Had my gas tanks replaced on both sides on my C10 Chevy Silverado. I stated that I wanted the same size tanks. They replaced them with smaller tanks. I put 20 dollars in one tank. The fuel gauge showed it was full. I don't know why they put in smaller tanks? Sure it was done on purpose.

The owner himself Mr Pierce completely took care of my blazer he kept me informed on what was going on had it done in one day did the u-joints on the drive shaft in the rear differential gasket and fluid I'm thinking my opinion these people treating me like family and the price wasn't that expensive Thank you Mr Pierce

Took my car in to get oil leak fixed. It was still leaking so I took it back they kept it for 4 days, I finally went and got it.Someone was supposed to call me on Thursday never heard from anyone. So basically they charged me 700$ to change the oil. Will not be going back.

I was in big trouble this morning with my Land Rover. I got off of the highway and there they were. My suv puttered to the shop and Jason got me right in when he said he would. Andy and Jason both made me feel comfortable about the process and took their time to reset everything and offered extended services. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. This place is a Godsend ??

Great customer service Andy did an amazing job with my car was super knowledgeable and understands what it takes to keep a car running I highly recommend getting your oil changed here they even have a house blend option that does great I’ll definitely be coming back not only cause the price but it’s a shop I can trust to not gouge me for something I might not have any knowledge about

They were busy with customers. I waited but had to get back on the road. I needed an oil change. The thing is, I'm not upset. It means they take their time to do a good job. Not just getting cars in and out. I know they will spend the same amount of time on my car next time. I don't want a rush job. I'll wait my turn to get a good job done.

I've been here several times with different vehicles. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. This last time I went, I needed a lot done, and I checked around on price just because I need so much done and Pierce Automotive beat the competition by over $200. So thank you, David and Crew very much. You guys are great!

I always go to Pierce. They always take such great care of my car and help out in any way they can. Andy and his brother are always so kind and welcoming when I go, a big reason I stay coming back. Customer service goes a long way. I recommend everyone I know to go to Pierce. Good family values and great work.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles to be worked on. Andy is amazing with my oil changes and I will only let him do them. He also makes sure when we bring in for under the hood work that open communication is always there. I cannot thank the guys here for taking such great care of our vehicles and treating them as they were there own. I send every one I know here and don't recommend anymore else or trust anyone else. Keep up the amazing work guys thank you.

Jason and Andy were great!! They helped me not have to pay an insane amount of money for an oil change! Super friendly as well!! I was in and out less than 15 minutes!

Quick and amazing service! I was in and out with a oil change in about 5 minutes. The shop is very nice , clean and organized. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered the few questions that I had. I would highly recommend this shop!

I am so thankful for the guys at Pierce Automotive! I am currently stationed in North Carolina/ Virginia and have had a hard time finding a place for my Ram to get service. I was heading home to Oklahoma for training for a week, and I asked my diesel technician friend who he would recommend in the area. He highly recommended Pierce Automotive, and I'm beyond thrilled to have found these guys! I called and they were able to get my truck in this week. They were friendly, listened to what I needed done, and stayed in touch the whole week to let me know how things were going and if there was anything additional found while they were working on my truck. They finished everything on my list, and I will head back East this weekend knowing my truck received the best care. Very disappointed in their workmanship and their response after I called them on it. Had a rear end pumpkin taken to them to get fixed . After two weeks I get it back looking like this. And they charged me 1393 dollars. I could have bought a complete new rear end for less than that. Their response was bring it back we'll take our parts out. No we will refund your money or nothing. You be the judge. Look at the pics. Would you put that in your car?

The hours can make it difficult to get in here but I love the ability to pull in get my oil changed and leave without ever having to get out of the car. The great customer service and easy in and out definitely makes up for the problems that I run into with their operating hours.

A week ago, I was headed to Arkansas for a hiking trip. I was hearing a strange noise coming from beneath my car and didn’t want to get stranded. My daughter who has lived in OKC recommended that I go to Pierce Auto- “ Mom, they’re really nice.” And sure enough they were! They quickly looked under my car , addressed what was making the noise, and fixed it ( not a mechanical issue). They wouldn’t let me pay them anything. There really are some good people out there, and that day I met several of them at this shop. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service and integrity! This is one of those rare business that still believes in taking care of the customer and being honest. I’ve been doing business with David & Tina for years from oil changes to major repairs there is no better place to get it done.

I was involved in an accident and the rear end of my vehicle was damaged. The first shop that repaired it ended up not doing the repair work correctly and the rear end started making a horrendous noise. I took my pickup Here and was in and out in no time. Everyone here was super friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone and will take my truck here if I cannot figure out the issues myself. Thanks again!

I took my 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood to David he and I went over a very extensive list of minor repairs to restore it . I couldn’t be any more pleased with his work and ethics he kept me well informed on the progress and if something needed repaired or replaced they called. Mechanic shops like his are very few and far apart, the honesty and integrity is far beyond what you find anywhere else. I am very picky about my car and they took extremely good care of it and it now runs like new. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. They are extremely busy that comes with being an excellent mechanic shop and one that truly does care about his work. Thanks Donald E. Paul

I am retired from the car business after 44 years. I can state that Pierce Automotive is one of the best service shops you will ever find. The owners I both respect and admire. Not just their mechanical ability and operating an excellent facility, but also their personal INTEGRITY! They are just super! I'm a member of the National NABD Used Car Hall of Fame, and THIS IS WHERE I TAKE MY CARS TO BE WORKED ON!

My boss recommended this place to me so I gave it a shot. I was very pleased with both service and speed. They didn't try to sell me anything and even fixed the air filter another oil place messed up for free and topped off all my fluids, for almost half the price I've been paying. I can't recommend them enough. One of the few honest businesses around.
