I went to Inland Alternator & Stater because Autozone told me that my alternator was bad. I gave them a call the day before I took the car in and got an estimate for how much a new alternator with the costs of labor would be. I was surprised how affordable the quote was. When I walked in the next day, I was greeted by Arnie, he was very nice and very approachable which is pretty rare nowadays with mechanics. I left my car there for a while and later received a call saying that the alternator was still good and that Autozone seems to lie frequently to get you to buy more parts. I was very happy with the amazing customer service and honesty, which is very rare nowadays. I will definitely be coming back when I do need a new Alternator, starter or to fix my AC. Thanks to Arnie for your great customer service, and to Mario for your expertise.

Inland alternator and starter is absolutely the best I purchased an BOSCH rebuilt starter that is A1 looks better than new and so far is operating like new . I was headed to the salvage yard lkq far a used alternator and found this business the night before, called them in the morning he gave me a price and warranty which is 3yrs told me to bring mine in and they would match it up ..which they did exact same alternator it's hard to believe it was rebuilt cause it looks new ..you will leave with confidence knowing with out a doubt or questions that it will function as intended.. thanks so much for a hassle free transaction I came from Palm desert for his service ..it was very well worth the drive ,and would do it again for such a professional business..thanks again

He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I was confident in the work being done. You can tell he really cares about doing right by his customers, not just making a quick buck. I left with my alternator fully rebuilt, feeling confident, informed, and grateful I didn't spend a fortune on a brand new one. I easily saved hundreds! It’s only been a few days since i picked up my tundra truck and i am hopeful the short in my truck was fixed ! The people at this place are phenomenal and kept me informed with the progress and found the issue and even worked on a problem that I hadn’t realized was making it run rough and did not charge me for it ! Can’t say enough about the courtesy and knowledge that is evident when you interact with the staff ?????

Where do I start with this business?! I was recommended to come here from an Autozone representative and I couldn’t be more happy I found out places like THIS exist! Affordable, great customer service, HONEST from Arnie & Mario! I cannot help but emphasize the honesty! My car was thoroughly checked and turned out Autozone was dishonest about my battery failure. Any other company/mechanic would’ve just changed my alternator with no hesitation without adequately diagnosing the issue. Not here! To let me know what the problem at hand was and not make an attempt to take advantage of a young woman is commendable and to be appreciated. Even if my service was rendered as requested upon having my vehicle towed there, it would have been no problem again because the price is affordable. I, without a doubt, recommend this business and will be referring anyone I know, or don’t, to this establishment. I thank the individuals here for their expertise and how courteous they’ve been to me during this somewhat stressful ordeal. Autozone had me so livid, I was shaking in fury by the time I returned to my vehicle because my situation could’ve been dissolved with a battery swap. But then again, maybe things happen for a reason. I would’ve never known about this business had this not occurred. Thank you again to all of the staff. Thank you for taking your time with me, my car and being patient and gentle with me while I was frustrated.

Don't trust this place if I could give them a negative star I definitely would . After being in business for 35 years you would think they will honor the price that they give over the phone to repair an alternator. Instead of being nice guys like they should be they tell you no you won't need any extra money you will work it out but by the time you get down there 45 minutes later everything you discusses out the window and stuck paying another $80 to them because they have already fixed the alternator did you not have to pay for . I was a recommended to this place but I could never recommend anyone here.

Arnie and Marco were fantastic! I called for a quote and then went over immediately. It was a fantastic price and excellent customer service. It was done in 1.5 hours. The earlier the better. Arnie was soo nice and took care of me in a stressful situation. I highly recommend this place. My alternator has a 3 warranty so that piece of mind is priceless!!!

NAPA and the dealer wanted way too much and didn't want to go to autozone for the cheap knockoff!! Long story short, its been over a month since I've made my purchase for the refurbished alternator and its still going strong. The thing even looked brand new which impressed me as well, My hands where still clean after I placed it in my car. Great customer service and a great product to match!!!!

I've been going to this place for close to 30 years. They have very reasonable prices and are knowledgeable and helpful. They do their own work right there, so even if you have an unusual or hard to find model that they don't have in stock, they can rebuild your bad one. I always check prices at the local auto parts store's before calling them and for me it has always been cheaper there. I got an alternator there today for $75.00 less than other places. I have never had one of their alternators go bad on me, but they have good warranties on their products.

I have a very custom car and getting the right parts are difficult. I had an alternator emergency 10 minutes before they closed and was about 15 minutes away. I called and spoke with Howard and he stayed open for me to see if he could fix or replace. I showed after hours and he had a direct replacement available immediately. He spent the time and ensured I had all of the right nuts and bolts, as well. By far and away, the best service around. I don't expect to have more issues in the near future, but going forward he will have all of my business, including my referrals.

Five stars for Arnie, Mario and the rest of the team at Inland Alternators! They diagnosed and fixed a busted alternator on my Mazda 3 for less than half what dealer quoted. Brought it in the morning and was back on the road a few hours later. + They stand by their work with a 3 year warranty. I highly recommend this mom and pop shop - no wonder they’ve been around for 30 + years. Will return to get my AC fixed before the summer.

Honest, very inexpensive, and quick turnaround! Total cost: $160 for diagnostic & labor. My A/C had been on the fritz for almost 2 months. My husband is great with cars and made several repairs, but they were temporary fixes. We had taken the car to several places who had quoted us repairs up to $800 which we KNEW were bogus. I love this place because the owner's daughter drove me back home, then picked me up 3 hours later when the car was ready. . This is a family-owned and operated company - almost all their people have over 15-20+ years experience with them and it shows! Couldn't be more happy with their service.
