Excellent, fast, professional and affordable. These guys are the go-to guys if you’re ever in a jam on the side of the road. Bonus, if you ride in the tow truck then you get to ride in style in that nice clean truck
Soooo let me just start by saying that these guys are so on it when it comes to how quickly they respond to service.
My first impression was when I clumsily locked myself out of my car and they were THE FASTEST in getting me back in w/o having to be a sitting duck for "about an hour and a half" like everyone else so the not waiting forever to get my door unlocked already had me. Add to that the fact they took care of how careful and attentive they were to doing their job and it's a winner in my book.
Fast forward some time to when my battery gave out one late night in San Bernardino... Joseph was so helpful in getting my SUV towed all the way back to Temecula and went above & beyond to make sure I wasn't left stranded.
The guys are very professional and take pride in their work! They're on it & really know what they're doing and it shows with the care and how well they do what they do, unlike other companies charging an arm, leg, & eyeball and damaging in the process.
So if you're looking for quality without sacrificing customer service or hurting your pockets -- they're it!

Got into a bad accident Thursday night and thankfully I was fine but I was devastated about my car. The driver that came was super nice and kept making sure I was fine. Made the process smooth of a stressful situation. Sometimes hate getting a tow truck but definitely recommend these guys.
We were visiting Cali and our car decided to break down in the middle of the freeway, and they got to us so quick and helped me and my family get safely to the mechanic shop! Thankful they were so quick & the trucks were nice and clean too!
I can't remember the gentleman's name but he saw my car break down and immediately pulled over to offer his help. He was sweet and professional! I'm so grateful he was there to help!
This company is rude and inconsiderate of the elderly. My mother, her sister and cousin were sitting in their car when a tow truck driver began to load their car while all 3 were sitting in the car. He began to yell at my mother and told her she couldn’t park in the handicap parking. My mother is handicap. And has her handicap license.
Anything to try to make money. A police report has been filed. Numerous attempts were made to the manager , Joseph and he never called me back.
Trying to make fast money only by injuring 3 elderly woman.
Please do not accept this as giving you a star. This business is not worthy of even that. I hereby make all consumers aware that this is a business that preys on people to squeeze them out of money by exercising unauthorized predatory towing. My client will be pursuing this matter legally.
This is my first time using the towing company for my vehicle and rating this company a 10 stars. The van was not moving in reverse and Ismael helped me to get the van moving and took his time to help me. He's very professional and very helpful. Will call him again next time for all towing needs, definitely call this company if you need towing. Btw, I called in and immediately got serviced right away. IMMEDIATELY.
Great service at a great price! They were very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend and if I could give more stars I would! I called them at the last minute for urgent help and they helped me immediately with a tow! Very, very friendly and courteous!
They are scammers they tow your car even if its parked in the green zone!!! There no sign that we cant park there !! They want cash to put your car back down!!
If I could rate this a 0 I would. Don't say your open 24 when clearly your not. I was truly in a jam!!! I continuously called for an hour straight. Got no reply. Thank Goodness I got helped but no by your expense. False advertising if you ask me!
Do not call this place they will scam u, I call them and they said they will help me out for 50 but I ask them I’ll call them back. Once I called them back they said 65 now like what, don’t don’t trust this place they will charge more.
Joseph was super responsive and communicative with me and my wife. My wife and 2 kids were stuck at an intersection due to the transmission going out. Joseph was the quickest to get out there and get my family to safety. I had the vehicle scheduled for service at the dealership and was charged a much more reasonable price than the rest of the towing companies. They were on time and let me know when and who took it from them at the service dept. Greatly appreciate the professional and awesome friendly customer service.
Andrew is the man!! After waiting on another towing company for several hours I called up Sandoval’s and they said about 45 mins. Andrew arrived in under 20 mins, was super friendly, took pictures of our car, & drove responsibly. Experience & personable. Get this man a raise !
This towing company is the best they where very professionally and made sure everyone was ok. They made sure to take pictures of vehicle before putting it on truck to protect them for damage claims and us as well. I think this is important cus lots of other companies don’t do this. Then when damage happens they say how do we know it wasn’t there before? The guy that towed us did a great job he got my big Cadillac Escalade out of a tight spot and got

Crooks !!! Went to food 4 less in Rancho Cucamonga , then went into China buffet. There NO sign telling me limited parking. But a Security guard just walking a round. He must of call the tow company to pick up my truck. Cause there NO reason for my truck to be towed. Had pay over $354. To get my truck out. Call tow company and it's a little hole in the wall tow yard in riverside. Watch out for the Scammer.
