Honest, competent and good communication! This shop has kept my 2002 honda accord going even with all the issues of a salvage title car and at over 201,000 miles that is no small feat! when a repair has failed they honor their warranty too, that is rare from small shops. Recently had to deal with a check engine light, they replaced my spark plugs and used engine clean kit to flush things and the issue was resolved. Bravo.

This place is small but very good. They save me the trouble of having to go to the dealer & the staff are very nice. Female friendly too! Ask for Ryan or Gilbert

Had my AC repaired and my front brake pads and rotors replaced in July. Cost me $1, 600. ac started blowing warm air again just a month later and my breaks started making a weird noise as well. I took it back in so they could reevaluate the AC and the brakes. they tried to charge me for a brake inspection when I just wanted them to check the work that they had just done. They also stated that there was a different leak in my AC unit than last time. Compressor was replaced a month ago but now they're saying that there was a leak in one of the lines. $1,000 later I now have my car back and I will never ever return to this place!!!!!! They show absolutely no compassion or take any responsibility for any work that they've previously done. Do not trust this place. It's all about the money.

Exceptional Service! My Fiat 500 was towed to CSAI. I wasn't able to accompany the tow driver. I Informed Ryan of my situation, he advised me to give the car key to the tow driver and he'd call when the car arrived which he did. He called in 2 day to inform me of the problem. Service was fast. My car was ready the next day and reasonable!

Ryan and staff did an excellent job on me Genesis in order for me to get a title. Arrived @ 10:00am, prompt action and I was out in less than 60 minutes. Professional attitude and customer service.

I took my Infiniti G35 to CSAI to to repair a major leak and some other issues. The completed repairs went just fine. My 2004 vehicle is running like it's brand new. CSAI did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. CSAI has great customer service. Ryan did a great job in explaining the repair process and everything turned out fine just the way he said it would. I will continue to have my vehicles repaired at CSAI.. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop.

1/17/2024 Excellent Service...AS USUAL! I have been going there for years and in fact, just recommended it to a very good friend of mine. I talked about the owners Patricia and Johnathan, as well as the professional staff Gilbert and Ryan so much that she remembered and just asked me for their number. I live in another city with many service stations but drive quite a long way to CASI Auto because I trust them. For a female, that's saying a lot. The staff communicates with you so there are no surprises. The facility is always clean and comfortable, and I never feel that I'm being cheated. I ask a lot of questions; therefore, I may not be the easiest customer to deal with, but they have never been rude or disrespectful to me.

Ryan up front and the service technicians in the back are all top-notch. Everything was done With integrity and professionalism. I have taken my car in several times and have been completely satisfied every time.

Always go to CSAI for service - excellent service and staff. Ryan and Gilbert are very special - always helpful in scheduling appointments and ensuring timely repairs, plus factor is both are caring, kind and treat clients like family. Patricia and Jonathan are great to interact with too

I had CSAI do my smog check today. The price was very reasonable. I waited in the office and did some work on my laptop. Nice and air conditioned. Receptionist was super duper nice. Really great customer service. I had even forgotten my DMV smog check paperwork and they took care of everything no prob. The info was sent to the DMV electronically and I'm all good to go.

There are plenty of auto repair service stations near my home but I gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to have my vehicle serviced at CSAI Smog & Auto Repair. The owners Patricia and Johnathan are honest, professional, courteous, and care about their customers. The prices are reasonable and I know that as a single woman I am not going to be taken advantage of. They always do an excellent job and they do not charge for unnecessary work. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here. The place is clean, they have up to date technology, and actually send you photo's of your vehicle repairs. Quite impressive!

This is a fantastic place to take your car. They even offer automotive training. Their service is top-notch. I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve kept our cars running in excellent shape. And very friendly. And now they’ve opened a second location where they do smog checks. Such good people. And just as importantly, they treat my wife with the same care and respect that they treat me. Never condescending. Never “man-splaining.” 100% honest.

These guy's tried to take advantage of my friend when she took her car there, price gauging like crazy bcuz her car was already there after breaking down right around the corner. Ryan, said he was the manager and did not want to even wiggle or negotiate on the price as $1500 to change a bad alternator was a good price. Luckily we found another shop and was able to save $600. Don't go here if you're wanting to get a good deal and expect good service.

A hidden gem! Found CSAI by accident and have used them for my smog checks ever since! They are knowledgeable, professional, great communication, and helpful. The waiting area is clean and they are reasonably priced. I needed a quick repair to pass my smog check, got it done, and we’re good as new.

All of the service is reasonable. The office clerk is really friendly and helpful, he is happy to answer any questions. The place is also clean and bright! The service is also really quick, we didn’t make an appointment, but they still do it in a day. After checking, they will send what is the problem with the picture, to let people know what makes the problem. The only thing which is not very good use is the phone call, I have no idea which to clicks.

We first took our BMW to the mechanic we've depended upon for 20 years and after paying the fee and leaving with the problem unsolved, we found CSAI Auto Service. They are mechanics who are more experienced in the specific issue our car required for repair. Ryan, at CSAI AUTO SERVICE has been so great to work with. He and the shop are very knowledgeable, professional, accessible and helpful. They diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the computer in a timely fashion. I've never seen a mechanics shop so clean and orderly, which, I believe, is one of the factors of their success. Good job, guys! Thanks for giving our car a new lease on life.

They're one of the only places around that is capable of doing a brake and light on a larger truck as long as it isn't over 10k and a dually. Service was decent my issue is that we dropped the truck off early and it took them until the end of day to tell us that it didn't pass the light inspection due to a small unnoticeable by us missing lense cover on the rear bumper of the truck. Wasn't an issue to replace it, but they're the only place I've ever had that charged us after we fixed it. Most places give you a day or so as a courtesy. We'd go back, but only because the next place that has the certifications is in Highland

I needed a brake switch bumper replaced, and CSAI replaced it for no charge. Talk about great customer service and loyalty. I know I couldn't have gotten that kind of service anywhere but here. CSAI has provided excellent and timely service to my family for several years now. Whatever you need, CSAI can do it better, and often times, cheaper. Thanks CSAI. W. Roberts.

I had the 40-point inspection from AAA done and fixed my motor mounts. I’ll explain how both went. 40-point inspection: I dropped my car off at 8am and it took about 1.5 hours for my car to be returned. Quick service and very friendly staff who are willing to explain everything. I had this done Free of charge since there was a promotion from AAA at the time ? Motor mounts: I dropped my car off at 9:18AM and got it back around 4pm. I took it in because my car was making a weird noise and I was worried it was something terrible. CSAI auto service was able to find the issue (broken motor mount) and fix it. The wait was not bad. The only reason I rated it 4/5 stars is the price (since i’m a college student with limited funds ?) but i’m reality it was a very adequate price for the work that was put in. Will definitely be returning here again if i have any issues! I am not from the area, so it is nice to have found such a good and reliable mechanic (although it might drain my pockets a little ?). I took my truck to these guys after getting a quote from another shop to get it to pass Smog. The first shop wanted $3200 to replace four major components. CSAI did a more comprehensive diagnosis and was able to get my truck to pass by replacing just one component for $1100. The office clerk was very friendly and happy to answer lots of questions. They were also realistic about time frames. I won't be going back to Top Dawg.

When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan, he was kind and professional as he got my estimate paperwork ready before starting the service on my vehicle. I was also offered water which was great considering the temp was in the high 90's at that time. After my service was completed I received a text where I could see what other things my car needed attention on as well as pictures so I can see it for myself. Great attention to detail and awesome customer service.

CSAI is amazing! I used to come here super often to get my car serviced here for regular maintenance about 2 years ago. Brittany was super helpful and organized, and she was able to give me an accurate time estimate of my car service right then and there. They have a private waiting room in the back with restrooms, which is a plus. The best thing about this shop is that I have never had to wait over an hour to get my maintenance done, which is why I stopped going to my Lexus dealership for service. The mechanics are very knowledgable and friendly, and they are honest and very reasonable about their pricing. You will not find any place better than CSAI.

They're no good here judging from how they've screwed over the one customer who just went there to get his battery checked. How sad, how tragic. You can tell that his experience must be true, even though everybody else who reviewed CSAI gave em 5 stars. I've recently done some research and found that this one very negative review is worth more than a thousand good reviews. The individual who issued the bad review was found to be quite honest, fair, and reliable. So, regardless of whether CSAI is Automobile Club approved or not I'll never do business with them or in any way recommend their services to anyone, ever.

I've been here before for my previous car and again recently for my new car and this mechanic shop is still my preferred place to go and recommend people. Their prices are very reasonable and I have found them to be very trustworthy. I was able to get an airbag wire underneath my seat which my dog chewed open spliced back together within an hour for $100 (basically their labor price). Sure, I could have tried it myself but I'd rather have a professional do it. Also the Honda dealership was going to charge me much more just to look at it and was even mentioning that they might need to changeout the entire airbag wiring harness (at least $1000). Brittany at the front desk was very nice and they also have a comfy waiting area for you to relax in while they work on your car.

All the AAA repair shops I’ve been to have done a great job so far, but CSAI was exceptional. They were not just courteous, they treated me like a family member. I’ve never had to deal with repair shops before, but they walked me through every step, fixed my problem quickly and charged me a reasonable price. I was impressed by their speed and service & asked them to look at the A/C the next day. The temp outside was above 100 for the entire week, and the truck is black. When they were finished it felt like Christmas, just before the snow. They’re my (new) auto repair shop go-to place!
