The company comes here alot for metal, bolts, misc. The guys working the counter really know there products and are always friendly. Great customer service and I can find what I need, rare this day in age.
This place is pretty much great. Good customer, lots of great products and variety. The only thing I wish is that they wouldn't charge so much making a single cut on two pieces of metal.
New update, no restrooms for customers, only a porta potty out back, I'll do most of my shopping at IMS from now on

Great supply house for industrial metals and supplies.
KH is the best hardware store in town. It's not perfect, but no one else carries the stuff they stock every day. The prices aren't cheap, but neither is the hardware. For constructive criticism, the check-out process is cumbersome and slow. But the staff are friendly and helpful. Accessible parking is available.
Had called day before , associate said they had a certain item, and he physically checked for item. Went the next day and asked the two associates there if they had the item. They replied that they didn't think they had them and didn't even check. I told them that I had called and was told that they had the item. Still didn't go check, just kept standing and sitting where they were. Had done business years before and had good results. Not recommended!
Had to get metal and make a phone sale purchase. First time here. Chris was very helpful sales guy, helped all of my needs and was very patient and helpful.
I was able to get all the metal I needed and get it cut too.
I love this store, any kind of metal stock you need they have it, they will cut particular sizes of any kind of steel you want, they also have a wide array of nuts and bolts or almost any application this is one of my most favorite stores, anyone who is a do it yourselfer or should definitely check this place out,Buy local, Shop local, Spend local.
Excellent service as always and a great selection of metal and other materials! I highly recommend K&H metals to anyone from a DIY'er to pro's ! Side note they will even deliver materials at no charge! (Last I checked)
Amazing assortment of supplies for manufacturing small to large size trailers, industrial metals of all types from cold rolled steel to tubing to polish aluminum and stainless.
An assortment of household to commercial manufacturing nut and bolt supplies... Definitely the go-to place for the backyard manufacturer or even larger manufacturers looking for something special.

The people that work there are friendly and helpful. Very short wait time's when ordering metal, and they carry just about anything else you need if your working with metal.
I give it 5 stars for what they have. 2 stars for personality. The older Lady and gentlemen are ok. It is not all of them. That being said when I was there today because they have stuff others don't locally. I have no choice but to go there. I think they now that and sometimes certain employees can be downright rude. And don't have much of a clue of what they are selling or pricing just kind of confused. But they need customer service skills. Out company buys stuff from them several times a year for the last 20 years that I know of. But sometimes it is really hard to keep cool. If there was another place without having to drive much further I would.
Was very easy to do business. Mike and Chris from the shop immediately attended to me and helped me shear plate right away. Quite possibly the best experience I've had from a Steel Service Center
always have what I want. the remnants pile is a great place to score material for a small project. staff is always helpful and friendly. would recommend doing business there to anyone.
Great Staff! Very knowledgeable. And seem like they like their job. Willing to help, good people. ALOT 2 check out. A little pricey. But they have it, or can get it. They always have 4 me. I like this place a lot!!!! ???
Great Shop! Knowledgeable staff, well organized, brightly lit and basically awesome for trailer supplies, industrial safety equipment, and a HUGE variety of both the materials to get the job done as well as the equipment for the people who know how to get the job done. Highly Recommended!
Just went in to pick up some chain, and a few other odds and ends, 4 guys at the counter and none wanted to help. And when I complained the counter person gave an exorbanant price. I guess they didn't like my attitude, which is willing to buy from K&H.
The sad thing is I want to support my community and buy local, but these guys didn't even want to sell to me. I am also a small business owner and if I treated my customers like I was just treated I would have gone out of business long ago. Too bad. I'll be buying all my stuff from industrial metals from now on....
