This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback for Heartland Auto Parts LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is overwhelmingly positive, scoring 96/100. Reviewers highlight exceptional customer service, professional, courteous staff who go above and beyond, quick responses, and help finding exact parts or sourcing when not in stock. Many note onsite installs and low prices. Inventory seems reliable for common needs and the office is clean. Downsides are limited: one complaint about no assistance when shopping for a car and a reported ~1‑hour wait. Yard layout not mentioned. Overall, strong value; conclusions reflect this recent but limited sample.
Called to check on various parts. Spoke with Mr. REHMAN...He was very polite courtesy and latterly went out of the way to accommodate my inquiry. Beat help ever.
Heartland auto parts is my first priority when it comes to get parts for my vehicles as I am in the car business these guys are up very nice and very upfront with whatever they sell they are quick and efficient. There has been time when they went above and beyond to find the right part for my vehicles give them six out of five stars
Excellent service. Went there to purchase a part but ended up not just getting the part but had the installation done over there as well. Very nice clean and quite office. Waited there for an hour. I was offered water and refreshments. Prices were unbeatable. Would go there again and definitely recommend others as well.
Not only did Heartland have the used parts I needed for my Dodge van, but they installed the parts for me while I waited and the price was the lowest in town. I definitely recommend Heartland to anyone needing parts and body shop service.
They are awesome. While they did not have the part that I needed, they took the time to find it for me AND it was a reasonable price. That is service. I will definitely call them again. I look forward to becoming their customer. They are fantastic. Thanks to everyone at Heartland who was kind to me.
