I came to buy a cabin and air filter and was greeted by Billy! He gave us the best customer service experience. He was very informative and patient with us. He also went out of his way to help us change our air filters. 10/10 definitely will come back for him!!

Chris and Adrian took great care of my van and its battery issue, and fully resolved my concerns over selection and replacement. I look forward to coming back whenever I’m in need of parts and supplies that I can choose at O’reilly instead of other shops closer to me.

The fact that I can order something online and have it shipped to the store in an hour is pretty neat. They don’t always stock things, but their warehouses are so close that you can always get them quickly. They should move into the AutoZone up the street because the AutoZone is stupid.

Special thanks to Ally ? from Mead Valley Auto. Very polite, helpful and courteous. Got me MULTIPLE parts , water pump, timing belt, rotors, front crank seals etc within the hour, also got me additional parts at will call from warehouse for my 35 year old Lexus. All from Direct import Japan ??which is even better. The other ladies at front desk also have great customer service. If your an old guy ? who's really into your old cars than look no further ?. Called for to see if they could look up an oil drain plug by thread size. Asked if they could do year make and model. Told them it wouldn't work that way because it wouldn't come up with what I wanted to which they responded they don't know how to do that and I need to go on hold. I tried explaining but I was talking to no one because they already put me on hold before I could say anything. Called Norco and they found it with the info I have and let me know it wasn't available without having to put me on hold. I was already under the car because I got the wrong size from them so I'd appreciate if you give me a chance to speak instead of looking for easy sales.

Found what I needed because the store is clean and organized.. Staff know what they're talking about. Just a perfect and smooth visit.

They associates are always so helpful! Thank you Adrian for all your help today! I highly recommend this store it’s where I always do my business. 10/10 recommend.

My family and I FREQUENTLY use this store for our automotive repair needs. Went to Orileys this afternoon to pick up some A/C refrigerant with my father who had open heart surgery a few months ago. He asked the counter associates to use the restroom, as he is on medications that cause urgent and immediate restroom use. The associates turned to ask someone named Ally or Allie (doesn’t really matter how she spells it) who responded “He can go to Subway”. My father restated that he really needed to go due to his medical procedure and medications. Ally oh-so-condescendingly responded “Do you know how many people walk in here wanting to use the restroom with the excuse that they are on medication?” Once I picked my jaw up off of the floor, I reiterated that this wasn’t an excuse and it was urgent and he really needed to go and she was blatantly dismissive as we promptly exited the store. While I can understand that requesting to use the facilities is addressed on a case by case basis, denying restroom use to a senior who was honest about his needs is inconceivable. I will be reaching out to their Corporate Office to address this personally. I hope Ally has the week she deserves.

LILY thank you so much for going all out to answer all of my questions about my truck with accuracy and testing everything not just the one thing I came here for to get tested. She is very intelligent kind and took care of me even providing shops numbers. Thank you lily. This girl needs a raise :)

Your company policy regarding the warranty on a battery that I purchased 1 year ago sucks!!!! I have a 2018 Honda civic with 44,000 miles. The original battery never left me stranded until the end. I purchased this upgraded battery from O’Reily with an extended warranty. I went out of town over the summer and left the car at the airport for 8 days during a heat wave. Get in after arriving home and wouldn’t even click. AAA started it and ran until a recent trip where the car sat. Went to start it and nothing so I went to get a new one. Upon removal, the battery was leaking. Went to get a replacement battery because it’s under warranty. Nope!!! We need to charge it for an hour. I said it’s leaking. That’s possibly rain water. Your policy sucks and your warranty means nothing!!!!

I went to Oreilly first time in my life, I was always using Autozone, I am extremely satisfied with how they handle customer request. I was going to buy refrigerant for my vehicle, Ryan wanted to open my vehicle and check if there is any leak first. Well it was full and it didn’t have leak. I was going to mess up my vehicle. He guided me into right direction. This beyond of expected and very valuable to me. 5++++ stars Thanks Ryan.

These stores are ALWAYS clean. Easy to navigate, well lit. Super friendly staff: I typically will find exactly what I need. They also will look for alternate locations if they specifically don’t have what you need in stock - also will order the parts for you and can have them relatively quickly.

Pulled up and saw their work van parked in the blue section of the handicap parking spots. They had 4 people behind the counter, and they appeared too busy to check me out for my 2 items. If it wasn't that I needed these items, I would have ordered them online. I'm very disappointed. I definitely will not be back.

No bigger or smaller than every other O'Reilly's store and they stock similar items as AutoZone. Friendly service and special order items from their depot were delivered quickly.

This place usually has whatever I need. If not they have ordered parts for me. That was always helpful. Just need another person to check people out, instead of waiting on 2 guys Taking their sweet time going back and forth. That would be a plus to have more people on for cashiering...

She misunderstood and sold me the wrong cabin filter, went to exchange it and got the right one, got home and discovered it was damaged but box wasn't so had to return to store to exchange damaged filter. The people were friendly every time. I'll remember this because it's the 1st time I've had a problem in the 10+ years I've been a customer. I will continue doing business but will check what's in the box.

I used to go to this location pretty frequently and was always impressed with their help, but recently the newly hired think they're better than you, and will talk down to you. Even management is horrendous now. The location off of University is way more helpful and they actually know about cars.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to find good help at OTHER auto parts stores. I have 5 cars, 3 modern and 2 classics, so I’m in an auto parts store often. Shelly the manager at O’reilly in Woodcrest is ALWAYS on top of things, know her automobiles and makes finding good help look easy. And NO, she doesn’t know I’m writing this and I don’t know her outside of the consistent great service she and her crew always provide me. Thanks Shelly!

I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores more often than Autozones. This O'Reilly is much bigger than the Autozone near by. WELL STOCKED, at wide aisles, oftentimes you can find sales items such as coolants or synthetic oils or something you can be used on your vehicle maintenance. Staff at this store is well trained. They "ALWAYS" ask (my number) customer number. I remember Alejandro, the staff, because he is so friendly and at the same time he is so professional. Keep up with good business O'Reilly.

These guys are always helpful. I am so grateful on one of my visits, I expressed my concerns about burning so much oil in between oil changes. She showed me a potential leak. She said to have it checked out that may be the cause. She was sooo RIGHT. I don't remember her name to give her a HUGE shout out but, Thank you thank you thank you.....

Absolutely ridiculous. The two women in this store knew nothing about cars and the store, unlike all other auto part stores I’ve used, had no simple hand tools available to loan to change a brake light. Will NEVER wate my time at another O’Reilly’s again.

I went in for windshield wipers. Armando remembered me from calling earlier. He went to my car and took off my old wipers to make sure he had a match. He not only discounted my wipers but installed them for me. The service was great.

Shopped at many auto parts including AutoZone but had never had better service or quality of parts than O'Reilly's. This guys go the extra mile to get you what you need. The delivery times are the best when they don't stock what I need.

Typical parts house with just about everything u need 2 fix ur vehicle. Always busy when u showed up & hired help @ there wits end helping confused customers. Still personal work diligently 2 make sure u get what u need 2 fix ur vehicle. O'Reilly is right next door. Perfect 4 my needs.
