This review isn’t about the location it’s about the ADULT/ CHARITABLE VEHICLES don’t buy them i have lost a lot of money buying them. The charity vehicles are junk if it looks good RUN because that means the motor or transmission is out. BEWARE OF THE CHARITY VEHICLES DON’T BUY THEM THEIR ALL JUNK

If I could have given it a 0, I would have given it a 0. The irresponsibility of the employees is going off the charts. Who is controlling them? The auction acts as a guarantor. It charges a lot of money for its service but is not responsible for anything. How is this? Is this normal in your opinion?

To be honest, i did a trial run between iaai and copart. I can say copart’s only advantage over iaai, are the pure sale items. When you know for sure that when that bid closes it’s yours and also the payment. It does get annoying having to get a cashier’s check and money order each time before your first year , i wouldn’t mind the in person fee if we the payment process would get better. Nancy is very kind and courteous each time I’m there. Cathy is also i haven’t really dealt with anyone else but them two but they have always been nice to me. They deserve a raise or a free lunch at least. Now the forklift drivers could be easier with the cars i understand they are feeling rushed. Also with the bidding interface i love the videos and pictures and 360 view , if you are knowledgable and love to gamble then its the perfect place sometimes its best to go look at the car in person before bidding if you can, thats how you keep from buying something you dont like, out of the rebuilds i only was dissatisfied with one

Fraudulent Listing! They Hid Deployed Airbags by Cutting the Fabric. I am writing this review to warn other buyers about the deceptive and dangerous practices at IAA Oklahoma. I purchased a vehicle based on their listing, which explicitly stated and pictured the car with airbags intact. Upon taking possession and inspecting the vehicle in person, I discovered a dangerous and fraudulent act: the airbags were, in fact, deployed! Plus more damages at the frame fractures, seat belt tensioner blow, engine case broken. Deception: The listing, description, and photos all indicated the airbags were fine, and no mayor damage. Hidden Damage: To conceal the deployed airbags (specifically the driver's steering wheel), the fabric/cover was clearly cut out and crudely put back or tucked to hide the gaping hole where the airbag exploded from. The interior was deliberately altered to hide this severe safety defect. Plus obviously if a airbags doployed more damages (big impact) This level of deliberate concealment and misrepresentation is unacceptable. As an auction for salvage vehicles, buyers understand the "as-is" nature, but actively hiding major safety damage that contradicts the listing is outright fraud. Recommendation: Do NOT trust the description or photos provided by IAA. If you are considering a purchase, you MUST pay for a professional third-party inspection to uncover the hidden damage they are clearly attempting to pass off on buyers. My experience was a complete scam and a major safety concern. Basically an extra 6k on extra repairs (the airbag it is not that expensive the issue is you will get heavier impact turns to do a engine broke, fracture on "chasis", AC lines broken, water and AC radiators broke, complete seat belt exchange)

Very Disappointing Experience – Missing Parts and Unhelpful Management I had a very negative experience with the IAA Oklahoma City branch. When I purchased my vehicle, the listing photos clearly showed several parts that were present — including the tailgate trim, tailgate wiper, tailgate handle with all buttons and inner cover, rear bumper reinforcement, park sensor wire harness with park sensors, exhaust cover, and rear bumper lights (left and right). However, upon receiving the vehicle, all of these parts were missing. It’s clear that they were either removed or stolen after the listing was posted, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I contacted the branch, the manager Amber was unable to provide any explanation or assistance. She seemed unaware of the situation and gave no indication that the issue would be looked into or resolved. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with valuable items and vehicle components. I do not recommend doing business with this branch, and I strongly urge others to inspect their purchases very carefully and document everything. This kind of experience damages trust and credibility.

Careless loaders damaging vehicles every time I'm at this branch and takes hours to get loaded. Not sure why there's 1 loader for the day after sale 4 hours loader dropped the car next to truck and then ignored me when I was standing next to trailer waiting to be loaded. Rediculous

Super nice people who helped me navigate losing my vehicle in an accident that wasn’t my fault. Retrieved my license plate and signed some papers to release her to insurance auction. A suckish situation for sure but it was handled promptly and courteously. Will recommend to anyone who may need their services.

My car was taken there after my accident. When it was declared a total loss, my insurance company informed them that the title was in the glove box. I called almost a week later because they hadn’t said anything to SF about the title. They said that no one had looked for it and they would submit a junkyard request but it wouldn’t be handled for 24-48 hours. I decided to go there and get it myself. They let me in the car and the title was not in the glove box, but in a trash bag with some other things I left in the car. The envelope had been ripped and the title was visible, yet no one bothered to grab it, let alone mail it. They were going to throw the title away instead of mailing it. Now my mom and I are having to fight with the rental car company about getting an extension. The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because the people at the desk were nice and I was able to get some things what were meant to go to charity.

Horrid customer service… they broke and treated my personal property like trash. They had no tact in dealing with a customer complaint or any help in resolving it except for passing the problem onto someone else Cathy and Amber were of no help and Amber couldn’t be bothered to step away from her desk in the back to talk to me instead she yelled across the room causing me to raise my voice as as well. Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end, I would not recommend using this place for anything.

Horrible just horrible , never want to buy car from this company , bought a car from them and it showed that it had 2 keys and hem I went there to pick it up there was no key to start and drive it out I asked front desk they said they don't guarantee the keys so I had to pay over 200 dollars to tow it to a dealer and spent over 800 dollars for a key to make and program

Rude customer service , a girl called Kathy I’m trying to set up a pick up for the car and she says there is no guarantees if there is any damages or no , and she hung up on me , they are making a big deals on payment , I am a truck driver always busy and have mom to represent me , she is very rude about handling calls and the whole IAA is a mistake to be honest , and I want to however works there if the car have an extra damage more than shown in the picture or brought on forklift I’m gonna bring this matter to lawsuit , I paid 15k for a car advertised to be running and drive and only have minor hail damages, also they charge for money orders and I couldn’t make a cashier check on my name and I put instructions for my mom to make the cashier check and there is 1500 fees above ur bid , trust me yall this is a ghetto low auction website there are way better auction than iaaa

I had a great experience at IAA Oklahoma City. The staff treated me very well and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Their professionalism and helpfulness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

First time I've had problems at IAA, worst forklift workers, waiting for 1 car for 2 hours they are not interested in what you have ahead of you, horrible attitude, but the big white guy is so angry because he found out his wife slept in my truck tonight.

Man every location I go to people are so nice and educated in there jobs .operators on equipment are the best and very nice . BUT ON THE WALL EVERYONE IT CLEARLY STATES FOR THE SAFETY OF THE EMPLOYEES AND YOURSELF IT SES WARE YOUR SAFTY VEST EVEN IN THE OFFICE IF TOU GET RUN OVER DONT BLAME THEM

The office staff is friendly at OKC but the yard is ruff with the cars. Almost every car I’ve bought from OKC has more damage that when I looked at it or in the pictures. This last truck I picked up had extra front in damage totaling more than $2500 in damages plus labor. That’s hard on a small shops bottom line. I could have not seen it because of bad check in pic to. Either way not pleased. IAAI has been also charging $20 just to pay them each time. The online fee was $39 then Covid hit and you had to do it all online then the online price jumped to $189. Looks like they are going to maximize their profit right out of business.

Came around 11 am on a Thursday to get my license plate and toll pass from my totaled car the insurance company had stored here. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jamie at the front desk. She and I made great conversation both before and after I retrieved my items. During the brief period that I waited for my vehicle to be brought up front, I observed several more customers enter during the 11:00 hour. All of the ladies were friendly, and dealt with the customers efficiently and expertly. I was also given very clear instructions, which made it easy for me to understand exactly what it was that I needed to do. I’m never sure what to expect at any kind of salvage or auction yard, but this was definitely a cut above! ♥️

Horrible!!! Thieves!!! If your vehicle gets towed here after an accident make sure everything not bolted down is taken out! We didn’t know they would be taking it here for a possible total! We left our jack, four way, jumper cables, and ratchet straps in the truck. The yellow ratchet straps belonged to my father, who died 5 years ago!! These are irreplaceable!

forklift does not work well for a very long time! And the office too! very slow workers! Pick up two cars spent 2 hours I was the only one other carriers were not there and spent 2 hours which is too long. and so constantly. you need to change the workers of people if they do not want to work

Was given a window to have my car picked up they never showed. Was given another window couple days later, they never showed. Was given another window a couple days later, they never showed. A driver would call me the next day and say "I'm ready to get your car this morning." I would say "I'm at work y'all were supposed to get it last night." The driver would say "Okay, I'll tell them." and hang up. Called the office and left a message asking them to call me back and they didn't.
