They never delivered my car to the mechanic shop because they made a scheduling mistake. I had to arrange for another towing company to get my car otherwise it would have sat an additional 3-day weekend at their lot. Do not recommend at all!!
The technician took such good care of my vehicle. The mechanic was amazed , there was no damage from the blowout or the tow or the tire change five stars to these guys really professional
Today Allan Towed My Infiniti G35 and He did an amazing job! he was careful with my vehicle and super patient as we did have to push it back a little to get it on the ramp! super professional and friendly!!

I am ecstatic about the service, I had a bad coolant leak and did not want to drive the car to make it worse. I called for a tow, Joseph showed up and was very friendly, he is an outstanding individual. He not only helped tow my car home, but offered to take a look at it, and now because of him I can fix it rather than get ripped off by a mechanic! Thanks again Joseph, godbless

They need to educate their drivers about when they’re driving in the mountains, when you’ve got 50 cars behind you the law mandates that you pull out and use a turnout when they’re five most rude unaware drivers I’ve ever seen.
Requested tow service from AAA, Francisco is the best, he showed up early than estimated time, took care of everything in no time, very professional and polite.

I just would like too state that I was in need of service through AAA and they had sent two types of service to assist me as in ,battery and finally a tow for approximately 39 miles last night in a rainy and cold night .Not only being sick, I will have to say I had probably the best service I've ever had with the two technicians. I was so Glad when Star City Towing showed up on my AAA road assist call. This Team was so professional , from their Dispacher to the tow truck driver. They called me as I waited , updating their arrival time as the tow truck rolled up to my location. Their battery service guy drives without due regard for other motorists. He is reckless and all over the roadway and almost causes accidents. It looks like they try to cause accidents to drum up business for themselves.

I didn't want to give them the one star but had to to leave a review. AAA sent them out to change my flat tire. In 100 degree heat, the truck showed up after I got everything out of the back of my car so he could change the tire. The guy pulled up across the street from me on a main Blvd and screaming for me to move the car. I told him no, and just pull up in front of me to change the tire. He said no it wasn't safe for him. I said I would not drive on my rim. Just change the tire. He left me sitting on the side of the road. I am 66 yrs old, disabled and now sitting here sweating to death waiting for another tow truck to do the job they refused to. So much for a man taking care of a old lady. I am just going to change it myself. Very bad form Star City. How can AAA Use them????
