I had a great experience with this towing company. Les was on time and got my car to its destination with no problems. Five stars in my book Les ? great job.
I called Summit towing after being left stranded by my truck. As they were on their way the truck decided to turn on and the mechanic shop was .3 miles away so i called summit to cancel. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee but they instead thanked me for the quick notice and did not charge me a fee. The other companies i called prior didn’t even answer the phone and wanted me to text them with details about the situation.
Would highly recommend this service! Man was very patient in everyway that I could have cause any inconvenience. Those are the kind of people we need more of to make a stressful situation just a little bit easier. Appreciate the help!
10pm on a Sunday night on I-44 is not the best time for a blown tire. I'm so grateful for the help Les gave me. He was both kind and efficient. I highly recommend this company!
I could not recommend this company more!!! Les truly made the experience as stress free as possible while remaining very kind and understanding. My tire popped out on 44 and I had no idea where I was. Called me multiple times and was so patient. Such an affordable price and a reasonable wait time, and he even gave me some great stories on the way to the tire shop
Les helped me when my tire was slashed on I-44 before the Northway express exit. He was so quick and kind about the whole process. I’m extremely grateful for him, especially 11 days before Christmas! I would recommend him over and over again. ?
