect a dull, greasy and dirty environment. Wow! When I walked into this office, pure vibes. So calming and relaxing. Got the jazz going, fountains, diffuser. Felt like I was in the lobby of a spa. And such a gentle soul this man was. Affordable and quick service to top it off. Great place. 10/10
