Requested tow service, I was told it would be 35-45 minutes. I understand that there are delays. So after an hour I called dispatch to check on the status of the driver. I was then informed that no one was ever sent out, they didn't seemed too bothered nor apologetic about it. They said they could send someone else out and it would be 35-45 minutes. I declined and decided to contact someone else for a tow. I would have understood if they were apologetic or offered a discount for the inconvenience because of their their mistake. I cannot recommend this company based on the incompetencr of their dispatch and their non chalant attitude towards customers in need of a tow.

I was searching for heavy duty towing/ Landoll towing. Because I had to move my MOTORCOACH tour bus from my property I sold , and in a last minute crunch I found high limitz towing. When driver Fernando showed up to my property he knew exactly what to do he took good care of my bus as he was loading it into his flatbed. You can tell this company has highly trained drivers and most importantly professional!!. I will always recommend high limitz towing for any medium or heavy duty towing. But definitely if you need your tour bus towed this company was amazing! To me from start to finish. Thanks so much again for the help! And the great service you guys provided.. they deserve the five star rating from me!..
