Man I was stuck in the worst possible spot and couldn't get a tow and sam pulled up to my rescue. Asked if I needed help and I was like, hell yeah. Awesome service!

This company wrongfully towed my car and over charged me my lawyer will get this charged

This company keeps coming into my community driving with their lights off. We have told out property manager several times and nothing is resolved. These drivers have been filmed 2 times to my knowledge and have taken several phots of them acting in this manner. This is completely illegal for them to drive around like this. We have explained how there are elderly, children and individuals walking their animals in the evening. I'm not sure if they are waiting for legal action to take place when someone gets hit/hurt. We have had drivers say it isn't illegal because it's private property. We'll the law still abides when someone gets hurt.

In less than 40 minutes they changed 100 dollars to release my truck. appalling

While I'm sure at least some of the horror stories here are true, mine was less of a horror story than most. Their chp approved rates are readily posted in the office and match with what I was charged. They immediately asked how I would be paying, and diligently stated that they can accept credit cards but not debit cards (cavc 22568 only requires that they accept cash and credit cards). They allow you to pay with zelle or PayPal instead, the former offers no recourse to dispute the payment, but the latter does. The car was legally towed from a permit only area (though signage was hidden behind shrubbery, this is an issue for me to take up with the manager of the property) and they had the necessary documentation on hand as required. I went in ready to butt heads for several hours and accomplish nothing aside from gather evidence for a civil lawsuit, but was surprised at how smooth the interaction was. I think at least some of the other commentors probably went in irrate or with bad attitudes and just got their energy returned back to them. I went in calm and collected and my interaction remained calm and helpful the entire time. 4 stars instead of 5 because they still towed my car and I'm displeased with spending an entire monthly car payment for one mistake, but c'est la vie.

❗DO NOT PAY WITH ZELLE OR CASHAPP Avoid this place at all costs. Brother’s Towing towed my car in the middle of the night and tried to force me to pay using Zelle or CashApp — which is completely shady and possibly tax evasion. These payment methods are non-refundable and violate California Vehicle Code §22658, which says they must accept cash AND at least one other legal payment method like debit or credit. Don’t let them tell you, you can’t use cash, debit or credit. If they do call the police (don’t dial 911 use non emergent line) and have them sort it out. This company has a contract with a couple apartment complexes and businesses in Riverside, I understand why the car was towed, but we live in a gated community and the make their rounds and cruise around hoping to tow you if you’re in the wrong spot or don’t have your “reserved” parking spot present. Very predatory. And the price does not equate the tow. They initially refused my card, then reluctantly accepted it after I pointed out their own posted sign. They charged me over $400 for a basic tow with an inflated “after-hours” fee even though they were actively towing at midnight. Their rate sheet on the wall was typed and edited with pen/marker, which also violates the law. When I asked for the legally required towing rate document, they refused and pointed at the wall. I wrote “paid under protest” on the receipt and documented everything. If you’ve been towed, take pictures of receipts and your vehicle to make sure they don’t steal things or damage your car (they damaged my car and I’m in talks with my insurance to get them to pay for it). Document everything, file complaints with the DMV, your businesses, apartments, condos, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and NEVER pay with Zelle or CashApp. You won’t be able to dispute it or get your money back. This company counts on people being desperate and unaware of their rights. Don’t let them get away with it. By law you don’t have to pay with Zelle/cashapp.

I was told by multiple towers that I needed to call this company to tow vehicles for the use of PPI. I was told they couldn't help me, and I asked multiple times for other numbers, and he said he didn't know and just hung up on me. Would not recommend lazy rude service and lack of assistance. Would not recommend. Wish I could put zero stars instead of one.

Very Creepy employees. An older African American Gentleman was being very touchy with the younger women present. He made a lot of statements that were very clearly lies. Boss failed to explain safety measures regarding the property, instead choosing to make vague orders. Wrongful towing is obvious. They'll tow one car for a minor infraction but ignore cars in private parking spots for days. They're sad and they know it.

My vehicle was towed from my assigned parking spot at my apartment complex. When I called Brothers Towing to figure out how to get my car back, they told me they weren’t sure if I would be able to and “so and so needs to check with so and so because they wouldn’t have picked it up without authorization.” I then went by my complex office so they could speak to Brothers Towing. Management told the tow company that I am contracted and on file for that spot, so bring my car back. They wouldn’t, nor were they even in agreement on releasing it. After a couple hours and several calls between the tow company, the apartment complex and I, they finally agreed I can pick up my car. Upon arriving to pick it up, they would not allow my husband to come into the locked fence and private trailer office with me, forcing me (a young, small woman) to be locked in a secluded tow yard by myself with only their worker. I showed them my contract to be parked where they towed my car from, they didn’t care and still charged me $330 to release my car even though it was lawfully parked— and saw the contract stating so!

My car was towed by this company in my apartment complex where I reside and pay rent, my parking permit was sitting right on top of my sun visor in clear view they took a picture of my rear view mirror it wasn’t hanging it was laying on my sun visor but you could see it clear as day.. $305 dollars later my car was there for 12 hrs.. Cash only yeah cuz you know y’all dirty and debit or credit it would have been disputed because your company is wrong!!

This company targeted my daughters car from the complex that she lives I say because she’s seen them looking at her car in the past .She’s lived there for over a year , obviously these guys are trained to identify cars so they can tell who lives there , they frequent this complex two or three times a week. They’re like sharks looking to see what they can take, inside my daughters car the parking permit was in plain site and they still towed her car I try to explain to the guy that runs the place and he didn’t not want to listen ,he just stated it was $355 and they close at 4 pm or else be charged another day . Be aware of these sharks there not scavenging for meat. They are scavenging for money. …….. in response to your comments you told my daughter to be there by 4:00 pm and the parking permit was not under the seat it was next to the shifter consul, all you had to look through the window and see it it was visible! And nobody called on my daughter car there were several parking spaces available next to her car

BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Brother’s towing are the worst company in Riverside. They drive around several apartment complex several times a day looking for cars to tow. They obviously are desperate for money. They towed my car from the apartment complex that I am authorized to park in with a parking permit. I had proof that I was authorized to park there, I showed parking permit, the HOA even called them and they still took my money $355 dollars. I had to pay them for stealing my car!! They were in the wrong not me!! If you are looking for a good honest towing company Brother’s towing is not the place. If you are looking for bad customers service, people who just want your money and will steal your car then this is the place for you.

BEWARE! This company deserves ZERO stars. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The staff were unprofessional and callousness. This is the second time I've dealt with this company and both experiences have been awful. To make matters worse, my vehicle was not towed properly which resulted in out of pocket costs in repairs. All they care about is money and have no compassion.

Stole multiple parts from the car and other things out of the car, can’t say what as I hope they hear from better business bureau in my stead. If you’ve have damage or items stolen just keep reporting them and get them under investigation, better yet shut down.

I was in the Middle of 5 o'clock traffic on Alessandro heading to go visit my mom when I lost all power to my vehicle in the middle of traffic I was having to wave cars to go around me i didn't know what I was going to do and thankfully two gentlemen from Brothers towing came to the rescue they helped me get my car over to the side of the road safely and even though they didn't have to they were so nice they had went ahead and redid the wiring on my battery terminal cables out of the kindness of their hearts . They made sure I was safely able to drive to my destination. I know that I will definitely be calling brothers towing if I ever get stuck in a situation again. And definitely recommend giving them a call if you find yourself in a situation.

They are all over around 12pm.uber driver they took our car asap.they charge alot to get your car back.no care and rude.but we paid a price for delivery to a customer. They watch you,I know about towing, kindly or just plain stupidity on their end.2 minutes,they treated our car so nice,like trash,a fun money making game.i will never deal with them for help!!!!! Camera got pics of driver,it was a set up.they were all over.but I will be watching them,n post them on YouTube how they take cars for no reason.have fun.we are recording you.how you treated our car I am sick.not all companies treat people's cars like trash.

Very low class company. If you get stuck with them, I'm truly sorry for you. They tow without understanding the car and policies of the location they are towing from. I had a 4 wheel drive that was towed without a dolly, so both front tires, shocks, and other suspension parts required replacement. Went through insurance as this company denied they did anything wrong after weeks of calling and requesting to speak to manager/owner. PS I was told the owner is a pastor/priest yet the work they do is quite opposite of gods work lol

I'm very saddened and disappointed by this company. My husband's car was towed last night, which by the way has a permit to park within the residence, without his permission or acknowledgement. We called asking why would a vehicle with a valid permit get towed? Their response was it was unauthorized which makes 0 sense. We live in these apartments and pay so much for rent and more. For someone to just take someone's car with a permit especially right before Christmas and who has a family is so upsetting and just plain not right! As I write this review with tears coming down my eyes, thank you brothers towing for adding more stress onto our shoulders right before the holidays and using our son's Christmas funds in order to get the vehicle back.

Wrongfully towed (poached) a vehicle that should have been towed by a different company that had their signs in said lot that it was towed from and the company that was supposed to tow it due to parking during a night out would've released it with the paperwork available on hand due to the vehicle transfer situation but since that didn't happen and it was located at Brothers Towing lot 2 yards down it wasn't able to be released (because the original owner,an older family member who lives far away would have to come over later and show they were the previous owner) and the driver who came to the yard was rushing and kind of a pushover according to the vehicle owner. Even the proper company we ran into while they were grabbing another car thought they had it.

Moved to my new apartment. Got the permit tags on windshield. Was told by the leasing agent we can park in any empty space. Next morning no car Called tow company they said 459$ To take it after work hours 380$ Regular work hours Not sure how to get a refund. Or who can we talk to ,new place for us , it’s a bad first day. Was very excited about the move, from day one I was disappointed. Wasn’t called by anyone. Not the property manager or the person who called them. In the Bay Area they can’t tow you if you have a permit. But it looks like it’s different here. Any ways I will go and pick it up today will edit this review after I deal with them.

Had vehicle towed Saturday from apt complex. Son parked in wrong spot. Our fault. Called Sunday to get car out. I was told it would be about 60$ cheaper if i waited til Monday. He said Monday they will be open 8-5. 11am show up. Closed for Columbus day. Really? A tow yard. Now its $599. For 2 days???? Yard is 6 miles from complex. If i wait til Tuesday it'll be less. Talk about taking advantage of people. Prices seem to be made up. So if i got my car Sunday instead of waiting. As advised by them. it would have been cheaper than Tuesday. What a scam.

I called my insurance company and they sent this company out. I waited over two hours and no one ever showed up. I called them twice. The last time I called, they lied and said they called me several times for 20 minutes to locate my car and I did not answer. I was standing outside the entire time and NEVER saw a tow truck. They had my vehicle description and I was the only car parked in the given location. They completely lied! If I were you, I'd avoid this company! Save your time and money and pick another company.

Phew, where do I start. So, I got myself into a bad situation. I drove my little car on a dirt path to get closer parking to see the poppies in bloom last weekend. I saw other cars driving through and thought, why not my little car? Wrong. So I got stuck. Like, really stuck. I called THREE other tow companies before calling Brothers and I so regret not calling them first! After three tow companies came out and assessed the situation, nobody was willing to help me based on how stuck I was and how far off the road I was. Insert my angels Robert & Tony from Brothers. It was a tough tow, no doubt about it. So much so that it risked the tow truck getting stuck in the soft sand as well, but after seeing how upset and helpless I was at that point (I had no way to get my car out and it was set to rain the next day which would have filled the ravine I was parked in with water and totaled my car) they decided to help me out. They were so supportive, so helpful, and honestly they saved me. I was going to literally sleep in my car in the freezing cold and hope to wake up to a miracle. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their kindness and I am SO grateful for them. I would recommend this company 20 times over! Robert and Tony, you are literally my heroes. Thank you for helping me when nobody else would.

One word to describe them is “Horrible” that’s it. This company is a real piece of s**t!! If the option of giving them a zero rating I will do it. Poor low life people they are trying to make a fortune from hard working people. They will get their karma haha. The parking space is assigned to me what the hell are you talking about? I showed you my parking permit in person just that alone shows I’m allowed to park there. I got my car and that’s what only matters. But it’s funny how friendly and customer service you we’re when the officer got there lol. Just look at your ratings your towing company is a joke haha. Fraud/Corrupted pieces of s**t ???

This place is very unprofessional and very unfair. I got my car towed from a handicap parking stall and not even an hour later I called to ask how much it would be to get it back and they said 435!!!! How is it that much when a ticket is 250!? Then when I was there to get it out I didn't have my credit card (because they don't take debit) so I asked if I can just get it in the morning and he said it would be an extra $100! When clearly they had told me the first time I called that its the same price within 24 hours. And my car got towed around 10pm. So I still had till the following day at around that time to get it out for the same price. But his excuse was because I made him come out already...and if I left and came back it would be an extra 100! I couldn't believe what I was hearing from this guy. Sounded like he was making all this up as we were talking. I really feel like I was robbed.

I had a bad experience as well, my son had his new car towed from his apartment building as well and when he tried to get it released after the manager from the building called this place stating that it was good to be released if the car was registered under the residents name which it was!!! I still had to go and pay the $340 and only because it didn't have the parking permit let me say this again on a new car!! That had the dealership registration paper on the windshield! We are still waiting for the owner to come back from vacation and being sick to get our money refund.... at least this is what I was told.. very difficult to talk to rude people when they just want to take your money.
