Second time I had need of a tow service from these fine gentlemen; both times, driver was prompt, friendly, attentive, made a strong effort to help determine the source of the issue, and generally took great care of us. Absolutely zero complaints, and nothing but good experience from them. Hope not to need them too often, but will definitely be adding them to my list of requested services when calling AAA in the future.

Called and set up to pick up our service van that had broke down on the side of the interstate he said 45 mins to an hour. An hour passed and I called back and he said it would be another hour. While tech is in a not safe location they continue to push back the time. If they had told me that prior I would not still be waiting. I will have had another place come already. Just frustrating they could not tell me or call and at least keep me posted.

Called every 10 minutes past my ETA and finally an hour past the eta it was "didn't you call and cancel?" After some investigation, they couldn't find anyone to service me and had apparently been lying about the tech being "almost there and will call you any minute".

Watched Joseph break my left steering rod cause he didn’t have a hook for my Benz (everyone knows you need that for towing) and denied it after I tried to get them to reimburse the damages. Screw them.

Mason was super helpful, cannot say enough good things about him.

We had to use our own jumper cables to jump the truck to get it up on the tow truck because he told us that someone stoled it off his truck. They need to replace his cables. If we wouldn't have had cables I dont think he could have towed it. Other than that he was awesome. His name was Jesse

Jonathan towed our truck which had a bad control arm to the mechanic. We didn't know how he could do it without damaging the car further but he's been doing this for over ten years and got us on the flatbed and to the mechanic without damaging a single thing, he knows his way around a tow truck. You guys are awesome!

Jonathan pulled wonders getting the 2008 ram towed to the shop. Upper control arm broke leaving us stranded and he came and got it situated for us. Much appreciated

My parents ended up breaking down off Highway 9 during peak heat time. I had to leave up north and drive an hour and a half to get to my parents to try and get them in AC. The towing company told them originally they could only take on person. So, I had to make sure I got them so they didn’t walk 15+ miles. We waited for ever. The updates from the company told us 26 minutes, 48 minutes, 30 minutes until finally an hour and a half had passed with no updates. It was about 4 hours by time they got to my parents. When I called to talk to dispatch all the said was “well we told triple AAA we were too busy.” Apparently, that makes it okay for them to leave elderly people stranded in the Oklahoma heat for hours at a time? Dispatch doesn’t seem to want or know how to dispatch. The tow guy was nice though.

Fast friendly and professional. We were assigned Yanni to assist us on a very busy area of I-40, he made sure I was safely off the highway as soon as possible. He was able to bring the car home and park it on our crowded street without a hitch insuring it was properly parked. Thank you so much Yanni And 918 Wrecker Service.

Was so fast, friendly, professional, and efficient! Showed up on a Sunday, within 20 min of putting in the request with AAA, even got it into the garage for us. 10 out of 10!

After 6, yes 6, other tow truck drivers cancelled my request because they didn't want to bother with my vehicle (low profile, suspension malfunction), I finally connected with someone who would take the time and help me get my car towed. Adrian explained what I needed and assured me that they had the right person coming out. Then, ROBERT came to my rescue. He had the right equipment, took his time and even brought a second person in case he needed help. I DO NOT credit AAA or Verizon Roadside Assistance for getting it right it was all 918 Wrecker and their fabulous team. THANK YOU!

Joey came and picked up my harley tonight. He had already made sure his flatbed was clean, took extra care with the bike and all around customer service you'd expect 10 years ago. Oh, and he was 5 minutes early too. Typically customer service and pride in work is about non existent in the younger workforce, so it was really nice seeing a young man holding up the standard. Good luck to you and your new family. 918, make sure you keep this young man.

Excellent service. They were there early waiting when I got back to my vehicle. Beautiful truck. Got a ride home. Driver was an excellent person.. very easy to talk with..I give em 6 stars.

Alex was AMAZINGG! Came within 30 minutes got my car to the tire shop made sure I was safe , I would Recommend anyone that needs tow guy after hours to definitely Reach out to this company 10/10!!! I will be using this company in the near future!

My tractor broke down with me 15 minutes away from the customer…..15 minutes later I receive a phone from Rosy very friendly telling me drivers are on the way and within the hour, Ryan and Andy show up Very pleasant professional attitudes ready to rock. I explained to them my dilemma And asked them if there’s anyway I can get this product to the customer believe it or not. They actually towed the trailer to the customer for me to help me and get the product offloaded!! Ora and Ramses came through And helped complete the process. I’m so lucky. I feel so fortunate that it was these guys and this company that got the call. I can’t thank you enough you guys rock!

I used AAA service who really dropped the ball. 7hours of waiting, and I was grumpy to say the least. Robert called from 918 said he was on his way and asked for specifics on my location. He was kind Professional and caring. I rode with him in the truck since my vehicle was being towed. The truck was clean and very well lite for a night time tow. Robert's charisma turned the whole experience into a very good one, We need more people like him!

I shared in a difficult experience regarding a vehicle breakdown. Along with the breakdown, a failure of be towed within a reasonable amount of time was asking too much. After recalling AAA, we were able to speak with a CSR in Detroit and he contacted 918 Wrecker. And, we interacted with "Dustin" of 918. He was professional, timely and customer service is a part of who he is. I wish that the initial call had been to 918. Their service is "Second To None."

On 1/17/24 I received service at home from a AAA call. Chad came promptly and was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the battery problem and gave me the most cost effective solution. I definitely would recommend 918 Wrecker to anyone needing help this season!

I don't know who dropped the ball but my experience was bad. AAA told me to get towed to one of their facilities would be free. Guy shows up and tells me it's $75. I explain what AAA told me, that my car still runs and refused. Only reason I agreed to get towed is AAA said for a free diagnostics it has to be towed into one of their repair facilities. I call AAA and cancel it cause I'm not gonna be extorted. I'm on phone with a different shop and since my car runs I was going to drive it there. I happen to walk outside and tow truck is back, trying to load up my car. From my perspective it looked like he was just going to take my car and I wouldn't have even known. I go ask him what he is doing and he said his boss told him to just take the car. I tell him no again and now my car is parked behind the gate at my work. Everyone at AAA said I shouldn't have paid and complaints have been made. I'll let them figure it out cause I'm done with all of em.

What a day this has been! Chad was my wrecker driver and he went above and beyond, even hugging me when I started to tear up, through the trauma that I feel as a woman when my car breaks down and I am helpless. He responded to my AAA call immediately and in the rain, pouring rain! I have had to use AAA a lot over the years and I can tell you without a doubt that this is one of the best wrecker services I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I am very satisfied with your driver Chad, arrived early, very professional, very confident on loading my car quickly and safely. Also helped me to get it situated at the repair shop! Y’all are to give him a raise cause I’ve had some that weren’t that good. Dana Spence

Chad at 918 wrecker service was amazing! My car died and we needed a tow, I called him multiple times to ask him questions and clarify directions because my brain was a scattered mess and he was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

The driver was nice and helpful. But the people on the phone are incredibly rude and entitled. Ended up waiting an hour just to take pictures of my brothers truck even though we had made an appointment. Appointment was for 2pm didn’t get to the truck till 3pm. When I called to see why it was taking so long I was asked if I owned the vehicle and when I said no I’m here with my brother it’s his. His response was “well I don’t have anything to discuss with you then” maybe don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them.

Joey was very quick to assist and was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process! Got my car towed safely to a tire shop. Very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company to others!
