I got exceptional service from interstate. My driver Marcus went above and beyond. His 11 years of experience really showed and he saved the day! Higly recommend! don't waste your time and just call INTERSTATE TOWING! You won't be sorry!
If I could give zero stars—or even negative stars—I would. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
I waited over 7 hours, only to be treated with complete disrespect.
On top of that, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in how they spoke to me. Their tone and behavior were intimidating and confrontational, resembling the way criminals speak and act rather than professionals. At times, their behavior felt threatening instead of service-oriented.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation calmly, they escalated it and acted hostile.
This was one of the experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration, and go somewhere else.
I had the opportunity to meet Steven with Interstate Towing when he towed my vehicle the other day. He was very professional and friendly. He also waived the fee for me since there wasn't many miles to tow. He really made my Christmas! Give him a raise!!
Not sure why this didn’t post before but hopefully it post now. On October 26, 2025 i had the blessing of having axle at interstate towing call me. He sent out the A team driver being Kenny. And together they both went above and beyond to make a bad situation right that they were thrown into. I have nothing but great things to say bout the two of them still a month later! Many thanks to those guys and truly AAA is lucky to have a dispatcher and driver as great as them! (I also left a great review with AAA immediately following service as these guys earned it!)
Quick and easy battery service. Got me jumped and swapped the battery out per my request. Back on the road with no issues less than 30 minutes after submitting the service request through AAA. Battery options reasonable with 3 year AAA warranty.
This is the most pathetic towing company ever.
I don't get this how AAA is so careless about contracting with such companies.
It's a very bad reputation for premium members to be treated like trash.
The driver smoking on your face and demand me extra money and making their own perception as to how many miles he can tow me and pay extra out of pocket.
I think we deserve better than this for being AAA members for over 15 years....
First if I could give zero stars or minus a hundred stars I would! I think the video and photos speak for themselves and why you should not go with this company! And because of the fact that I had a tiny crack on my bumper they're saying that's what caused the equipment to get stuck on my front bumper so they're not going to fix the damage they did to my vehicle!
Very bad service had gotten a guy that was racist and unprofessional was being judgmental on my car don’t use there service and I’m making a complaint with triple A as well
Mark was fantastic! He replaced my battery quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was how personable and thorough he was throughout the process (He brushed the terminals on the new battery and the cables. Dude cares his work). He took the time to explain everything, double-checked his work, and made sure I was good to go before wrapping up. Thanks Interstate and Mark!
Mark H, the tow truck driver for Interstate Towing, was an Angel sent to me today to assist me in my greatest time of need. Words can not fully express just how grateful and appreciative I truly am.
Mark went above and beyond to help me. The previous driver that came was not able to remove any of the nuts. He said the were all rounded.
Mark came and tried any and all thoughts and ideas that crossed through his mind.
His diligence to find a solution gave me such comfort from the panic that was trying to set in. Mark was able to get me back on the road. He showed empathy and compassion, was considerate and kind. . His customer service was what any company would hope for in an employee.
Slow your driver's down. Passed me on rt8 North between 303 and 82 going atleast 80 with a car on the flatbed. Very dangerous let alone 20 over the speed limit. This driver should be fired immediately.
The worst company on the planet!
Driver of the tow company came and accused me of drinking or being drunk and said that this is what I was doing to get my car towed. He said that nothing was wrong with my car by looking at my car. He treated me like a criminal. He stereotype me . He judged me wrongfully. I am filing a formal complaint with AAA. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and he drove away without towing my car he was having a bad day and now he pushed that on me, but I wish that guy lots of love and gratefulness, but I will share the horrible experience.
Scammers! Based on other reviews this situation happens very often. Called AAA due to my van not starting, upon arrival we were not greeted by Daniel he just straight up walked to the van with his vape pen in his hand looked inside and informed us that he wasn’t able to tow because of a small ice cream cart that was inside van. He then told us that it was not covered because it was unsafe to tow, he then told us that he was able to tow it for $350 ? doesn’t make sense.
My car broke down and I called AAA who connected me to interstate towing. They have me an eta and showed up quickly. Before I knew it my car was safely at the mechanic getting fixed. I hate dealing with car trouble and towing but interstate towing made it as painless as possible. Thank you again guys I would recommend you to everyone.
Interstate tow are scammers they told us that because we had boxes and bags of straw hats in our cargo van that it was overloaded and could not cover her tow through AAA but would tow her home for $400.00 dollars cash on delivery when we are plus members that covers 100 miles we were on the freeway van overheated and since my wife was in the passenger side she got off to greet the driver and he demanded to see what was in the van and was very surprised to see me in the driver seat. After telling my wife about the it not being covered by AAA and wanted cash i had to drive it off the freeway after it cooled down. I will be making a complaint to AAA about this independent AAA contractor company. Very unprofessional service. So if you are a woman driving alone at 2am and you need a tow be careful and don't break down and INTERSTATE TOW in Riverside California they might try and scam you and leave you there.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET HELP. Left me and my two kids stranded on the side of the freeway for 1.5 hours. I got a notification that the driver was on scene, but didn’t see him. I called to find out where they were, dispatcher said they would be there in 15 minutes. Called back after another 30 minutes but calls went to voicemail and no one from this company ever showed. Then I got a notification that my request for tow had been marked as completed. I had to call a different company to actually get towed off the shoulder of the freeway. Seriously, do not rely on Interstate Towing for help.
They towed my car through AAA and had the correct address to CarMax set for the driver. The driver was nice and picked it up and told him it was going to the dealer for service the next day. Unfortunately, the driver left it at the Toyota dealership with no information for the dealer to contact me. It took the kind dispatcher to help locate the vehicle the next day. The service itself was great but not the best move from the driver.
Where's toe truck company ever? They put regular gas in my diesel. That destroyed my diesel engine and will not take responsibility. Or take care of the situation. I even let him take my truck so that they could try to correct the situation and they said, if any issues, we will make sure that you're taking care of that, we will fix the problems well, they took my truck, they dropped my pin. They clean my PAN, and this. Of course, is after they started, so the gas already ran through my diesel back. 2 weeks later, I'm blowing black smoke. I contact triple-a to let them know what is going on. Because they are the ones that hired this horrible company. Triple-a talks to them and they say they are not gonna take care of anything or fix any issues. Whatsoever related to the gasoline going in my diesel. This company should be shut down. This company is by far the worst. I have ever had to deal with. This company's owner would not even contact me. They would only have a manager. Talk to me. By far worst company ever please. No one ever used them because if anything ever happens to your vehicle, they will not take care of it. They will not fix the problem. And of course, they are extremely rude when you do call.
I needed my car towed from the Riverside Honda dealership. And the guy was kind enough to give me a call to let me know as a courtesy he would wait additional five more minutes. The reasons why is because for the past 40 minutes the mechanic was giving him the run around and not bringing my car out. I called the dealership again and they finally brought my car out and he brought it to my place of residence. I was truly grateful he was patient and did not cancel the tow to tow my car home.
AAA shouldn’t partner with this company. They don’t deserve my membership . I was estimated 30min and waited 2hrs. After calling AAA a second time for another truck I received a call from the manager of this company stating “last driver canceled and they were sending another driver” however it was the same driver since it was from the same company. The manager said his driver was there but I didn’t see or hear a tow truck until I mentioned I was in the parking lot for like the 4th time that day. Driver came in and wasn’t even looking for my car and there were only a few gold cars. He made a loop and was facing me as I made eye contact with the driver . I yelled, screamed and was waving my arms . But he was just about to leave . I then ran towards the truck yelling And still he acted like he didn’t see or hear me. He was on the phone obviously with the manger. I knocked on his truck door and he flung it open cursing and being very rude to my emotions. I told him I was parked over there. He drove behind my car and what I thought was relief was just a nightmare.I told him I just wanted to leave and didn’t want to talk to him but as I got my id he said I was being rude and didn’t have to help at all. I told him I waited him for over 2hrs and he yelled at me claiming I never picked up the phone and he called me multiple times. I sat in my car for over two hours in the heat with phone next to me and never received not one call. So that had me thinking why did I get the one call from company manager the second they arrived . Which meant he was my original driver who didn’t look at the directions right or where to find me and was taking his frustrating time off on me . I was out of breath, I was dying of thirst and I was feeling very ill. They were emotionless and didn’t care about my conditions being stranded there since they sat in a A/c truck. They refused to help me and drove off. I was disappointed and very upset since I waited so long for them to come. The driver continued to drive around the areas mocking me , as if they wanted to teach me a lesson for their tardiness and unprofessional manner. I waited there for another few hours more for another tow company since I refused anyone from that company. But I guess they own others because as soon as I got my car loaded and was leaving with my new driver (continental towing) , the man had told me that this company warned him about me being rude and that I was a bad customer. I ensured him they were wrong in a lot of ways in their character. And how I will never request them in the future. The driver was professional and kind . He offered me water and got me where I needed to go. I do recommend anyone who has AAA make sure you tell them not to request Interstate Towing .Because at the end of the day a uniform and truck can’t make these men sympathetic towards paying customers or young moms. They don’t take accountability for their actions or lies . I called the manager after the man yelled at me about his calls to me that day . And his manager just said to call another company and hung up on me. Interstate towing I hope you take your jobs seriously with your future business and I hope AAA members rely on local tow companies nearby. Good thing AAA will compensate you if you do decide to choose One for yourself. Good luck everyone
Ismael Gomez of interstate towing was amazing. He was prompt and earlier than the scheduled time. Communicated very well throughout his drive to us and friendly and accommodating. He was able to assess the vehicle and helped us trouble shoot a start issue that did not require a tow. He could have easily , as we have had in the past, thrown the car on the tow truck and probably got himself more money and cost AAA the charge. Instead he was a stand up guy and honest and a simple tap on the starter got us up and running again. It was a hot day and like I said, 99% of tow truck drivers out there would not have went out of their way in the way he did. This man should be acknowledged and compensated according to his character. Because of drivers like him that I will continue to purchase our aaa 100 mile towing. Drivers in the field like him are the reason aaa can operate in the black with their towing packages! Thank you Ismael gomez and interstate towing riverside!!
Felt like I was being scammed. I called AAA due to my truck smoking. Interstate called and let me know it would be 1-1.5 hours. Andrew arrived and said AAA wouldn't cover it because it was a commercial truck. I informed him that I use it for both personal and work and it has my name all over it and that AAA covered the tow 2 months prior as well as my husband's truck (same situation) earlier that year. He said AAA wouldn't cover it but if I wanted to pay him directly, then he can tow it. He said it would be a couple hundred dollars otherwise I can call AAA to confirm. I asked him if he could wait and he said "No, I have other calls" and promptly got into his truck and left. I called AAA and they said that they make an exception for our vehicles because the trucks are in our name and the name on the trucks matches ours. AAA mentioned that they contacted the driver and he said he wasn't comfortable driving it because of the equipment on the back. I informed them that that's not true since he actually offered to tow it but only if I agreed to pay the couple hundred out of pocket directly to him. He came with the same type of truck that was used to tow the truck previously and I've never had an issues with our equipment since it's secured to the truck. The whole situation was very shady and I don't recommend them.

He made the process very easy and made me assured I was in good hands while he was handling my baby.

I wish I could give 10 stars rather than 5. My husband and I had the worse experience this evening after breaking down. We literally waited 5 hrs for another company to come out. After a no show we got ahold of Interstate Towing. After my husband explaining to them what we had been through this evening they said even though we weren’t in their area they felt so bad for us that they’d come to our rescue and they did. Thank you so very much Interstate we greatly appreciate what you did for us and our classic car. We were freezing. Now we’re home safe and warm and our car is back in the garage.
I just had a tire blowout on the 91 freeway near Madison. I got of the freeway and I thought I could slowly drive to my home in Canyon Crest but it was not possible so I called AAA within 15 minutes JUVEN from Interstate Towing showed up and changed the spare .. JOVEN was amazing clean & professional.
Would highly recommend people to buy AAA annual roadside assistance program. Very highly recommend Interstate towing company of Riverside ??
