I Love this store! They have helped me get my Jeep get it where it is! I have had my Jeep since 2018 and it has a Rubicon Express 2.5 lift on it, Fox Shocks that were just installed! I just got Falcon tires installed and they are fantastic! My Jeep is my baby and I trust this shop to keep it safe and running right!

Completely and utterly incompetent. They will add unnecessary line items to your invoice without your knowledge or consent. Check your invoice.

Hell no. I asked about a hitch for my van and they gave me the price of $450 including labor which is reasonable, but when I asked how much it would be for wiring, he told me it would be $1300. How is it fair that to put the wiring, wich is an inexpensive part, and takes like 30 minutes to install, they want to charge so much more. And I asked him why it was so much for the wiring, and the dude says "we charge 185 an hour for labor ". I believe that excessive overpricing of services shows these people do not care for their clients.

Made my tire purchase on Saturday was promised the tires delivered by Monday. I received a call Monday. The tires were in. I dropped the Jeep off last minute today Tuesday morning. I asked if the Jeep could be finished by 12 PM. I got a call at 12:08 PM. Let me know the jeep was done for the tires replaced and complete. Very satisfied service definitely will be using them again.

Highly recommend Alex he did a great job helping me with my 2nd gen tacoma. He gave me some recommendations and I got a whole new look with my new 285/70R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, raceline wheels, and 2.5inch lift Bilstein 5100's, the truck looks awesome.

Love this place it’s 4 wheel heaven, Brian and the rest of the crew were fantastic, everyone is really helpful and hospitable during the way. I came for a deflating tire, and Brian helped me swiftly and happily without any wait time. I want to thank them for the speedy quick process and the Routine check for my tires and replacing missing screws for my tire air pressure. Their life warranty for their wheels is really good and I definitely suggest you all take advantage of it because it’s definitely worthwhile and really for your money worth. Luckily, I got the tires around 2022 And I have never had had any trouble since then! Really great Tires and amazing customer service, Brian offered me water to stay hydrated while I waited and there was a seating area, all the guys are really kind and I definitely suggest you call before walking in for availability. Luckily I did not have to wait or reschedule an appointment for them to fix my tire. I will always come back to this place. It’s my favorite. And I also bought headlights then I never had an issue splendidly and Crew installed them free when I purchased them 2022 on Black Friday!!

An excellent place to get advice, parts, and installation. The staff is very accommodating. I had a bumper and light bar installation that took most of the day, and they were totally cool with me hanging out in their lobby with my laptop plugged in so that I could get office work done while I waited. Great pricing and service.

This riverside stores customer service is 2nd to none. The job didn't go perfect, and i would say they definitely lost money, but at the end of the day, they made sure I left happy. I am definitely now a lifelong customer.

Last week I decided to purchase some shocks from 4Wheel Parts and i must say, I was very impressed with the staffs customer service and responsiveness. I walked in, addressed my issue that i was having with my truck, and i was helped instantly. I would definitely come back for future purchases. This auto parts store is TRASH they oversold me on parts and would not give me a refund or store credit for un opened unused parts with a reicept. It's not right to take advantage of customers who don't know your field of work. I would recommend Any other shop other then this sham shop.

They're very easy to find off of the 91 Freeway and Tyler exit, they do excellent work oh, they have a great variety of upgraded parts for your off-road vehicles and to improve the performance. They are a little pricey but you can have every confidence that the work is done right and that is well worth the price.

Fair prices, large selection of products. The customer service vary depending on which associate you got I had a little bit of both. The initial associate to help me was not the best but I ended off on a good note with the other associate that help me at the end.
