Two weeks in a row I have made the trip only to be turned away. After being sent to this location from the Bath site I called and was speaking to the lady in the office literally 2 minutes before turning into the parking lot & she advised they were still open. I get in the parking lot and all of a sudden they are closed. According to the hours of operation posted on their site they still had 35 minutes before closing. The lady could have told me on the phone that they were closed. It's very frustrating for the customer when they close early just because they decide to.
The pay is okay, but their hours are when ever they want. It says closes at 4:15, I got here at 3:50 and they turned me away saying they are closed for the day.
This is the best scrap yard in the city it's one of the cleanest yards you'll find unless you go through the hassle of another place I refuse to name and it's yard is clean cause no one goes there they make thier money reselling the metal just under the ticket price I've never had any issues with them so if someone were to ask this is where I would send them
Great people working there. Hardly any wait time if any everytime I've been. They need to calibrate the shop scale though. I know 100% I had 52 lbs and I got paid for 42lbs. Nowadays every dollar counts and to give them $30 of what should be mine? Well it stings. Nevertheless it's a good place to sell to.
This isn't about the service they provide but how you can pick up a tire puncture just passing the business. There's a lot of stuff that has dropped all over the front of the business and causes a road hazard.
Love em they are very helpful and usually have the best pay and get you in and out the only problem is that it is so small at the entance and exit that it gets very clustered very easily and it makes the in and out hectic but other than that they pay very fair and usually the best I recommend them highly been going there for years
Kinda confusing when we arrived on what to do...cars , trucks , big machines going all directions. We had tin and scape metal too so they went two different places. Dont think we got paid for all of it. Oh well!
will never go back there again 2 dollars for 60 lbs of metal not worth the 5 dollars i used in gas to go there im good i want to give it zero stars but it wnt let me
Love the people that work there. Everyone is friendly and will help anyone at unloading their scrap. Great Atmosphere, very Quick, very professional!!!
