False information. Tagged a friend’s vehicle and put the date as of Saturday and I work during the day and off weekends. The yellow sticker was not on the vehicle Saturday like it states nor was it there yesterday or this morning at 6am when I left for work. Maybe you all need to know what day it is and put the correct date on your yellow stickers!

My brother was able to go to arrow wrecker and get his car back out of the impound at a reasonable price. His car is in good working condition and they cared for it accordingly.

Above and beyond does not even describe what they did for me and my son today. My son was on his way home from college when he had a blowout in OKC without a spare He got pulled over on the shoulder; however, the shoulder was not wide enough to fix anything. It was dark and I did not want anybody trying to fix it due to the unsafe conditions. I asked a friend for recommendations, and he recommended Arrow to me. Jeff was in constant communication with me. He towed it to their yard and had a tire on it before I got there. I'll have their # saved in my contacts from now on. Thank you, Jeff and team!!!!

The nicest guy JC helped me. He went above and beyond for me. Got it done in no time and then ended up not charging me because he didn’t have to pull his tools out. He was the best and I recommend them I will use them from now on

They did drag a tire and made a flatt spot for some reason. But when we went to pick the truck up they were very friendly people at the desk.

I was in an auto accident and my vehicle was towed to Arrow. When I came to get my license plate and belongings out of my vehicle, the ladies at the front desk were so helpful, going as far as helping me remove keys from my keyring because I am unable to use my injured hand and arm. Then, I was escorted to my vehicle by Gabby. Gabby took my license plate off of my car for me and grabbed items out of my car that I couldn't carry without me even having to ask. Their customer service was top tier!

Arrow is the best in the business! They’re always providing 5-star service. I don’t call anybody but wrecker. 10/10 would highly recommend.

They say they will do things and do not fulfill or follow up. Unprofessional and refuse to take accountability for their employees actions or the proper training of their employees

MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND THE CITY OF OKLAHOMA DID. NOTHING, THEY LET THE THIEVE GO . I Want to file charges and was not able too, the man got away. THE POLICE ARE HORRIBLE AND LAZY. THE SYSTEM SUCKS, I LOST MY CAR BECAUSE WHEN IT WAS STOLEN. THERE WAS NO FUNDING FOR STOLEN AUTOS. I WAS TOLD BY THE EMPLOYEE AT ARROWS WECKER TOWING . YOU GUYS , DID ME WRONG LIKE THE CITY OF OKLAHOMA CITY AND SOUTH SHIELDS AUTO CREDIT THEY IGNORED ME PICKED UP MY CAR AND WAS CHARGING ME $1600. CRAZY.

The Chandler office for Arrow services is amazing! I work for State Farm and we have used them quit a few times for customers. DeeDee and John Carl are the sweetest and are super quick to get our customers taken care of. Will use them again 100%!!

Driver from this company is seen online on video driving up on a curb and blaring their horn at a passerby and their dog, whom is in distress. Any company thats main job is to drive should not be handling a vehicle this way and any decent person should not be acting like this. This shows a business who hires persons that are unstable and highly unprofessional.

Drove up on a curb to harass a man and his dog. Childish behavior from grown adults. Business should be ashamed for accepting this.

Tow truck driver was GREAT! THE Front counter ladies not so much as they took all the info and copies and never put it in foe the insurance. We even signed the totaled car over and our insurance company had no idea it was there for days!

Wrecker arrived within one hour, driver(s) were highly competent and conscientious when connecting our tractor. A few days later they assisted with loading our tractor for transport back to Colorado. This is the place to call they were so nice and helpful the night shift manager was amazing on helping me for an amazing price and I didn’t have to wait very long when I needed to be towed

May 1, 2024. South OKC. 11:50a. Between S. Penn and SW 104th ST. Driver was not paying attention to the road. Was taking up two lanes multiple times. No turn signal. Thus, making everyone around having to avoid. Please fix the way that this driver was behaving.

Very helpful. Called them after waiting 3 hours for AAA to dispatch a wrecker. They said they could honor AAA and called them directly for me. They had trucks ready to dispatch and within a hour had our disabled vehicle out of the street. Sunday was a bad day in okc for driving and I realize there were a lot of calls but AAA did not help very much Arrow wrecker did.

Unfortunately I did need their services recently. They were very professional when I had to deal with them after my accident. I experienced great service with the wrecker at the site of the accident and at their wrecker yard.

They helped make an awful situation run as smooth and easy as possible. My brother was in a wreck and my father was at the hospital with him, and asked me to retrieve his things from the towed vehicle. I called to ask how I go about this and she sent an email with exactly what I needed. I sent it back and when I got there I was able to make my way back, and the staff was great, Dallas was so sweet! Having to have your car towed is less than ideal, but Arrow Wrecker Service helped ease some of that stress!
