ASK FOR KEVIN!! I'm not really a "review" kind of person. This experience it was absolutely necessary. I'm still learning and trying to figure out automotive painting and have a lot of questions. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Kevin. And it was the best customer service I've had an I can't tell you how long. He was patient with me the entire time as I asked so many questions with multiple different scenarios. He gave me not only the pricing and the knowledge of what and how much I needed, but with the extra mile and talk to me about the technique of guns and spraying, and what products and methods will give you what results. I'm used to people just telling me the price, but Kevin stayed on the phone with me for 37 minutes and walked me through everything. And some of their prices were higher somewhere lower than the competition. I don't care about that when you get customer service like this and I need to call back down there. Kevin is gonna be there to walk me through or tell me whatever I need to know and that's the kind of people I wanna do business with. I was beyond impressed with this guy. I know this sounds over-the-top and people might say I'm sure that that's a fake review. 100% not the case. When somebody goes that extra mile for me, I will go that extra mile for them and drop a review and that's rare. I can't speak for anybody else at one-stop but Kevin's customer service now has my business for life. I feel 10 times more confident about my first experience i'm about to have painting a vehicle. If Kevin's bosses read this give that man a raise he deserves it. That's real talk!! This is Real Talk! I left this identical review on yelp just copy and paste it it over cause like I said I’m not one to leave a review and don’t usually have time. This is a situation where they deserve or let me rephrase that Kevin deserves the acknowledgment and if he works for me, I’d give that man a raise. None of these automotive paint places you’ll be extra mile on 37 minute phone calls. I hope the rest of the staff is like Kevin. He is my only experience so far.

This business is the absolute best! Seriously, we aren't impressed much by businesses anymore, but Ramon went over and beyond to help us with our classic K5 restoration and proved the good businesses really do still exist. All of the other stores we had gone to could not figure out how to look up classic car color codes, but Ramon went the extra mile to find the correct color for our 73. Not only did Ramon take the time to find us the appropriate color, he also took the time to explain the paint process and the things we will need to complete the project. Not only was Ramon super professional and helpful, but everyone else in the store was extremely kind and welcoming. You simple won't find a better business!

I showed up with plenty of questions for restoring my 1970 c10 and RAMON was a huge help, broke down step by step and really explained the different materials and techniques to get a complete finish. Highly recommend !!!!

Don't waste your time with this company. Three days after paying for an online purchase. When I wrote to ask why my purchase hadn't shipped yet, they rudely cancelled the order with no explanation. Terrible business practices.

Convenient another detail shop was going charge me $500 for couple scratches white paint. They were going buy paint from here anyway. I bought small bottle exact pearl white for $14 did it myself in 10 minutes. Not as nice as professional job but was just couple tiny scratches. Caution I forgot to use floor cover like newspaper got few white drops on my driveway. These are good guys and professional.

Great service from Kevin. He got me right and all around the vibes and energy in here are awesome. Could not recommend enough, awesome place for all things paint.

Great service from Ramon, fast and quick, came in with a paint code and they mixed it in to a spray can for me and also guided me to the right choice on primer and clear! We'll be coming back here again!

I can’t get to a higher mountain and tell any louder at how amazing this shop is!!! I was referred to this shop by a friend of mine. Everybody knows what they’re talking about!!! Ramon helped me out the first time and was amazing. The second time I went in Cristina and Danny helped me. Dany mixed me up a custom candy for my motorcycle and I can’t wait to lay it on there. Gave me a ton of helpful tips!! Everybody is truly amazing here. Even the owner came out and had some laughs with us. Will be going back when I paint my 54 and will be recommending to everyone!!!!

Stopped in to get some ish squared away for my steel art business and Ramon was awesome. He talked me through each and every step of the process and explained the pros and cons to all of my questions about each product! Fantastic customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Absolutely the best paint shop in Riverside. They’re fair on their pricing on their paint, sandpaper, and all her products and their show room. You can walk anywhere within the store have a paint room. You can check out with different colors for metallic paints, friendly staff I highly recommend the shop. These guys know what they’re talking about and they’re not gonna try to price gouge you This is where I buy all my products for my company. I won’t go anywhere else and I like the fact that they’re open late they close at five even on Saturday.

This place is awesome. It blows every other auto body paint store I've ever been to completely out of the water. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Have everything you need and clearly mark prices and affordable at that I will never go anywhere else for auto paint supplies. Customer service is cut above especially for small business. Great job! Keep up the excellent work.

Been going here for years ever since i was in elementary know the people who build this store my father tought me about paints and the process to do paint right and there is no other supply store that i trust more then one stop. Best place to get your tools chemicals and paint to do things add a top-tier grade and is the only store that I know that will open a gallon and tell you the amount of mostly whatever you need to get the job done And not once have a regretted coming and giving my business to them because it is worth it and whenever I need help on a new thing I am trying they will educate you so you don’t waste Product I recommend Come in here because I really don’t need to go anywhere else it’s really my one stop shop for my material

As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place! They have just about everything I needed to get started on my project car. Everyone there is great, very friendly and customer service is very up to par. My guy Kevin helped me out find the right products I needed for the job. The kid is young but very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by his ability to answer all my questions. I will continue to come here because this shop has my business for life.

This paint shop is the best in the I.E. better prices than online, without the wait. Great variety. But best of all, they are incredibly helpful. They help you understand the products you are buying, not just taking your money. If you have any issues, the owner encourages you to call him or the shop for guidance. The atmosphere is that of home, you are greeted with a fist bump all around. Highly recommended

Danny was awesome. I went in with no knowledge outside of what the guy doing my work gave me. Danny spent over an hour taking time to make sure I grasp the concept he's throwing my way. Customer service beyond what you could ask for and prices better than any shop I called.

I was skeptical of all the extremely positive reviews; but I was proved wrong. I am a pretty savvy person, but have never took a stab at paint work. Danny took the time to accurately color-match the paint of my truck, set me up with the proper primers, walk me through the gun set-up, and give me a few pointers on how to shoot paint. He was very thorough and I left ready to tackle the job. I have completed part of my color-matching project and the results speak for themselves. Thanks again to Danny and his team for giving me the confidence in taking on this project!

In multiple Occasions I have had issues with their color matching, first time I just wanted a color made by the code w nothing to match to, and yes I know the chances of the color being different but not something purple when I ordered “platinum silver” then the owner accused me of tinting it myself... second time was more recent when I dropped of a piece on a Thursday and didn’t receive a call back at all... went in on the following Wednesday and “Danny” said it was done the second day and then put all kinds of word in my mouth on why he couldn’t give me a courtesy call on when it was completed ready days and days later... Danny also told me I don’t deserve the same customer service that his buyers that spend thousands of dollars there do. Last time I go there or recommend them for anything.
