I was locked out of my car , thinking I would have to wait an hour plus for road side assistance and Andrew called a said he would be here in less than 30 minutes. After arriving he unlocked the car within just a few minutes. Great service !

Had flat tire today and contacted my insurance who got the closest provider to me which was Liberty Towing. The estimate time was about 1 hour but Andrew arrived within 40mins and was very communicative the entire time. Changed the tire quickly and I was on my way. Really appreciate the quick friendly service!

The battery on my wife’s Tesla completely shut down today while she was driving. After coordinating a tow company through Tesla, Albert from Liberty tow showed up. Albert treated my Wife like family. He went the extra mile to not only carefully place her car on his tow truck, but when we couldn’t start it, he patiently waited for us to respond with the Tesla key. When we arrived, Albert walked us through to drop off box and demonstrated genuine compassion during the entire process. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Albert! George and Amy

I had an emergency situation where my car was at risk of being towed by the city and sent to a tow yard. Thankfully, my insurance company connected me with Liberty Towing, and the experience could not have been better. Jose was professional, friendly, and incredibly considerate. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me that my car would be handled safely and towed to a friend’s home. He was very accommodating, let me know he was familiar with the area, and was able to get to my car quickly. He got there in 25 minutes. Because I couldn’t be present at the time, I asked for communication at both pickup and drop-off. Jose kindly called me at each step without hesitation, which meant a great deal and helped relieve a lot of stress. Additionally it was only 12$ to tow since it was more than 15 miles. Thank you, Jose, and thank you to Liberty Towing for making a stressful situation smooth, timely, and manageable.

On Saturday evening, December 13th, I used a towing service. A young, very nice man named Jose arrived very quickly at the specified location and promptly transported my truck to my home. It was truly excellent service.

Anyone who's dealt with AAA or towing knows how painful it can be -- long waits, inconsistent service, and just overall stress. I almost never write reviews, but this deserves one. My Lexus wouldn't start and needed a flatbed because of a low lip kit. I lucked out getting Liberty Towing and Francisco. He called ahead, asked the right questions about clearance, and showed up clearly knowing his stuff and with the appropriate equipment. He got the car up safely and quickly -- no drama, no damage. It was efficient because he was experienced and knowledgeable (unfortunately rare and not always the case). Then I needed a second tow to a different mechanic. I reached out to Francisco directly, and he/ his company coordinated everything through AAA so that it was covered without the hassle of reimbursement, kept me updated the entire time, and even sent photos when the car was picked up and dropped off. I didn't have to wait around or deal with any hassle. He was professional, kind, and never once hinted at expecting a tip. Just solid, honest work. I never thought I'd review a towing service but truly, this team deserves recognition. Highly recommend Liberty Towing and Francisco, in particular.

I had a flat tire today and Andrew, the technician was incredible. He was quick, thorough and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate his professionalism, he provided excellent service!

Dispatcher was overly rude, took over 6 hours to TRY to get any help with a jump, and kept switching tow truck drivers with no information/update. Ended up going with AAA and got help within 20 minutes. Listen to the reviews, this place is not worth it

Had a moment today when my car battery died and I needed a jump start. I called Allstate Roadside Assistance, and they connected me with Liberty Towing. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Maurico texted, called, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Yes, my battery was low and honestly, so was I but thanks to Allstate Roadside and Liberty Towing, I was back up and running. Truly grateful! Team Smiley ☺️

This place is truly fast and professional. Called to tow a forklift to a new shop and the whole process took 1hr from phone call to delivery. Awesome service. Well recommended

It was a crap day. Just got off work and literally down my street when someone got in front of me and wrecked my new Harley. Called my insurance and they got the nearest towing company near me and it was Liberty I got a call from Liberty and was told it was an hour out. Bummer, glad my friend lives close so I had company. I called my insurance (state farm) to make sure I was covered but I was told that I had to add towing with “full coverage”… makes NO sense but ok. I asked them what’s the estimate and they were upfront about it. I told them what my insurance told me and even they were confused. The driver from Liberty arrived and loaded the bike like a pro. Me and my friend left and waited for him at my house. I get a call back and the gentlemen over the phone told me I was covered for the tow. Not sure what transpired during that hour and twenty minutes but I was relieved. You figure having full coverage, towing would be included. Thank you Liberty Towing. Hope to god to never get into another accident but if that should occur or any of my other vehicles won’t start, I’ll tell my insurance to contact you guys. God bless and thanks again.

30 miles away from our new home, after driving 1600 miles to get here, someone's tire blew out in front of us and the tire hit my car, causing severe damage, making it immediately undriveable. I have been driving a long time at this point, was so happy to be 30 minutes away, and it was midnight. I had my child, my dog, and my cat in the car with me. Now, I have a deep emotional attachment to my car, so it was especially devastating in that regard as well. Insurance company told me roadside assistance was covered, and they'd send a tow, only to be called back a half hour later and be told it's actually not covered and I was on my own. The agent felt bad and sent a list of recommended companies, and Liberty Towing was at the top. I called, and they were quick to answer and find an available driver. The driver, Leon, was amazing. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, promising he would find me (my phone was dying and my car was dead at this point). It took a good hour, but he did find us. He allowed my animals in the cab as well, something a couple of other tow companies said absolutely no to, but I didn't feel good about leaving them in the car being towed. They were already scared enough. He was so kind and pleasant. He talked to us, we had conversation, he made me laugh, he helped me get my mind off what was feeling like one of the worst nights for me. Finally getting to our new place I'd worked so hard for, and now my car was destroyed and we had no transportation. It wasn't cheap, it was $500, but he got us from a highway outside of San Bernardino, all the way up the mountain toward Crestline, and that's a haul, and not the easiest drive. It's been a week and I'm still working on getting repairs, if it can be repaired, but I wanted to leave a review because it was a really scary night, and Leon was just so great through it.

What a terrible experience I had with this company today. Their driver got his feelings hurt because my wife’s card wasn’t good enough he needed my card which I didn’t have, so I made arrangements with the company to go get cash from the atm and pay cash, they said they would be back in 40 min. I called them an hour later and they said be there soon. Called them at 3pm and they told me I had to rebook my tow and refused to hold themselves accountable for their poor service and poor communication.

I recently had a dead HV battery in my Tesla and needed a tow, and Brian from Liberty towing came to my rescue! He arrived right on time it was extremely professional. Brian's experience with Tesla's really showed - he offered specific advice based on his knowledge, walking me through putting my vehicle into tow mode so I wouldn't have to be dragged onto the flatbed. Before towing, he also offered options to try and avoid the toe altogether, showing genuine care and expertise. When the tow was necessary, Brian handled my car with great respect and efficiency, completing everything quickly and smoothly. He made sure I knew where my car was being taken and insured I had a ride so I wasn't left stranded. Liberty towing contacted me when Brian was dispatched and gave me an estimated time of arrival which to my surprise was accurate! I wasn't left waiting long. No one wants to need a tow, but when you do, Liberty towing is like a superhero with a flatbed - ready to save the day and get you back on the road with a smile. Thanks, Liberty towing and Brian, for coming to my rescue!

I had a great experience with Liberty. My tow truck driver Aaron was very professional and kind. My daughter and I felt very comfortable on our ride with him to our destination. Definitely recommend getting your tow service thru Liberty! Thank you Liberty and Aaron.

My motorcycle got a flat tire. AAA sent me to Liberty Towing. Emrick called me and let me know he was sending the best guy for towing bikes. 10 minutes later Joe calls me and says he's 10 minutes away. He pulls up in 8 minutes and I was home in 20. Don't know what the 2 1/2 stars is about but these guys were fantastic!!!! Thank you Liberty Towing.

I called Roadside Assistance through AAA, they sent this company. They arrived quickly, and efficiently towed my car to my destination. Not sure why their reviews are low, they were great! Tow driver was friendly and quick loading and unloading my car. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a flat tire in the middle of the freeway on a Sunday night with my wife and newborn in the car and Liberty towing was super helpful. Cesiah was extremely kind, patient and helpful, she went out of her way to help us. If you’re ever in need of a towing company THIS IS IT! Thanks Cesiah!!!

Highly recommend using Liberty Towing. Lost my key at work and needed a tow home! Service was good! Our ETA was estimated 90 minutes but the tow driver got to us in 30! I forgot the drivers name, but he was a younger guy, maybe Jeffrey or Joseph. He was very nice and professional, had a good attitude, made small talk. Got the job done in a timely matter, I very much appreciated his help! Wish I could remember his name so that I could ask for him next time! Overall 10/10 experience!

Last night I was stranded at a gas station because I locked my keys inside my Mercedes. I waited nearly an hour maybe less. Liberty’s driver Julio arrived and quickly apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being patient. I was not expecting that. Julio was very caring and polite. He was cautious with my vehicle. I admired his professionalism and hard work. Good job representing Liberty towing.
