This shop.will try to take your money for work that doesn’t need done . They issued my daughter a quote for 2600 for repairs + 200 for quote. I requested a parts list and breakdown of labor which they provided. Price was so high I decided to get a second opinion told them I’m having the car towed from there shop. 5 min later shop manager called me stating there there is weird things going on with my car so there quote is not complete.It was complete they sent it to me, he knew since I was having it towed to another mechanic They knew they got caught ! Long story short The part to repair my daughter’s car was $12 dollars . None of the work they quoted needed repair - straight tried to rob my 21 year old daughter - They are Crooks - Get second opinion Please beware Regards Robert

My Tesla Model X suspention was making loud noises and pulling left and right violently.. Took my car to Woodcrest Auto, They quoted $92 to diagnose the issue.. 3 months earlier, while replacing the control arms, the Tesla dealer forgot to tighten one of the bolts, and it had fallen off the car. Woodcrest auto found the issue and replaced the bolt with minimal wait time. They charged me Nothing for the job despite the quote. They did more than an hour worth of work on my car. I insisted to pay something but was unable to convince them otherwise. A special thanks to the owner for the small town hospitality.. They will treat you like family. Im very grateful for their efforts... I highly recommend them. Thank you for fixing my car!

I can count on Woodcrest auto. They assess the problem suggest solutions Offer a fair price and do a good job. Recent case is a 2006 Infiniti had multiple problems rack and pinion ,oil pan gasket ,fuel pump ,controls arm ,and gas gauge.I know I got a good price. I want to keep the care so I'm glad a had wca for the repairs

They used faulty parts and I had to go somewhere else get the same thing replaced after like one month...I went to the place last year because the insurance I purchased when I bought my car from carmax was taken here supposedly. My check engine light came on and my car stopped working while at a red light. I went to the shop asked if they took my insurance and they said they wouldn't know until after the diagnostic. Later, they told me it was my mass air flow sensor and it was covered but after they fixed it they told it'll be $80 (but it should have been fully covered)... but they claimed that their rate for their technicians was higher that my insurance covers and I had to pay the difference (they did not tell me this when initially asked.) I was upset but was going to pay, but they reduced it to $20 because they saw I was upset. I was glad to pay less but the fact they could reduce it made it seem like it was just arbitrary anyway. In a week I had the same issue (check engine light on and my car was stalling when idle.) I came back in, they were apologetic and said it must be a faulty part and supposedly replaced it and told me okay no charge.... then about a week later same thing and have to come in again. Then they kept my car for like 4 days to try and figure it out and when I get it back they tell me if it happens again I should probably take it to the dealership (so immediately I have no confidence that they fixed it, also my key fob was broken when returned, a metal piece at the bottom was broken off, minor but still annoying.) Like clockwork in about a week my car has the same problem so I take it to the dealership they tell me my insurance won't cover it if it's the same issue, cause they already paid for it at the first place. I double check with my insurance and they tell me there is a 12 month warranty on my parts from this place and yes, they won't cover it again in less than a month. I stick with the dealership and pay (would have been $900 plus cost of rental but carmax paid for some of it and I payed $500 and rental... the insurance was a 3rd party seperate from carmax.) The dealership shows me that this place put a refurbished sensor in my car and that's why the problem kept coming up (the serial # was scratched off and some silicone was visible indicating the part was taken apart and put back together.) I brought the parts back to this shop, and all my bills from the dealership and they told me to wait and make sure that everything was good and maybe they would give me some money back but that they also were losing money. Not sure how they figure that they are losing money maybe because they had to redo the work but they also claim they didn't know the part was not new? If they don't check the parts before installing that's also their problem, there's no way I would know to check that. It's been 4 months and thankfully I have no problems with my car after getting it fixed by the dealership but I don't even want to come back to the shop to try and get some of my money back. I feel like so much of my time and money has already been wasted by coming here.

Woodcrest auto is forever my number 1 auto service. Their integrity fair prices and master experience is second to none. Their professional and kind manner staff also make the decision that much easier. Their staff is always friendly, and very communicative. They never leave you wondering how the repair is going or if there is a change in when the job should be completed. Just in all I see no reason why I would ever need another repair shop. They have a customer for life here.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the middle of a heat wave. I typically take my car to the Honda dealership but didn’t really feel like paying the prices. I googled and after reading all the great reviews about Woodcrest Auto decided to stop in. Mind you I’m always a little apprehensive about being a woman walking in and being ripped off. It was the end of the day on a Friday and Kevin greeted and assisted me and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and gave me the price and that’s exactly what I paid. I’ll definitely be back for future services and would tell any woman needing repairs to head in. My air conditioner is doing great!

I had my axle replaced because the rubber boot split open and splattered grease all over the tire. I didn't expect you to clean that up, so I went to remove the tire afterward and clean up the rim only to be pleasantly surprised that it was already taken care of by you guys. Thanks for an exceptional job going above and beyond.

I called to inquire about the possibility of getting my vehicle’s smog test done quickly — i.e. the same day and they said to stop by right away and they would fit it in. The smog test was completed, I then paid, and left with the certificate sent to the DMV. Thanks for the quick, easy service! They were professional as well.

Mistakes happen and I don’t have any issue when they occur. It is an issue when they are denied. Firstly, spent $5000 having the air conditioning Condenser repaired. Picked up the car and the fan blower sounded like a helicopter. They said they would repair and I got a call at the part with $700, Although the blower was working when I took it in. After discussion, the Desk staff said it was working When I picked the car up. Untrue since I called within five seconds of leaving their site. Then noticed that the undercarriage cover was dragging on the street. Desk attendant again said they did not access that part of the car although it’s required to replace the condenser. I suspect it wasn’t properly replaced, once it was taken off to access the condenser. Again, don’t mind mistakes, but find it atrocious when people don’t accept responsibility. They stepped up and resolved the issues, although the undercarriage cover is damaged. I suspect that this is an employee issue and not a business issue because it was clear that the owner wanted to make it good. That’s why it’s three stars.

The service was so efficient. The manager was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I’d go 1000 miles if I had to in order to get my auto serviced here. May 30 th. After getting a new fuel pump my 10 year old car runs like a young athlete. I’m so glad I can count on Woodcrest. With your expert service my Flex may be running for at least 10 more years. Thank you

These guys are amazing! They got my car in and out quickly, and solved the check engine light mystery for me. They ordered a part I need right away, so I can get it fixed. I'm taking all my cars here from now on!! Try them, you won't regret it!!

The staff is so friendly and the mechanic is amazing. I've never had someone tell me in so much detail about my car troubles. Both times they serviced my car the same day when I had it towed. Great people and shop. I definitely recommend

It was my first time going to Woodcrest Auto Service. I went to get my transmission fluid changed and a smog check, and it was a quick and easy experience. Very nice people, great work, I’ll definitely be back when I need anything done for my car!

I was recommended this place by a family member. And I’m thankful they led me in the right direction. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism as soon as I walked in the door. They helped conduct an analysis of my engine and assessed the problem the same day. Kevin in particular was a great help. He was authentic, informative, and poised. He is the type of person you want to handle your car issues.

Outstanding customer service! Had a nail in a tire on our motor home, no tire shop could fix it because it was a motor home. We were leaving town that day. Kevin at Woodcrest Auto understood our problem and made arrangements to fix the problem while we waited despite a foul schedule in the shop. Will definitely be using them for my other auto repairs in the future

The people who work there are great and understanding. I just had surgery a week ago and was in a wheelchair they got us in and out as quickly as possible. I can’t think them enough if you ever are looking for any type of services they are “honest, fast and trustworthy”. I highly recommend them!!!

This was my first visit to Woodcrest Auto Service for oil change and multi point inspection. They were able to accept the walkin and do the service. They also provided the drop and pickup which was very nice of them. They also brought my attention to a future item that I need to get addressed in my next visit. Overall guys seemed genuine. I would recommend their services.

I had gotten my brake pads replaced, as well as the belt for my alternator for my car and it is running so smoothly now. I also got really great customer service, the workers there were very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for when I need to get my next oil change, and many other things done/fixed.

Kevin took my car in and advised me of what needed to be done. Here explained in detail as to why each item needs to be serviced. I never felt pressured. He just laid it out and we went ahead with the recommendations and we are very pleased we did. I will continue taking my vehicles to Woodcrest Automotive.

I’ve been going to Wood Crest automotive for probably over 15 years and I brought my best girlfriend there for the first time and she felt so comfortable and happy with the service. They just have a brand new customer along with me. The guys are awesome. It is easy Peezy to get your car worked on there.

I called & spoke to Kevin for a quote on some new tires. The quote was better than the other tire companies I called. He was very professional & said they had the tires in stock. I went the next morning. They took my car right in & replaced my tires. I’m happy with the tires & the service I received, I will be going back if I need anything else.

I have had a few issues with my older model Tahoe and Kevin and his team have fixed my car without any problems afterwards. I have completely broken down twice (2 isolated incidents years apart) and had my vehicle towed to his shop. My water pump was leaking and it fried my alternator. They were able to fix my car and in a timely manner. They do not try to upsale you and they are honest mechanics who enjoy their craft. I trust their work. Great mechanics are hard to find.

I bought two new tires. They were quick to put on, track well and are smooth at 70 MPH. The real repair was the front end alignment I had let it go and the front tires had been chewed up. The car now tracks and turns better than ever. The Honda is 23 years old and the printout indicates numbers close to original factory settings. I'm satisfied with work Woodcrest did.

During my first visit to Woodcrest Auto, I was greeted by Kevin the Service Advisor who was very professional and he also explained step by step what work was needed. He was also diligent in calling to make sure that I was updated about any changes when my car was being serviced by Woodcrest Auto. On my second visit I took my van in to get a diagnosis and the owner assisted me and assured he would get me a quote on the work as soon as possible. I received a call immediately after and I was advised what work was needed to repair my vehicle. The pricing was fair and I gave them the go-ahead to complete the work on my van. I also let the Owner know during that phone call that if Kevin the Service Advisor did not provide top notch customer service during my first visit I would not have returned back most likely. The Owner was very professional and respectful as well. I highly recommend Woodcrest Auto for any auto repair needs you may have.
