Love the work. But they dodge you, if you have a hard job they don't feel like doing. Trusted mech for many years and they went limp. I really needed the repairs. Disappointed. I had the money. I had the time. They just didn't want to do a hard job. I won't forget. Pity, this broke my trust.
Never disappointed with Mark or Abenes. They go way far out to repair your vehicle in a timely fashion and their prices are fair. Can't remember ever leaving there upset.
The owner knew what the problem was before I got out of my van when I pulled in. The prices were great and I got my van back the next day. I will be going back.

Mark always provides great service. He only advises repairs that are necessary to be done, gets the job done quickly, and charges a very fair price. He is ethical and friendly...the mechanic you can feel lucky to rely on.

The day before Thanksgiving my daughters car overheated and i called this facility to see if they could help. They checked out her car and diagnosed the issue even though they were swamped with work. This facility is completely honest and trustworthy. They could've charged us a small fortune and they didn't, we were desperate. My wife and i were over 2500 miles away. These guys rock!

Took my car here for brakes and a transmission check up. They were super nice and affordable. My mom also took her car here because the check engine light came on and they didn't even charge her to diagnose it.
An HONEST MECHANIC is HARD TO FIND!!!! Mark does a fantastic job and is HONEST!!! That is so hard to find these days! I cannot recommend him enough! If you have a problem he is honest and helpful. And fixes the problem at really reasonable prices.
The reviews for this place are accurate. They recharged my girlfriends AC and gave her car a synthetic oil change for a reasonable price. No overselling, no false claims of needed repairs. Just a honest quote for the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend Fletchall's for auto repairs if you live anywhere near the Riverside, CA area. Refreshing to find honest mechanics.
I have been bring my cars in to Mark for over 14 years. I also bring in the cars of my parents and children. He is honest and dependable. He tells me what needs to be done and what could be done. He has even helped me with my boat, via telephone, when I was stuck on the Colorado River.
I would never go anywhere else to have my cars worked on. Mark at Fletchalls has always been honest and his prices are unbeatable. It's nice to know when you take your car in for service you aren't going to get taken advantage of.
I use to always fear someone was going to make up problems simply because I wouldn't know if there was a problem or not. Easily making a few hundred dollars off me for fixing (or not) a problem that didn't exist.
I like that I can take my car early in the morning before he is there, leave a note and key in an envelope and go about my day. He then calls me later with what’s wrong and we go about our business.
