Amazing service by Dino, Jerry, and Adeal. They informed me of the issues with my 2016 white Corolla paint recall. They were able to put me in a rental, paint my car in one week, and inform me along the whole way! The car came out in mint condition! I recommend them for all you need, they are a one stop shop.

Came in to get a dent out my truck. Was out within 30mins. Very professional, good services I highly recommend it

Riverside Collision Center is hands down one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Jerry is completely unfit to be in the position he holds. There is zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no communication. They damaged my truck during Toyota paint warranty work, then went silent. No calls back. No follow-ups. Nothing — unless I contacted Toyota myself. That’s the only way anything moved at all. Toyota should be embarrassed to allow this shop to handle warranty paint work. If this is the level of care and customer service they accept, something is seriously wrong. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy chasing answers and fixing problems they created.P

Extremely friendly, made the whole process as simple as possible. The work was done efficiently and as good as I hoped! Would reccomend!

Riverside Collision Center did a beautiful job on my Lexus SC430. They did body work and paint from an accident I was in and it looks brand new! I am very impressed with the workmanship and the customer service was excellent!

This company went above and beyond for my collision repair. They let me know from the beginning that they are working for the customer and not the insurance company's. Front desk Alma, has Great communication skills and let me know everything every step of the way. I had to switch mechanics due to poor communication and being turned away from a different shop on the same street. I am very happy with the results of their work and would gladly recommend Riverside Collison Center.

I live out of state and was rear ended in So Cal in my brand new car. I was referred to Riverside Collision Center and had a wonderful experience! They were professional, maintained regular communication and diligently battled the insurance company to get payment from the responsible party. They returned my car to me using new parts and very clean. I would highly recommend their team and I'm so grateful for the kindness they showed to me during a difficult personal time.

Professional work, amazing customer service--- excellent results! I took my 1969 Ford F100 truck in for frame + cab straightening and the job was done with precision and accuracy-- and hardly any down time (turnaround was very fast). Even though I have an old truck, they treated me like I had a luxury car... I highly recommend Jerry Valencia and specifically his mechanic Santiago -- they are the best in the business. I will be coming back to Riverside Collision Center again because of these two individuals...as we well as the overall experience. Great team and great place to take your vehicle... thank you!

Great service! Went there over a month ago to get my new car repaired and repainted and it came out looking good as new. I went in today asking to get the right side of my bumper fixed and they did it in no time! Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and was quick to get it done. In and out, very easy and all the workers seem very nice! Would definitely go again anytime I need repairs or touch ups!

This place is by far the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with cars! I brought my Kia K5 for them to look at my under carriage because there was damage. They were very honest, friendly and definitely reasonable. I appreciate great customer service and that they do have. Great job guys!

Let me start by saying Jerry Valencia had the greatest customer service. It was phenomenal the way he showed me all my options and the knowledge and experience he gave me on my cracked rear bumper repair. You can tell he has experience and will make you feel confident in your decision. The turnaround time was exceptional as well. Pictures does not do it justice. Brought in my 2019 Camaro and they brought in the right parts to fix my car and also adjusted any kind of interior damaged that was not found. I lost my headlight in a hit & run and Dino and Otto were always quick to respond and very helpful in explaining what needed repairs. The guys here are friendly and professional and treat customers like individuals. They even offered to help with my bumper that got knocked out of place in a different accident. Overall great service and cool people.

I brought my vehicle in for repairs. I had a great experience here. Anthony was amazing and very responsive, he provided me with daily updates about the repair process. I love these guys! I brought my car in to get the bumper and fender replaced and they gave me extremely reasonable prices!!! Not to mention the owner seriously made an effort to take care of me. They recognized I was a college student who is not very financially stable and so they were so nice to me they actually didn’t charge me to get the bumper bracket repaired. They repaired my car in LESS THAN 2 DAYS! These guys really change your view on what most people think of as the typical car mechanic. Very nice people and a very good business.
