My SUV wouldn’t start in a store parking lot, and I thought I was going to be stuck there forever. Okay Towing Company made the whole thing easy with a thing-a-mah-bob device which started up the vehicle lightening quick. They were friendly, quick, and professional from start to finish.
I got stuck on the side of the i35 going south out of Oklahoma City late in the afternoon when traffic was picking up, and I was honestly pretty stressed out. OK Towing Company answered quickly, gave me an estimated arrival time, and actually showed up when they said they would. The driver was professional, explained what he was doing, and treated my vehicle carefully, and setup cones that gave us some breathing room from the flow of traffic. When cops showed up, he sort of took the lead in dealing with them. What could have been a terrible experience turned into something manageable. I don’t leave many reviews, but this experience was worth mentioning. The entire process felt organized and professional.
Game day disaster car stalled by the Chesapeake Energy arena but ok towing was a hero! showed up before halftime got me towed and fixed in time to catch the end. legends!!
My battery was dead and i didnt know if i needed a tow or jump. they explained it real simple over the phone and helped me figure the issue out with no charge.
Was low on cash when my beater died on 40. OK towing gave me a student discount kinda and towed it cheap. Not the fanciest but they did the job right no complaints here

I had a very good experience with OK Towing Company. Communication was clear from the start, the driver arrived on time, and the whole process felt professional. Situations like this are stressful, so I appreciated how easy they made it.
Four days ago, I scheduled a tow for two days ago. I called the company 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time and the responder had no idea where my truck was. I then received a call 30 minutes later saying the truck was broke down and would either be there in 1 hour or 1.5 hours, but the delivery location was closed at both times. We rescheduled for this morning.
This morning, a tow truck finally showed up. But the driver was uncomfortable with the height of the parking garage (which the company knew four days ago) and was unwilling to tow my car. Since paying hundreds of dollars to this company, it has been unwilling to refund and repay me in any way. Not only that, I now receive spam calls related to the towing service I never received. I have since called twice trying to ask for a refund, but the company has not responded. I would never recommend this tow service to anyone.
Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service.
We had a clear written agreement (via text message) with this towing company for $1,300 to tow our truck. As requested, we paid $650 upfront. After making us wait for three hours, they called and demanded more money, saying they would not send the tow truck unless we paid extra. This was never part of our written agreement.
They also claimed that $250 would be paid to the tow truck driver. However, when the driver arrived, he confirmed he had not received any such payment. This raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity.
We have all text messages saved as proof of the original agreement and the price change. If needed, we are fully prepared to provide that documentation.
Changing the agreed price after payment and delaying service to pressure customers for more money is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before doing business with this company.
Been using this company forever for my delivery business where we got 4 vehicles. They know I gotta be quick with deliveries so they always come quick. Got a flat yesterday during my busiest day and they fixed it in like 25 mins!! Worth the money 100%
honestly thought i was gonna be stuck forever when my tire popped in the middle of nowhere but these guys showed up super quick and fixed it like it was nothin. u guys rock thanks again
Called my insurance company and although they told me 2 hours, OK Towing was there in 30 minutes. Driver (sam?) was very well spoken and professional. While needing a tow wasn't very fun, the actual tow was a very painless experience
