I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I bought two air fittings, and they did not fit my equipment. When I tried to return them the same day, I was told I couldn't. Their return policy is inflexible and completely customer-unfriendly!
It's unacceptable to have such strict rules, especially when the product didn't meet my needs. Poor customer service and a frustrating return process mean I won’t be shopping here again!

Alfred is the best damn parts rep I have he can get anything and everything that I need in a timely manner often times same day share life have an awesome conversation while he’s looking at my parts and I walk out with the best deal in California on my parts I.C.E is the only parts shop I use extremely professional
Had to replace the starter asap and they had the parts I needed same day. Even gave me the choice for a cheaper one or more expensive for me to decide. Very knowledgeable on the parts they sell.
Alfred and Pablo were very helpful took care of what I needed plus they supplied me with extra care. Highly recommend this place prices are reasonable.
July 4th at some time my car was hit in front of there store and the next day when I came back to notice it got hit while
Parked there I asked to have them contact me about the camera footage because two cameras were pointing to my car. I went in July 5th to ask for camera footage and talk to manager who has access he’s on lunch. I follow up till today I gave up because every time I call about it or go in about it the managers at lunch, if your car was hit parked how would you react is, just poor social skills and the manager apparently forgets a lot of things. So now I can’t even have a shot to see who hit me, it means a lot appreciate your efforts sad to see a business have such employees who don’t have human decency and serve customers
