This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback, D&D Truck Sales and Service in Oklahoma City, OK earns an overall 87/100. Reviews are largely positive: many cite professional, helpful staff, fast towing, fair repair prices, and a broad truck inventory; access for long rigs through the gate and a clean office are noted. Common drawbacks: a few reports of delays, one tow leaving a trailer, and pricing inconsistencies/overcharges on some recoveries. Yard organization and ease of finding specific parts aren’t consistently covered, so expect some uncertainty.

What clients say about D&D Truck Sales and Service in Oklahoma City (OK)
I've only been here to load or unload reels or reel stands. The driveway is OK to get into. I am 130 ft long and was 15 wide and got through the gate easily. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I m a out of state car hauler. I've delivered a vehicle to customers yard in yukon and didn't realized his yard was actually a mud trap before it was too late. We had tried to free up my truck for couple of hours which meed it worst than it was before. Front end of my truck was berried in to a mud all way to my bumper and sitting on my oil pan. I've called few guys and finally D&D and Jennifer answer the phone. 15 minutes later and 1/3 of a price of other guys they were pulling my truck out of pool of mud and they did help me extra without charging me rescuing my trailer also. Over all Excellent service very reasonable price and %100 satisfaction quarante. Thank you guys and keep up to good work. I will defiantly requmanted to all hou need a help.
I would like to thank Jennifer she was very helpful in getting my car towed to the repair facility. I want everyone to know if you need towing service call D&D they are the best. Thanks again Jennifer
We were approached by Renegade Diesel on the side of the road who then reached out to their (D&D) wrecker service. While we are appreciative of their concern and help to pull our truck out, we feel as though we were taken advantage of. One, our driver called us ( the owner) and advised us of the situation and about him signing for the $450.00 bill-- We then get a call from the office manager advising us that she was calling to collect payment for a now $750.00 bill. We feel as though this company and the passerby padded the bill for everyone to eat. They then told us a couple different payment amounts between the wrecker driver and the office manager-- nevertheless, we were taken advantage of on the first day of 2021. Thanks guys.
Top notch A+ quality service Mickey took care of business I’ve been towed before and we all know it can be very unpleasant but my man has great customer service and skills to pay the bills thanks brotha !!! Great company and customer service and extremely great pricing
Saved the day! Had an incident with my RV that required a driveshaft replacement. Towed us off the I-40 but, most importantly, Sean worked hard to find us a repair shop that could do the work in a reasonable time. Grateful for the extra service and professionalism! Thanks Sean!
