These people are completely unprofessional and will charge you outrageous fees to get your vehicle back. Be sure to remove valuable items from the vehicle if you can because they will take them and claim that any missing items or damage to the vehicle is not their responsibility.
I called for a tow these guys were amazing! The lady that answered the phone was very professional and pleasant! The tow truck driver that came out was very nice and even offered me a bottle of water. Thank you I would use them again!!!! Is there a 10 stars
My car was stolen, recovered, and towed to this location. When I arrived to retrieve my car I was told it would cost upwards of $500 to get MY stolen car back. When I tried to negotiate all I got was a very passive aggressive attitude from the lady in charge. She tried to tell me it was my fault my car was stolen and that I was in this situation. I got no help from the lady at the front desk, just a bill and a bad attitude. If you need towing go literally anywhere else because this woman cares about nothing but herself and your money. If you call them for assistance they will be the opposite of helpful. If I could give negative stars I would.
VERY RUDE SERVICE. WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. GOT HUNG UP TWICE. AND SAID HE WAS BUSY AND DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ME AFTER A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
Crooked business they hang up on you and say speak to management for everything but never refer you to who ever management is. Gonna file law suit and file a complaint with BBB.
